Attention attention attention do not do not put your loved ones here I'm going to tell you a story…read moreit is my story and it is a true story my name is Mitchell Bishop I made 62 had to take early retirement I was a Master tech auto mechanic for 32 years 18 weeks for Chevrolet 14 of which of my own company Mitch's mobile auto repair in inland empire on mobile mechanic stage 5 heart failure stage 4 kidney failure stage 4 COPD high blood pressure and more I'm a young 62 and I got sick and now I'm dying I have a short time left to live and this company made my life a living hell first off they're not professionals and I'll tell you why I know this because I am when the calls for four of them going to jail from the San Bernardino sheriff's department investigators number three while he hooked them while you have the entire crew over there placed on the sidewalk face down on Monday morning the sheriff's deputy called me back after earlier been in contact with him he called me at 2:00 p.m. and said Mitchell please be quiet I want you to listen to this and when I listen to was him asking the people on the ground if they wanted to contest what I had said against them or do they want to go to jail all of them replied go to jail that was shot hands down there's something going on here's what happened it's short story they didn't take care of me at all I had 14 to 17 minute visit every Monday from my nurse and that was it never morning 17 minutes not once I found out later that the common places for one to two units meaning two to four hours a week sounds like medical Medicare fraud to me I don't know cuz I haven't made contact again with the sheriff's officer investigator because I've hired Medicare fraud investigator and an attorney and of advise me not to say anything more so I'm just letting people know because I don't want anyone to go through what I went through a year a solid year of not seen your doctor I was sick on multiple occasions but I need to see one I would not it was not allowed to I stepped on some small pieces of glass barefoot it got into my foot and was getting faster I'm a diabetic class one I could lose my feet while I am losing my feet because of this for 4 months I baked them to please give me a doctor like there was problems with my feet he never did I'm now in course for feet removal of both feet I not only lost my life but now I'm losing my body parts because of these individuals I'm not sure how this works but I do know they didn't want me seeing a doctor and my feet were black by the time I went to the hospital 4 months after I originally reported to them that I needed serious attention for my feet they never once let me even talk to a doctor they they convert Brianna the office manager would convey messages back and forth between the doctor and her and to me I don't believe those messages ever existed but anyways you'll find out in the wash will come out either way I'm going to lose her cuz I'm losing my life and I'm losing both my feet are going to be cut off I am very sick and the stress alone has caused me too heart attacks now haven't had a heart attack in a year and also not had two and two days I'm dying correctly and it wasn't dying quickly like this before so please do not put your even think of putting your loved one in here just on the on the validation what I've said my phone number is 840 203-9613 Mitchell Bishop I stand behind this with my name and my phone number thank you

Today was my father's first in-home visit. We were asked to give a window of two hours for his…read moreappointment. The nurse called after the scheduled 2 hr. frame to ask if she can still come and that she would be about 45 minutes to an hour late. We agreed, however due to previous experience with in-home care I called to speak to a case manager to express concerns and go over our expectations we have while also giving the opportunity for the case manager to educate, reassure, and go over their standards of practice and services to their patients. Instead she chose to give excuses and hypothetical scenarios "gaslighting" me for not being considerate and understanding. Displaying your unprofessionalism by talking over me and not knowing how to provide customer service while clearly lacking empathy and the ability to understand the inconveniences that have been imposed on a family already having to go through changes and unfortunate events resulting to relying on your care is very DISAPPOINTING. We found out it was poor SCHEDULING and lack of knowledge of demographics which led the nurse to run late. Do BETTER at training in customer service and scheduling. I'm not surprise though because the only other review is low and the response from an employee showing multiple exclamation marks shows the lack of self control, morale within their workspace, and lack of professionalism within the office and/or administration staff that trickles down. The true professional was our NURSE that showed up which is what REALLY matters to us here in our home. When my husband, Steve, was told that he would no longer be able to eat by mouth and would have to…read morerely on a feeding tube, due to possible aspiration, his world came crashing down. His Dr.'s were trying to keep him as safe as possible and out of the hospital, understandable... Out of the blue, Lyda from Instrumental Speech Language Pathology, called me to see how my husband was doing. She had worked with him a few times in the past. His G tube had just been inserted and we were dealing with a new reality. She immediately eased our fears and arranged to see him upon his arrival home from the hospital. From the first day she began working with my husband our lives changed in ways you cannot imagine. First, she educated herself on his medical condition and put a plan in place for his recovery and the possibility of him being able to eat again. Lyda gave Steve exercises to strengthen his swallow and stretches that enable his neck and throat muscles to work at their maximum capacity. She implemented techniques to use so that when he could eat again his risk of aspiration would be less. Lyda has worked tirelessly with Steve, arranged a swallow evaluation, posted the test on facebook for other professionals make suggestions, spoke to his Dr.'s , and never allowed us to loose hope. She is such an optimist but always errors on the side of caution. I truly do not know what we would have done without her continued guidance. Steve is now eating and life is returning to normal. We are following her suggestions, doing exercises daily and using her suggested techniques. We cannot speak highly enough of Lyda. She is a consummate professional, extremely knowledgable and the person I can always feel comfortable turning to with any questions. Five stars does not do her justice. She is our shining STAR!!!!!
