Trusting this commitment, I began demolition on the front of my home and scheduled contractors accordingly. Now, Pella has unilaterally extended the delivery to January 28, 2026--more than TWO MONTHS LATE--leaving my home exposed to the elements, compromising my property, and disrupting the entire renovation schedule. The contractors are scheduled, materials are prepped, and this delay has jeopardized the entire project. I escalated the issue to management, expecting accountability and a solution. Unfortunately, the response was apathetic and dismissive. No alternatives were offered. No expedited solution. No compensation for the massive inconvenience they caused. This is completely unacceptable for a company of this size and reputation. If you're planning any construction around their quoted timelines--DON'T. They clearly don't stand behind their commitments. The other just took off. Then the writer took off too. Now i was never shown any papers to sign which would indicate that I approved the work or anything else . Shortly after I received a bill for $400. I immediately called my credit card company to stop that because I was never told of any price for any work, I never signed anything when they finished nor was i ever shown . I did some investigating about how to adjust those rollers, and it appears that all that is necessary is a 10 inch phillips head screw driver ( price is 9.95 at Home Depot). They will never get any business from me again, and I advise any and all .........DON"T DO IT.

To be contacted 2 1/2 years after the date of service by a collection agency for services that were rendered incomplete is unprofessional.
