She has a ten week program and she eases you into the process of correcting and training your tongue. Each week you get a worksheet to follow along with and practice different training exercises each day. She works with you and shows you each session how to do the exercises and makes sure you leave feeling confident to do your "homework". Be sure to stay on top of the exercises, they really do work! She's very easy to talk to and wants to see you succeed. She always makes herself available by phone, text, or email if you have any issues or questions.
