If you like See's Candies like I do, this is a great store to stock up on your favorite chocolates and candies. I was here the other day and received top notch service. The moment I stepped into the store, I was greeted by a friendly employee who offered me samples. This, in and of itself, was not unusual as all See's Candies stores offer samples. What set this experience apart was that the person offered me options to choose from. Usually, they just give you whatever happens to be available at the time. Before I left the store, the employee offered me more samples! I'm not going to bore you with a review of their products. It's See's Candies. The quality of their products is not going to vary from store to store. What I will say is if you're ever in a See's Candies store, rather than buying a prepackaged box, choose your own chocolates from the display case. I usually get a one-pound box and select my favorite pieces of chocolate such as the milk rocky road, pecan roll, toffee-ette, and milk scotch-mallow. I don't know what it is about this place, but I always leave happy. read more

A room full of precision stacked boxes of candies and chocolates of every type. If you can't find it here, you don't need it. I've said it before, I'll say it again: Chocolate is pricey. Good chocolate is pricier. Pretentious chocolate is priciest. See's is good chocolate. I'll take See's over any other chocolate because: nostalgia. Amen and hallelujah. There was a constant parade of patrons carrying bags out the door. I like to think about the folks who get to enjoy the goodies contained in those bags and I know the boxes, tins etc are filled with deliciousness. Oh the joy! As always, samples were flowing, service was swift and friendly and smiles were free. I'll be honest... not my kind of store. Not saying this to put them in a negative light, but I'm simply not the chocolates/sweets kind. But! I made a stop to gift someone who has zero access to a See's Candies store (yes, whatever I got her will be crossing an ocean!) I walked in and this store is so pristine clean! I was welcomed immediately by staff. While looking through their inventory trying to find what I needed to get, I was offered a free sample of milk chocolate. I graciously accepted just to try, and... wow. (It was good, but you know... not for me.) Found the stuff I needed quickly - that's how organized they are - and was well on my way home in no time. I'll say this: they have a following. There were a ton of customers coming through even in the short duration I was there. They're very popular. Oh, and staff were super friendly! Located off W Redondo Beach Bl in Gardena in the same plaza as Ralph's and Lomeli's. Parking is shared with all the businesses in the plaza. The store is small but nice. The staff was friendly and helpful even got some samples from the guy who helped me. I just came here to pick up some chocolate lollipops for my mom she wanted them and kept asking me to get her some. It's nice that this location is nearby me. Overall a good experience here. read more

This See's location actually left a wonderful impression on me. Parking is easy especially if you can catch a park right in front of the establishment. Arrived this evening around 4:50-5:00 pm. This location appears small from the outside but don't let it fool you. Very beautiful on the inside. Well organized and creatively designed for crowded days. The customer service was so inviting. Normally you would get samples from the main counter but this particular location has an extra register with samples made. This location is very roomy and it gives customers space to walk around and explore. I've been fond of See's candies for quite some time to the point of having go-to pieces. I used to order online up until I was introduced two pieces that are in-store only. Upon arrival I was doubting that they had all five pieces but to my surprise they did! There's so many different locations but I have to admit this might become my go-to. A pound would run you about $40 so it made my evening to know that I was able to receive a pound of my favorite five. I inquired about one of the pieces (pecan pie truffle) that became interesting to me online but it turns out it's offered only during Thanksgiving. I went into the store yesterday, 02/25/26, and got Ezekiel T, Cheryl, and Frankie. Ezekiel T is who assisted me, and he is AMAZING!! he is very helpful, kind, enthusiastic, and even had his favorite candy showcased a prior time i went in there!! He's totally awesome!! Even though Cheryl and Frankie were in the store, they weren't who assisted me. But they are always very kind interactive, and pleasant whenever I go into the store. The time prior to that, 02/13/26 (but i couldn't leave a survey that day) Sirina is who assisted me. And when I tell you she is every bit of AWESOME, she is!! This new Sees store is a fantastic addition to the strip mall with Ralphs grocery store, providing ample free parking and the line is usually short compared to other Sees stores. The Sees layout, cleanliness and amazing smell are the same and the staff are always friendly and ready with a tempting sample. Along with the usual chocolate bar and seasonal boxes they stock some great cards so it is a one stop shop for a gift. I'm so glad that Sees opened this store in Gardena which is gentrifying and becoming a smarter area. I haven't been to a See's candy store in years but my neighbors 90th birthday was today and I was told he likes sweets. After seeing the outrageous prices at edible arrangements and visiting a few groceries and not seeing anything good I thought about See's candy and I'm glad I did. I got there right when the store opened and Sabrina the associate that was working was amazing. She was so sweet and helpful, gave me samples and recommendations, and put a bow and birthday sleeve on the chocolate box. I will definitely be back when the occasion calls. read more

So this morning I went to the Gardena See's store. I requested the same hand pack 1lb bridge mix all milk chocolate. They were more than happy to fill the order and I bought another hand pack nuts and chews all milk chocolate. What a difference in customer service from my experience at the Torrance Hawthorne St. store. This is my new favorite store for hand packed items. Honestly I went to this location pretty new at the South Bay and I decided to give it a try I went on Easter day which I actually was a little disappointed because it was a little fall in a long line and they supposed to have a little more extra help there were only three people for that occasion they should have a list four to five people on the floor. The parking is a little impacted with all the adjacent businesses but there's street parking on Redondo Beach Boulevard around the corner from the shop. I love that there's a See's Candies location near me. It's located inside the Ralph's shopping plaza right next to Lomeli's (stop by their restaurant, super good!). This place is less than 2 miles from me, so a huge plus. I don't have to go to the Manhattan Beach location to get chocolates (plus it's congested there). I love chocolates. I used to order 2 lbs of chocolates every now and then but now the prices have pretty much doubled. I believe the 2lbs are around $32?! It's crazy. Anyways, service is always outstanding! usually only go to sees on special occasions, like mother's day and birthdays. i used to frequent the one in manhattan beach, which closed for a little bit and reopened at a new location in the same shopping mall. glad there's now one right next door. every time i visit this gardena store, the employees greet upon entering, smile, and give out samples. very friendly. the store is always clean, and there's a good variety of flavors. on the holidays, the line is long, but they tend to schedule at least six or seven employees on those days, so the line moves quickly. read more
