    A month later (2.5 months+ after first appt LOL) - Went back, they said it was due to the choice of a larger glasses frame and that they usually recommend for people with such strong prescriptions to choose smaller frame. Nobody counseled me on this when I originally picked the frame, by the way. I went ahead and shelled out $25 more (they gave me a $50 discount off a $75 price tag for even higher index lenses) and smaller prescription lenses. They said they'd send me an itemized receipt by EOD that day and that they'd try to expedite the glasses since it'd been over a month since I originally came in, but that usually glasses came back in 2 weeks. I NEVER received an itemized receipt despite texting back and requesting it multiple times afterwards. Two weeks afterwards, crickets. I texted back multiple times before I received a reply three weeks after what was my fourth visit to the office. They said the glasses still hadn't arrived. They called back finally after 3+ weeks and said the glasses had been sent to another lab to get the super high index work done. I asked for a refund. They called me back and said they would give me a call the following tuesday with an update and that they hoped to have the glasses in by then and to send the glasses and a refund in the mail. That was last week. It's been 4+ weeks since my last review and over 2 months since my first visit to this office. I never received the phone call on tuesday. I texted again this past weekend asking for a refund. They asked me again to confirm my address and said it'd be coming soon today. (This is 1 week after they said they'd call back last tuesday LOL). See attached for the screenshots of the text messages. I have been nothing but nice and understanding but 2+ months, 4+ visits, 20+ text messages, and $300+ later I still have no idea when I'm getting a refund and still don't have glasses! This is pretty inexcusable, and I feel like such an pushover for not pushing this harder. Calling my insurance company and my FSA/CC company tomorrow. TLDR; DO NOT IN ANY CASE GO TO THIS OFFICE FOR OPTOMETRIST WORK IF YOU EXPECT TO GET YOUR GLASSES IN ANY REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME OR EXPECT ANY PROFESSIONALISM / TIMELINESS / CUSTOMER SERVICE

    Keep in min I paid my bill in full at time of service I owed nothing for the glasses and I owed nothing for the "service"... at least according to them at that time... That being said here's my review. I had a decent experience here but they now decided to send me a bill 6 months later informing me in quotes "we miscollected from you, our apologies, please remit by 12/31 to avoid late fees! Thank you".....seriously? And guess what it was for the amount of 6$.... so they are going to threaten me with late fees over 6$ that they Miscollected??? Avoid this place at all costs. They try to get you on these "late fees" and screw you 6 months later down the road. If you made s mistake fine. But if you pay your visit in full and they notice it later that's a cost you are going to have to eat. That isn't my fault you misfiled or billed. Especially over 6$?? Really? Don't go here unless you want to be " I'm mind boggled they not only did they make the mistake.... instead of doing what most decent business do and eating there mistake, They send me a bill for that last 6$ gave me a deadline like they didn't just have 6months to figure this out and they want to threaten late fees. Times must be difficult for this business they will penny pinch and nickel and dime you any chance they can get.. with picture proof. Seriously if you don't want a bad taste in your mouth after going here and making you feel like you don't even want there glasses and want to return them. Don't come here.

My colleagues had recommended Bella Vision as I was looking for a place that was in downtown Bellevue, preferably walking distance from the office, which Bella Vision is. Plus, I inquired with Bella Vision online about intaking new patients, and they responded within the same week, making the new patient process and scheduling my first appointment super easy. What a breeze! After checking in, I worked with one of the team members who was super friendly and personable. She did my initial assessment of my eye exam, with the different vision tests before I was seen by the doctor. For my appointment, it took longer than an hour, so something to note in case you have a tight schedule. They take VSP, which is the vision insurance I use, so glad to know they were able to look up my account and get my payment squared away. They also sell different, luxury brand frames here, in addition to contacts. Glad to have a new place to get my annual eye exam in a location that's easy to get to, with responsive customer service.

If you love luxury sunglasses the likes of Chanel, Gucci, Tiffany & Co, Saint Laurent etc then this is the place to be - they have the widest selection out of any other optometrist/eyewear shop I've seen. We transferred our RX prescription from our previous optometrist (a well-known big chain) with ease too. Plenty of easy and free parking onsite (with registration) in the building garage. With so many different optometry services in Bellevue, it can be difficult to choose where to go. But I decided to switch over to The Eyecare Center due to its convenient location and positive reviews, which I stand by. It's very easy to make an appointment online, which is a big factor for any kind of health care services. I've been in situations where I've had to wait forever to get an appointment and/or could only schedule an appointment with someone on the phone, which can be difficult since my schedule is very busy. For me to schedule it myself, it's very easy to do online as I can plan out and also, easily cancel when need be. The Eyecare Center also takes VSP insurance. The Eyecare Center is located near the Bellevue Botanical Garden in the Wilburton neighborhood, and is right off of NE 8th street, which is easy to get to, with plenty of parking in the private lot. There's also the B line bus stop right in front of it, making it accessible for all. Staff are always friendly and I always see the same eye doctor. The annual exam takes about an hour with the usual eye tests, dilation, etc. They do also sell eyewear here. No complaints about The Eyecare Center.

I had already referred my mom and daughter to see her. Great selection of frames. Pricing is very reasonable. I had an eye exam for glasses and contacts with the Fubdus Photography W/I&R. Worth the extra $25 and she went through what she is looking for in the image. Looking forward to getting my next pair of glasses even though they don't accept my insurance.     Great service and most importantly super cheap!…read more Even though Warby Parker does not accept my eye insurance, it is still cheaper for me to get eyeglasses done here vs other in-network stores. If you are not in the market for branded luxury eyewear, I highly recommend that you check out Warby Parker. I go to Market Optical for all my High-end stuff but I will be using Warby Parker for my everyday glasses/sunglasses. I was able to get the metal frame with single vision lenses + all standard UV/AR coatings + light transition feature (lenses thst turn darker when exposed to the sun) for $230 without insurance. It could have been about 60 dollars cheaper if I selected one of their more affordable frame options. You do not have to go into the store to place your order but the store has all the frames, so you can try them on. I highly recommend you do that and pick the frame that best fits your facial shape. It can be overwhelming a bit since the store has hundreds of frames but I'd say more options the merrier. I tried on 50+ frames before I decided on mine. I wanted something super light and the model I picked out (Blount in gold color) was perfect for me - see attached photo!
