Ms Mariah is the best! We are extremely lucky to have found her. My son has ADHD and it took a few…read moremonths to receive the diagnosis but Mariah recognized the help he needed and started working with him right away. She provides in classroom support which is where he has needed the most help to learn how to control his impulses with peers (i.e., hitting, biting) and she has also provided parental training so I can continue to reinforce and utilize the skills to help him thrive. My son is in a new preschool now (moved him to have a lower peer ratio) and the directors and teachers from each school have both said what a blessing she is. Mariah even provided teacher training at the request of the director. I highly recommended Mariah! I really don't want to think of where we'd be without her.

We went through every obstacle together and every little milestone together , the program focuses on your child's individual needs and addresses their concerns, there is no judgment in this community on your child's behavior ! It's been over a year since my child attended this location. Was there for nearly 9 months. The…read morefirst 8 were great. But that's all because of the amazing therapist he had. She unfortunately left so he was placed with someone different. He only lasted 3 weeks before I decided to pull him. First week with her he was fine. The next two he repeatedly told me he didn't want to go anymore. And that he wanted a new "teacher". Well his last day I witnessed abuse. My child dropped a mask on the ground when he saw her approaching. I asked him to pick up and he refused. She grabbed him from underneath his arms and plopped him on his butt as if he was a rag doll. Very forcefully had him pick up the mask by hand over hand. Then scooped him back up. He was crying and crying. I was so shocked and it made me realize why he suddenly didn't want to come anymore. To this day I regret how I reacted-or should I say didn't react, but I was so dumbfounded by it. Again it's been a little over a year since this happened. The company is friendly, caring, professional and most of all knowledgeable. They work closely with the family to develop programs specific to my son's individual needs and the needs of the family. They continue to empower me, the parent, and dedicate their time to parent training and parent run programs. Anyone living with children or other family members with autism know that there is not a quick fix and that there will be ups and downs in therapy and as your child/family member grows up. But, warn you have a home ABA team like Behavior Frontiers, you can be assured you are not alone in this journey. Highly Recommend!

Please do not take your children here if you truly care about their well-being. The front desk…read morestaff are unkind and behave as if the place revolves around them rather than the children. While a few therapists were genuinely helpful, most appeared more focused on sitting and writing meaningless notes instead of actively working with the kids. It's hard to understand how a facility like this is still operating given the lack of compassion and professionalism shown. Many staff members act as though they are doing families a favor, rather than providing the care and respect that children and parents deserve.
