They ruined a $10,000 sofa; when it was unwrapped it had huge stains and mold all over it. they dropped our desk in the garage floor, put a large dent in the door from the garage to the house, broke pieces off of a 1900's antique sideboard, bent our outdoor table, put a large hole in a $1600 lounge chair, among many other scratches and dents. we provided photos and made a claim for the insurance that we paid $400 for, and refused to cover anything. My husband followed them around while moving the furniture in to protect our new homes finishes. the movers, getting annoyed, saying "were professionals". HA! Easy access to the unit and I like that I can come just about anytime to bring things in before and after hours. Parking lot area can get really congested at times, but nonetheless the ease of borrowing their dollies is good and they have enough to go around.

We've notified the front desk, customers serve as well As left a message with the district manager. We are at week 5 and the mouse is still there. During the sales process, I worked with Brian, the sales associate, and agreed to the asking price with the understanding that the boat would include a complete set of marine mats for both the front and rear areas. We were also told that the boat would be ready within two weeks. However, on the day we arrived to complete payment and pick up the boat, we were informed that there was a delay with the marine mats and that they would be installed later. About a week afterward, the sales manager contacted us and unexpectedly requested an additional $400 if we wanted the complete set of mats that had already been included in our original agreement. To Brian's credit, he stepped in, apologized for the situation, and assured us that the mats would be ordered as originally promised. Unfortunately, when we followed up more than a week later, we learned that the mats had still not been ordered due to a miscommunication between Brian and management. Once again, we were told they would be ordered. My frustration is not with Brian, who has tried to help and make things right, but FAILED to follow through on their commitments from management and finance department. When making a purchase of this size, customers should be able to trust that agreed-upon items will be delivered without having to repeatedly follow up or renegotiate terms after the sale. I hope Holly Acres improves its customer service and communication practices so future customers do not experience the same issues.

On the day of the pick up, we were called about 20 minutes out, and earlier than our pick up window, which was really nice. The two gentlemen who took care of the pick up (I wished I had their names) were excellent and really nice. Carefully removed the sofa from the house to truck and all was said and done in about 10 minutes.
