Transportation was right on time, no transfer to another bus, or another stop, or (like other excursions we've been on). Also it took less than an hour from the hotel zone. The guys working at Selvatica went above and beyond. What a nice group of people working. Every single person working was non stop going, and still were so happy and nice. They made us feel comfortable, and made our day so enjoyable. It is a guided, organized experience so you're guaranteed to do everything that you signed up for. Barely any wait, and you're basically with the same group the whole time. The light 'snack', is a turkey sandwich, and then you get lunch (tacos/fajitas) at the end. There's a very cool bar, the place itself is picture worthy, you feel like you're in a tree house! Highly recommend doing this. There are lockers there, but can't bring phones on most of the activities. There are photographers (hanging from zip lines!), and photos for purchase at the end. $100, however they came with nearly 150 photos, worth the purchase. Recommend - wearing comfy clothes, bring a swim suit, and if you have crocs id wear those.

Our guide, Erik, could not have been more of a delight. He was so friendly and made the whole experience that much more incredible. His knowledge of the site and his safety tips helped us at each event. While we were there we went through several ziplines, snorkeled through ancient cenotes, rappelled, and got to eat some delicious and authentic Mexican food. I absolutely recommend this excursion for anyone looking for something exciting on their trip.

We did 2 ziplines, canoed, swam in the Cenote, and ate a delicious meal. Our tour guide Tonica was outstanding, explaining to us the culture of the Mayans and the history of the area. No phone are allowed during this portion, but there are lockers available to store your things. Our 2nd stop was at the Coba ruins, where we saw the Mayan temples in the town of Coba. It was a long walk to the main temple, but it was a cool experience and beautiful architecture to see. The whole trip was an all day adventure, but well worth it! Definitely recommend if your looking to learn about the culture of the area and the people who live here! :-)

One of the drivers @ the resort recommended this place to us. Not only that, he took us there,…read morewhich was roughly 30 minutes away & waited there til we were done. I have a huge fear of heights and I don't swim..so doing this...helped me conquer those fears a bit. Our tour guide was amazing. He was friendly and hilarious! We started off by zip lining, very fun. After that, we jumped into their first sink hole ( where I thought if I jumped and covered my face..I could preserve my makeup...wrong, lol ). After a few jumps into the first sinkhole, we went ATV riding. Suchhhh fun! The thrill on that ATV was amazing! We drove the ATV's to their 2nd large sinkhole. Where we were able to zip line into the water below, OR you could jump off their manmade "cliffs" (per-say). Lord have mercy on my soul, I was shaking like a baby, but after a few " screw it Vy, you got here this far, might as well " I managed. The last jump, however...landed wrong and ended hurting myself a bit. Regardless, those precious memories of conquering your own fears, is what I live for. After the 2nd sinkhole, we took the ATV a different route back to base, to which they had lunch ready for us. Note, you aren't allowed to take your phone with you. Or use sunscreen or bug repellent, they want to preserve the waters in the sinkholes. And pictures are done through them, you can purchase after the whole shenanigans.

Would not really recommend the chicken flautas (more like chicken fingers and cheese flautas). If you do this as a tour package, the tour operators MAY tell you no cellphones so they can sell you the photo package. We drive there ( no parking fee) so we were allowed phones. There are two Cenotes. DO the package w/two Cenotes. Even though the Cenote at the main place is nice, the one offsite is even better. 3 levels of platforms to jump from and a very LARGE Cenote to swim in. Even though we took out own pictures, we bought the picture package for $60 usd as the photographer took some really great pictures. Highly recommend this place.

Our group comprised of three families with adults, teens, and young children. It was all of our first times traveling to Cancun so I wanted to find a private tour for my large group. Booking with them through their website was easy and they were very quick to communicate via email. Leading up to the tour, we had some travel delays, but after updating Rod and their team of our situation, they were very accommodating. Kat was our guide and Pepe was our driver. Kat was informative during our guided walk of Chichen Itza and also accommodating of our last minute concerns and needs. Pepe was a great driver and got us to our destinations swiftly and safely. Marveling at the ruins at Chichen Itza and learning more about the history of Mayan culture and the way life might have been like at the time was very interesting. Kat took photos during our entire tour and later shared them via Google. A plus for our group as we LOVE photos. On our way to Cenote Samaal, we requested a stop for some fresh coconut water. They were quick to find a vendor on the side of the road. Pepe also got out and helped cut the coconuts for the 12 of us. Very impressed with his initiative and helpfulness. The coconuts were so refreshing after walking around in the sun at Chichen Itza! Admission, locker access, life jackets, and lunch were provided for us at Cenote Samaal. Everyone in our group enjoyed swimming in the cenote. The lunch buffet was a favorite among the adults in our group as we got to get a taste of Yucatan cuisine. There was something for everyone on this tour and I would highly recommend this company to anyone traveling to Cancun and wanting to get more than just a tour of Chichen Itza, but an experience of what the Yucatan area has to offer. We will definitely be touring with them again when we're back for our next Cancun adventure!

Both were quite close to Playa Del Carmen/ Playacar so the longest drive was around thirty minutes. I got some great photos and at the end of the trip we were sent a Google Drive of the photos that Limbert had taken.

At the Xenotes Tour, you get to enjoy four cenotes plus different activites at each: Ziplining, Snorkeling, Rappeling, Kayaking, Inner Tubes, and Cliff Jumping. There's also a photographer that is with us throughout the whole time capturing pictures of everyone in our group. They also provided two meals, the first one was pastries and beverages (water, soda, hot chocolate, and coffee) and the last one was a full on buffet spread (salad, cheese, meats, bread, water, soda and beer). Our tour guide, Manny was amazing and he made the trip very memorable. He was very helpful with my mother in law and my little son. He guided the group from beginning to end and made the trip to all four cenotes a breeze. We all had a fantastic time and we even purchased the pictures at the end. Aside from the photographer, I recommend bringing a water case for your phone and a GoPro! We got so many amazing videos with my husband's GoPro. I cannot express how fun this excursion was and would definately do it again. Tips: Wear a swimsuit, water shoes and comfortable clothing on the bus and for after. Towels are provided. This is a massive undertaking (an Odessyan journey of sorts) but they are on time and reliable beyond belief. They will confirm with you through Whatsapp the day before but if you are nervous like me they will confirm your reservations at any time. At Cancun airport they were there with my name on a sign and then it's a 2 hour drive to the ferry to the island. The drivers will stop if you want to eat or use the bathroom. Then they walk you to the ferry, which runs until 9:00 pm. They give you the ferry tickets and then when the ferry arrives at the island they have a golf cart there again to pick you up. Super coordinated. When we left the island, the taxi was at the hotel right on time and took our photos for the shuttle driver waiting for us at the ferry landing.

First, he provides transport from Cancun Airport to Isla Hotbox hotels. Its not an easy trip, given that its 1 1/2 hours from airport to Chiquila, where you catch the ferry and then a golf cart taxi takes you to the hotel. But when you order his service, its all taken care of. At every stop, there was a driver with a sign with our names on it and they took care of our luggage and our tickets every step of the way. Kudos to our drivers, Daniel & Freddie. As if that wasn't enough, we decided to give one of his tours a try to Chichen Itza and it was an INCREDIBLE experience. Chuy makes sure they pull out all the best stops. Our driver, Mario, was wonderful (we had him make stops for Coffe & Tequila Distillery, even though, it wasn't in the plans). First, we had a fantastic guide at the Chichen Itza ruins. Pepe was friendly, funny and knowledgable. Then, we had a Beautiful & Refreshing stop at the Cenote. Next, we had a delicious stop of authentic Mayan tacos in a little shack (YUM!). We couldn't believe how much we were able to cram into one day. Our friends did a Whale Shark tour in the summer and it wasn't the right season for us to do it, but we were so jealous of their experience that we're talking about going back. Also, was able to book transfers online (awesome!) and use Paypal to pay for everything. Bar None, this has been one of my favorite tour experiences around the world.

The entire thing is a money grab and sub par quality as best. staff are unfriendly and the guide was rude and dismissive. He singled me out by asking if I was an expert swimmer and proceeded to draw the cross and say he is going to sacrifice me when I said my swimming was so so. The ATV guide mislead us into believing we are going to be on our own and very likely to damage the ATV or collide into something and be on the hook for thousands of dollars in damages. Instead the ATV tour involved everyone driving in a singular line behind the guide at a medium speed where it would be impossible to crash or damage the car. I do not recommend this company and their packages; there are many others I have tried in the past with friendly guides who are polite and caring who offered to take photos to help us take nice photos away as memories.

Alex, our guide; was super knowledgable explaining to us how cenotes form and also the cultural importance. He made us feel right at home, especially since I'm not the best swimmer. I've had issues before with snorkeling equipment malfunctioning on other trips but everything worked great this time with Alex's tips. We explored 3 unique cenotes and had plenty of time to relax and enjoy exploring them. Alex showed us how to free-dive (it's important to equilibrate your ears) which came in handy when he showed us hidden spots in the mangroves and even had us explore some underwater caves fully submerged (only if you felt comfortable). In between swims, he had ice cold sweet pineapples and water for us. Although you could technically do the cenote swims yourself, I believe it's worth the little bit extra to have a guide show you how to use the equipment properly (nothing worse than a water-filled snorkel mask) and also the hidden spots (all of the other tourists that came on their own to the grand cenote just stayed attached to the buoyed lines that were laid out). Well worth it in my opinion.
