I took it back three times, and the last time I took it back, they said they replaced all the pads and rotors but didn't give me a receipt. About two months ago, the manager called me back and tried to guilt trip me into removing the review. He said, "Did we really deserve that one star? We tried everything we could to fix the problem." I told him, "You didn't fix the problem. That's just an excuse. "The reality is you did not fix the problem." He said, "Well, at least give us some credit. We put in new rotors and the pads." I said that was nice but it doesn't fix the problem, and they keep lying over and over. Lies over lies. Yesterday, I took it to have the brakes inspected and get an oil change, and come to find out, the front is at 7 and the back is at 3. I drive about 200 miles a week, so there is no way. They probably never even changed any brakes or rotors at this point since they never gave me a receipt. They lied to me repeatedly. I hate when I am taken out to look like an idiot, and I have the proof from the inspection receipt. I will report this to the Better Business Bureau now.

I left an inquiry on the website, and Arman responded via text to arrange an appointment to check out the car. I went to take a look at the car and do a test drive, and Arman was great at coordinating and following up. The car was parked right in front, ready to be looked at and driven. I wanted to do a PPI, and they worked with me for my mechanic to come the next day and inspect the vehicle. The car checked out and looked to be in good condition, so I started negotiating with Shawn about the car. We agreed on a good price that was below the KBB value, so I was a happy camper. I asked for an explanation of all the fees and taxes, and they promptly broke it down for me and explained everything. I came the next day to finish all the paper work. Throughout the experience , Arman and Shawn were upfront, responsive ,and professional. They have a cool inventory of cars, and although they're not a huge dealership, they're worth checking out.

He has our information and told me I f***ed with the wrong person and he is coming for me. Buyers beware!!! Make sure you read all the bad reviews before moving forward! I had a very bad experience with Arman at Pro Motor Car. He was rude, arrogant, and displayed a lack of professionalism. His attitude made me feel unvalued as a customer, and he seemed completely uninterested in addressing my concerns or earning my trust. Unfortunately, his behavior has left me to write this review but also NOT recommend Pro Motor Car to others. I was disappointed with the sales process. He tried to pressure me into financing before bringing in the owner to finalize the price. Even though Arman is supposedly the sales manager with no say! I prefer a transparent and straightforward experience, and I didn't feel comfortable with the push for financing. Why would I run my credit prior to giving me a final price? That's backwards.... It should be If I could get X price would you move forward. That's how you gain commitment not after youre FORCED to run your credit! The M4 is overpriced especially when the tune up for transmission service, spark plugs and brake service is past due! His reason well it's sold as is... buy the warranty package... news flash warranty doesn't cover regular tune up services! We asked for the big boss to come talk to us and he refused to get him Then at the end he told us he already has a credit application in for this car and someone coming in with a cashiers check that they will be there tomorrow to purchase... then why show us the car?? Run far away from this place looks like they scam ppl and reports are going to BBB!
