Ruaa is incredibly sweet, patient, and intuitive. Our son takes a long time to warm up to people, but she never rushed him or pushed past his comfort level. Because of that, he has built a beautiful connection with her. He now grabs her hand to help him open cabinets, and feels safe enough to make strong eye contact with her while she's working with him on identifying toys and engaging in play. Those moments may seem small to some, but for us they are huge milestones and they speak volumes about Ruaa's ability to truly connect with children where they are. She meets our son with so much compassion and respect, and it shows in the progress he's making. I walked in with him having the symptoms of hand flappin, mumbling, banging on toys, anger, kinda off in his own world. We were greeted and offered cookies gold fish crackers and coffee for myself. I started the paperwork while he played it was alot but I was able to take my time and not have to rush. Our 2nd appointment we were offered refreshments again and the test was play based so he didn't even know he was being tested. Dr Amirhoushmand even tested him while he played with bubbles so the hand flapping came out and him making his body rigid. They are so wonderful here and I feel my son is in good hands. The same day we got the diagnosis of level 2 autism.

After 2 weeks of training my youngest son started sleeping through the night. I also noticed a decrease in tantrums because he's better rested. Speech has improved a lot too. With my oldest (7 year old), his phobias decreased a lot. I really appreciate the friendly techs. Everyone there is so accommodating. Getting my youngest to stay seated was challanging in the beginning but we pulled through thanks to Bob and Marilyn's dogs. They allow my son's to play with the dogs as a reward after training. Today we no longer need to have the dogs help because they happily sit and know the drill. I hope to find more families benefit from Neurofeedback as mine has.

He was having great difficulty in school academically and behaviorally. At home he had difficulty managing his impulsivity and behaviors. After coming here I saw an improvement in his grades and behaviors at school and at home. Coming here helped my son make great improvements in all areas. I decided to buy the equipment.
