Great! Amazing! Worth every dollar! All fit Selvática's description. On time pick up at our resort. Extremely friendly and patient staff. Great deal of activities for the price and all done in a very safe and organized matter. Everything from the zip lines to the cenote and even the lunch was great. My favorite part was the off road driving the Polaris. My least favorite was the hanging bridges due to my fear of hight combined with the feeling of moving bridges. So my fault there not the place or the experience itself. Squalo, our guide throughout the experience was more than great and deserves himself 5 stars. Check out this place and just go. You won't regret it. My kids and I loved it. Suggestions: go with eye wear to protect you from the dust during the ATV or Polaris drive. Beginning to end, we had a fantastic time. I have a three year old princess and they made her feel very comfortable. My 11 and 9 year old boys couldn't get enough. The meal after is spot on..Go in your swim shorts and you can tie your flip flops to your harness. They provide lockers for your clothes and towels. (Bring towels). All in all when we go next time, we will definitely come here again. A side note, we forgot our photo album that we purchased on our day at selvatica. We left this at the hotel. My girlfriend and I did the extreme canopy tour (the shortest tour, ~6hours including drive time). It was a great time and all of the ziplines were very fun! I liked how you get a lot of control over the zipline and you do all the braking yourself, it was easy and fun. All of the lines (10ish and one "zipline coaster") were fast and fun and decently long. The staff was great and they were wonderful at explaining the zipline and braking process. Staff was fun and helpful. Swimming in the cenote was definitely the highlight for us. They have a zipline into the water that is very fun and the water was comfortable and clean. The provided lunch was simple chicken fajitas but it was very tasty. The only negative comment I have is that they charge $12 for a locker rental which seems like it should be free or at least a more reasonable rate for something that is necessary for the activities that you will be doing. RECOMMENDATIONS: Wear flip flops or other water shoes as they will get wet on the last zipline (goes into the water) Bring your own towels, you will want to dry off before the ride back. They do have ones available to rent for ~$10 if you want They take really good pictures the whole time, including at the cenote. This place can't get any better! My boyfriend and I did the "Gimme All" and it's well worth the money! With "Gimme All" you get a taste of everything and it includes round-trip transportation which is nice. The package included a skywalk, zip lines, bungee swing, ATVs/Polaris RZRs, the tarzania coaster, swimming in a couple cenotes, and they provided lunch at the end. Lunch consisted of chicken fajitas, rice, and beans. It was a good lunch size portion and I think we ended up eating around 2:45pm. They do give you a snack (chips and an apple) in between to hold you over. I had never done zip lining prior to this trip and I'm glad my first experience was here. As if things here weren't exciting enough, if you're up for the adventure they let you zip line upside down and will spin you around! I have to say though, the experience wouldn't have been the same without the staff. You could tell that for them it wasn't just another day at work, but they truly cared about the experience everybody had. They like to joke around and make sure everyone is having a good time. Some of these adventures have you pretty high up in the air, but you can tell they take safety seriously, so you'll be in good hands. A lot of the group brought cameras and their phones to take pictures. We didn't want to worry about losing ours, so we didn't bring them. They do provide a locker though, and will let you know when you're about to head to an activity where taking your camera/phones may not be safe. Thankfully, they take plenty of pictures and video clips of you when you're there. We ended up purchasing the package that included over 150 pictures of us, a personalized album, a group video on DVD, and 2 personal videos. All for $120. Not a bad deal. I'm glad we walked away with the pictures and videos, because only telling our families about it once we got back wouldn't have served it justice. read more

I did the gimme all package and it was awesome! Marco was our guide along with Johnny, they were amazing! They were very welcoming and helpful with everything. There was like 10 zip lines, they made me feel so confident doing it and safe. They cracked jokes to ease the tense and the fear. Marco jumped in the cenote with one of the tourist who was very scared. They offered water, snacks and juice when we were hungry. The food at the end was tasty too. Unbelievable experience. We purchased the GimmeAll tour. Which is exactly what you'd expect. We did everything. We arrived at 8:40am and left close to 5pm. Upon arrival we received an amazing welcome from several of the tour guides. We started with fun group photos, parrot and monkey included. Then were whisked away to a series of zip lines. I think there were 9 total on the first round. Then we hopped in their large army truck and went ATV riding. No previous experience required. Great for first timers. Might be a bit slow and boring for anyone with experience. Just enjoy the scenery. Then we swam in our first cenotes...the water was amazing. So refreshing. Mini zip line into the water and tubes for those who just want to observe. Then back to the main entrance for a short break and snack (included). We then went on a few more zip lines - the superman and the roller coaster. Then on to the bungee jump (not the kind you think), rope bridges and a final cenotes visit. Everything was topped off with a delicious meal, served by our favorite tour guides. (Full bar available for those wanting a harder drink than lemonade or water). They had a photographer and videographer follow us all day. The picture and video package is extensive and, in my opinion, worth the $156 price tag. (That's everything. Smaller packages available) Couple of highlights: -there was drinking water everywhere (even in between the zip lines) -clean bathrooms -lockers available for rent -enough positive things cannot be said about the staff. Every single person we came in contact with spoke English, was funny, helpful, positive, fun, experienced, and above all...made us all feel safe. Tips: -bring cash for the bar, lockers or souvenirs -bring a change of dry clothes, bathing suit, towel and plenty of sunscreen...we liked having water shoes and tennis shoes -go pro friendly. Cameras ok as long as it straps to your helmet or body -no cell service. FYI Don't forget to tip the staff. There's a tip box conveniently located at the exit. read more

This experience was something that my loved ones and friends will never forget. The environment was extremely friendly and welcoming. We felt like we were apart of the jungle in the safest manner possible. The staff was very accommodating and they all personalized our experience. This was a really great experience! We went here with a group of friends while in Cancun for a wedding. The staff is funny and very knowledgeable. They make you feel safe while ensuring you are having a good time the entire length of your visit to the park. The Extreme Zipline course is just that, extreme! It will get your blood flowing and your heart beating. It's about 45 minutes of pure adrenaline. The Army van ride is something you just have to experience to understand. It's a blast! Finished our time there with a little ropes course, rope swinging and swimming in a natural sink hole, and a great lunch. I would agree with the other reviews that this is a must do during your time in Cancun or Riviera Maya. A special shout out to Marko and Hunter for being such great guides. This trip was one to remember and I highly recommend for anyone looking to find an action pact and fun filled adventure. Starting off our day a van picked us up from our resort early in the morning to take us to the location which was about a 30-45 min drive into the jungle our driver was very knowledgeable about Cancun and was very funny and nice the whole way to the place. We get dropped off with other tourists and we take care of all the contracts and safety forms. When you first start the journey you are assigned to instructors to guide you through your adventure, we had a safety briefing and then climbed up for our zip lining adventure. There is about 10 zip lines which took about 45 minutes to an hour, depending on the size of your group. The last zip line ends in water, which is optional but highly recommended! The zip lines were breathtaking and extremely fun. The crew regarded safety as the #1 priority so you have nothing to worry about. as you start progressing on your excursion you become more and more comfortable with your instructors. The guides are full of energy and fun! They speak English and joke with you and make you feel comfortable even when you are scared. They take safety seriously so you should trust them, If you are looking to get out of your comfort zone and face your fear of heights the instructor makes you feel very comfortable for they want you to have the best experience ever, and by the end it almost becomes second nature. After our time on the ziplines we climbed up to the top of the staircase to see a beautiful view that could take your breath away. But that wasn't it, we were all in line to take a "human rollercoaster" where you are strapped almost to the same position as superman and you speed down to the bottom which I highly recommend to do. The whole excursion takes about 4-5 hours so you are easily getting your money worth. The atv's are awesome where you go through several twists and turns ad trails that go into the jungle where everyone is just having a blast speeding down the straights but be prepared to get muddy and dirty which is easily worth it in the end when we get to swim in a very gorgeous cave where everyone can zipline into the water and wash off all that mud off. The establishment also provides lunch in between activities for the participants which was very tasty and gave a great energy boost. I suggest everyone stays camera ready and purchase the pictures at the end. Snacks and lunch were very delicious!! We were able to get seconds. One more thing, the staff is beyond amazing!! You can tell that they truly enjoy their jobs. They treated us like family and gravitated towards us the entire day so they made the experience 10x better. I travel often and this was Seriously one of the best experiences ever! Overall this place is great for a family bonding experience to bring everyone closer together, we left with no regrets and fond memories and without a doubt we will return again to experience it all over. read more

Highly recommended! A lot of fun and the guides are very entertaining as long as you don't take things too personally. The 12 zip lines were great but there was a lot of time spent in between each line. ATVing follows a strict path and you stay in a line with the whole group so got can't exactly do as you will with them but prepare to gut dusty. Ziplining was amazingly fun. At first my daughter didn't want to do it, so a worker went with her and made her want to do it and ended up enjoying it greatly. If you are going to cancun: you gotta visit selvatica. If you like extreme rides: you gotta visit selvatica. If you want adventure: you gotta visit selvatica. The experience is priceless. It's worth every penny!!!!! I did gimme all tour. The tour starts real early 9 am and ends at around 4 pm. It is good 6 hours long activities/extreme rides and one hour lunch break. The tour is so event full and such an adventure! I went to ATV ride (super fun mud drive), like 10 (endless) zip lines, bungee swing, super flight, cenote-- and seed planting! (which was adorable! you write your name and plant a seed!) and they give you a seed bracelet to remember this place. The view was just simply amazing! And the feeling of flying the sky-- how often do you get to do that? never. Staffs are super friendly and kind. They play with you and they joke with you. Shout out to Ennio and his crews! They are the BEST!!! They are easy to talk to. All the staffs are well trained and they are all experts. They are supportive and attentive to you. They memorize names so quickly which I was very impressed. Lunch is good too. I was hungry after all the rides-- I don't usually write a review but I had to share this awesome place! The tour was long and most of the rides were scary at first. I am glad that I did all the rides. I am very proud of myself. I am happy that I am alive and I survived all the rides. Although the rides are very safe, I seriously thought that the rides might kill me. I get scared easily. After surviving the tour, I think I can do anything.
