After paying the deposit for my awning and getting measurements done I didn't hear a single word…read morefrom the company until their installation guy showed up at my front door to install everything. While working the installer broke a light fixture (on video) and didn't bother to mention anything to us, but instead tossed the broken pieces to the side. Due to the absolute lack of communication we had yet to purchase a fan for them to install, so the installation tech had to come back out again to install that. While there he didn't bother to mention or apologize for the broken light and took spare pieces from the fan that I might need later. Follow up calls from the company have lacked any consideration for events, and while I'm generally happy with the awning itself the lack of communication and professionalism have been a problem to say the least.
