Out of all our vendors Select Door is the worst. They have managed to send the wrong window orders to multiple houses causing us months of delays. Doyle refused to take ownership of these mistakes. Even though we have signed off pdfs. when we showed him these he still tried blaming us for his mistake. He installed a $5000 front door at the wrong house and is trying to force us to pay for it or he won't bring our screens out. We decided to fire this company after using them for 5 years. This company threw away our business over his ego. We tried to stay loyal but he made it impossible. My experience, answered an ad in marketplace on facebook. I had several text messages regarding a door they had listed at a price of $600. Then the sales agent told me they could custom make a door. When I asked, at the $600 price I was told yes. She told me to come into the store and bring measurements. Marketplace customer would be cash only. We discussed office hours, and also how they always had doors onsite. We took pictures and measurement as instructed, and excited to talk with them about doors already onsite or making a custom one. We drove over 40 minutes to the location, and was disappointed to be quoted double the prices. When I asked to speak to the owner, and showed him the text message of the conversation I had regarding the purchase of the door-he spoke over me, and not once did he acknowledge it as a mistake. I asked to see what doors they had onsite-and then he said he didn't have time to show me. He's demeanor to me as a female was disrespectful and he continued to talk over me and dismiss me. He not once took responsibility for the mistake or offered to talked to the sales associated I had been in contact with. He even shouted at me as I left the location very unprofessional. I did realize that the doors listed in the ad on facebook were damaged, or incorrect doors that couldn't be use for other customer. The ad on facebook should had listed the specifics of the doors being sold. Worst experience and have to wonder why they have a warehouse of incorrect doors. Buyer beware! read more

We've had the absolute worst experience with this company, especially Doyle Price. We built our house and we waited months past delivery date for doors/windows to show up. When they we're finally delivered we had multiple incorrect doors/windows. Over a year later now and I'm still waiting on my screen door to be delivered. All the screens on my windows do not fit properly, which allow bugs to get trapped between the glass and the screen. I've spoken to other neighbors and they had the same experience. Incredibly terrible service. Owners, salesman, and install crews are all absolutely ridiculous to deal with. Run from these people. There are far more reputable businesses to deal with in Fort Worth. One of the owners, Cheryl Price, could care less about providing good service. Same goes for salesman Harrison. The install crew showed up and didn't speak English. They did not install the door frame and claimed the rough opening was too small. I installed the frame myself without having to alter the rough opening. I have no idea how this place stays in business. read more
