I went to inquire about enrolling my child into this school and received very rude treatment from…read morethe front office (Cassandra). I was completely turned off by her unprofessionalism, lack of eye contact, and the way she treats children. The front desk/office is the face of an establishment, the representation of what is the come. After talking with different parents I came to found out the following: * HIGH turnaround on teachers/staff. * The area is bad. * Homeless are constantly within feet of the school and the police don't always clear them out in the mornings. * Restrictions on taking your own child out of school during after hours!? * Over capacity of students. Most often times they need to eat lunch in their classrooms. *During the summer, the air conditioners don't always work, and the children are forced to eat outside with no shade. *Every year, at least 1 teacher leaves the school. Sometimes mid-year! Do yourself a huge favor and do your due diligence. Talk to other parents there and drive around during business hours and you can see it all for yourself.

She unfortunately left so he was placed with someone different. He only lasted 3 weeks before I decided to pull him. First week with her he was fine. The next two he repeatedly told me he didn't want to go anymore. And that he wanted a new "teacher". Well his last day I witnessed abuse. My child dropped a mask on the ground when he saw her approaching. I asked him to pick up and he refused. She grabbed him from underneath his arms and plopped him on his butt as if he was a rag doll. Very forcefully had him pick up the mask by hand over hand. Then scooped him back up. He was crying and crying. I was so shocked and it made me realize why he suddenly didn't want to come anymore. To this day I regret how I reacted-or should I say didn't react, but I was so dumbfounded by it. Again it's been a little over a year since this happened. Behavior Frontiers has been and continues to be life changing to my family. My son has received ABA…read moretherapy through Behavior Frontiers for at least 4 years now and he has had so many successes. The company is friendly, caring, professional and most of all knowledgeable. They work closely with the family to develop programs specific to my son's individual needs and the needs of the family. They continue to empower me, the parent, and dedicate their time to parent training and parent run programs. Anyone living with children or other family members with autism know that there is not a quick fix and that there will be ups and downs in therapy and as your child/family member grows up. But, warn you have a home ABA team like Behavior Frontiers, you can be assured you are not alone in this journey. Highly Recommend!

Please do not take your children here if you truly care about their well-being. The front desk…read morestaff are unkind and behave as if the place revolves around them rather than the children. While a few therapists were genuinely helpful, most appeared more focused on sitting and writing meaningless notes instead of actively working with the kids. It's hard to understand how a facility like this is still operating given the lack of compassion and professionalism shown. Many staff members act as though they are doing families a favor, rather than providing the care and respect that children and parents deserve.

I've been to the RAM many times and it's a small art museum in Downtown Riverside. The Cheech…read moreMuseum is one stop light up and a larger museum. If you purchase a ticket to the Cheech, the RAM is included in your ticket price, or if you start at the RAM, the Cheech will be included that day. I came to the RAM this time around, specifically, for the 60 Miles East exhibit. This exhibit ends on 4/12, so make sure to swing by before then if you want to catch it. The exhibit contained many flyers, pictures, art, and even ticket stubs that brought me back to my childhood. It was in a clean and open space that made the experience enjoyable. This exhibit takes up only one room and there are other spaces to check out for additional art exhibits. I did notice less art, this time around, than in previous visits and many open spaces/walls were not taken up. Overall, I'm glad I got to enjoy this exhibit, before it ends, and it really highlights the Inland Empire's music scene as an important piece of diverse culture. Enjoy!

I recently visited the Riverside Art Museum and really enjoyed the experience. The museum is on the…read moresmaller side, but the collection felt thoughtfully curated and never overwhelming. What stood out just as much as the artwork was the building itself, which is beautiful and full of character. I especially loved the courtyard, which provided a peaceful space to slow down and take everything in. The gift shop was also excellent, with a great selection of unique items that felt carefully chosen rather than generic museum souvenirs. Between the art, architecture, and atmosphere, it was a wonderful way to spend an afternoon appreciating creativity in a truly beautiful setting.
