Trusting this commitment, I began demolition on the front of my home and scheduled contractors accordingly. Now, Pella has unilaterally extended the delivery to January 28, 2026--more than TWO MONTHS LATE--leaving my home exposed to the elements, compromising my property, and disrupting the entire renovation schedule. The contractors are scheduled, materials are prepped, and this delay has jeopardized the entire project. I escalated the issue to management, expecting accountability and a solution. Unfortunately, the response was apathetic and dismissive. No alternatives were offered. No expedited solution. No compensation for the massive inconvenience they caused. This is completely unacceptable for a company of this size and reputation. If you're planning any construction around their quoted timelines--DON'T. They clearly don't stand behind their commitments.
