Amazing full service operation from sales, financing to repairs. This is always my first call for anything automotive, but not always my last because if they don't feel like they are the best option to solve my problem, they refer me to someone who is. Impressive on all fronts.

I had been searching for a used car for over a month and had visited about 20 different dealerships to test drive and meet with dealers. Some of them were pretty shady and some were very pushy. I was not set on a certain make/model of car, though I had a few in mind. I was mostly concerned with getting a low milage vehicle with good gas milage at a good price. Eventually, I ran across a great deal on a 2010 Honda Fit Sport at Mac Auto and met with their dealer, Tigran. He was straight forward and honest about any issues he knew regarding the car and agreed to fix a few minor scratches we noticed while test driving. He also let us know they had a 30 day warranty if we noticed anything else the initial weeks owning the car. About a week into owning the car I realized the horn wasn't working, so I took it to Mac Auto and they determined it required a clock-spring replacement. Although it took a little time for the part to come in, they repaired it without any hassle for free. Both times I went in for the car to be repaired, Tigran was nice enough to chauffeur me out around town so I wasn't stuck just waiting at the dealership. I see some of these other reviews and I get the sense that some people don't know what to expect from a used car dealership. Most of these vehicles are bought at auctions. The dealerships do their best to diagnose any problems with them, but things will arise if you are driving these cars on a daily permanent basis that someone who test drives them for problems initially may not notice. The difference between a bad/good dealership is that a good one will repair those types of problems when they come up, and that is certainly what Mac Auto did for us. We did not get the sleazy used car-salesman pitch at any time while we were there, and we were not pressured or bullied into buy anything (none of the, "what can I do to get you to buy this car right now, today" I dealt with at several of the other places I visited earlier that month). After experiencing about 20 other places, I really have to say Mac Auto and Tigran treated us better than any of the other places and its why they got our sale.

****SPOILER ALERT**** After reading my review and those of other very satisfied customers-you will…read morefeel compelled to visit one of California Car Co. locations. I loathe the car buying experience and rate it just above root canal surgery in terms of desirable activities. :) I saw my first 4 series BMW when I was living in Vegas and knew I wanted one eventually. Living in the bike/walk friendly area near the Queen Mary meant a car wasn't really necessary- but I'm a car guy, I missed the exhilarating German car experience. I picked the wrong time to scratch that itch (pandemics, semiconductor chip shortage, dwindling new/used car inventories and the inflated prices they engendered). I spent many long hours searching online applying my very picky/perfectionist ideals to what was available. I declined several deals because my Carfax related questions were met with evasiveness and/or scorchingly bad reviews, poor Yelp ratings, bad Better Business Bureau scores. Imagine my relief when I saw that CCC had an A+ Better Business Bureau rating (very rare in the auto biz) and several Car Gurus awards. I was met by their resident superstar Jeremy in their very laid back, relaxed gourmet coffee and cookie- filled Fullerton location. The best sales people don't actually have to "sell" anything. They simply promote their passion for what they represent, candidly answer questions and concerns, and make sure the client is always appreciated and valued. Jeremy is the epitome of the ethical/knowledgeable car guy- he knew I wanted the fully loaded 435i MSport and went the extra mile to make it happen. I can't imagine going anywhere else for another purchase-fortunately I won't have to-California Car Company is here to stay!

He is what all car salesmen should emulate. He was no pressure, fair, flexible, and professional. The only issue the car had was a faulty backup camera, which Nathan replaced immediately. Thanks Nathan! We are very satisfied customers.
