I was expecting them the next day and no one showed up. I texted and was told that they're trying to figure out if somebody can come and clean my windows as if only one person works in this company. So everything stops after anything happens in their personal life. They also askEd for a $50 deposit through Venmo to a personal account which I sent right away. I was told because no one could fulfill my service that Id get my deposit back and I was it expecting through Venmo, but for some reason, they told me they d sent a check which didn't seem like the truth. No one sends checks anymore and why would they do that if I paid through Venmo. So basically I had to be calling them just to get my $50 back. Ridiculous service! never hire Them ! Thank god Groupon refunded me the money that i paid for the service otherwise who knows how long I'd be waiting for my refund from the company. And I'm still waiting for the deposit. Nothing was done in timely manner. The manager or whoever was answering, kept saying that she would be in the office at noon and deal with it but it was all empty words.
