100% price gouging would not reccommend. poorly staffed location and no price match slash…read morecompetitive policy provided. 5% military discount is borderline disrespedtfull. added insurance and coveragerage are requirements intended to inflate the base price per month with no reasonable expectation of coverage in the event of an emergancy or natural disaster, would reccomend going the private coverage route to fully protect yourself and your belongings. affter nearly 50% increase in price and no contract avaliablity offered...advertised prices online for exact measurements unit are less then conpanies mandatory increase to 'stay competative". for 10 x 10 unit monthly cost went from 88$ a month which was reasonal and conpetative. to over 150 dollars a month base price. not including seperate cost of insurance at minimum coverage limits of 18$ a month for 12months for a combined yearly cost of renters insurance of 216 dollars a year when my coverage through USaa for the same or better coverage policy costing only 96 dollars total for the policy term.

Needed a storage unit until our house was ready, this seemed like a clean place. We went there…read moreweekly to swap out clothes for the 4 weeks of us using the unit and every week we saw the same dead mouse when coming in the building. We've notified the front desk, customers serve as well As left a message with the district manager. We are at week 5 and the mouse is still there. Also, very difficult making online payments, and never anyone in the office during operating hours. The photos were taking each week. One last thing is smelled like spoiled food as well or vomit.

I am clearing out my unit TODAY and will never do business here again. I actually referred my sister and a family friend here when I first became a customer and I will be making sure they both clear out their units as well. When I entered into the contract both my husband at the time and I were both present and were told the unit was in our names. Fast forward 2 years and I'm divorced my ex husband moves out of state and they refuse to give me access to a unit that I have made payments on for the past 2 years because my ex was the only one listed on the account! I came into the office clearly stated that they can see I'm the one making payments with my card, my account, I even offered up divorce papers and still nothing. I had to continue paying rent on the unit for 2 more months until my ex could come in person to handle the situation. Then he gives me the keys and I move most of my belongings out at the beginning of the month. I head to the storefront today to clear out the remaining items and can't locate my keys. So here I am, the same person they have seen come in 3 times now about this same unit. Who had keys and access no less than 2-3 weeks ago and I ask if they can cut the lock because I can't locate the keys and this is the last day I will be using the unit. Do you think they accommodated? No they state once again I can't have access. Not even a call or email from the "account" holder would suffice. Now if he can't get here and I can't get my items out by 6 pm guess who gets billed for another month of rent? Exactly. Did I mention their horrible late fees?? A few months ago I called and asked for the balance on the account- I made a payment and then found out the woman I spoke to who told me that I'd be paid through the end of the month was wrong so for a full month I didn't pay the $80 rent because I thought I was current and was charged over $300 in late fees! This has been worst experience I've ever had with any company in my entire life. I will not pay this place another cent after today and I will post this review to every platform they have to hopefully prevent anyone else from being duped by these fools. I can't wait to be completely done with this place.

I've never been late on a payment, but when I asked a polite question about the billing, the desk agent said "it goes to collections if not paid." That didn't answer my question and felt pretty rude to me. I don't know if other storage companies work the same way. I recommend that you be very cautious about low move-in rates...
