I read reviews that this storage facility was one f the best. I can confirm that my experience was tops. Ashley was very professional and answered all of my questions. She showed us a unit and helped us determine if the space would fit the housing size. The only reason why I didn't rent here is because they didn't have the size I needed. She looked at the available spaces at other locations and got me connected to the facility so I would just have to walk in and look at the space I want. I'm heading over there now. Liz at the front desk is always very professional and cheerful. Units and area were clean and well taken care of. They always let us know beforehand if we were going to accrue a late fee so we could avoid extra costs. I would highly recommend this company for storing your belongings. Noone ever went through our unit and we had it for over a year. It's an easy location to get in and out of as well. read more

A nice clean facility!! The staff are always nice like "Hanna"!! The staff does change very frequently!!! That is a drag,,,having to reexplain everything to a new person. I have had mice problems and they gave me a discount for that month. I would have preferred a larger discount!! They are on the pricey side, but I trust my belongings here!! OK so, a few weeks have passed and now I am dealing with Chris and Va. They are both really nice and knowledgeable about the rules, prices and discounts. And they are both great on the phone!! Went to visit my storage unit and my lock was not there, it had been cut. I had to call in to be updated on the circumstances. They then advised me a new lock was in the unit. They didn't realize that the unit was rented apparently even with a lease on file, and pre-paid. I asked why I wasn't notified, and they said the regional was supposed to, she failed to communicate with me as a tenant, and still has yet to until she replied to this post. They breached my units security and made me feel extremely uncomfortable about continuing with them as a company read more

Nice facility and they have a real secure storage system. Wish prices were a little cheaper, but overall good business.

Don't let the area this storage facility is in fool you. It's well kept and clean. My family and I have been using this place like our 2nd garage for years. There was a time we notice someone forget to lock their own unit. Once I told the manager, he kindly called the person using the unit and placed a temporary lock for him or her until they returned. I don't know about you guys but needing storage in Midtown is expensive, so I branched out a little and found this place on Stockton blvd, at first I was hesitant about leaving my things on Stockton, but it's a great place! It's affordable and clean! The manager lives there on site with his family and they have cameras that record the whole place, plus the gate around the facility so it keeps people out, the facility is always quiet when I come by so if you need storage for a great price then come check them out. read more

The manager and his family are very personable. When I first began renting the storage, I forgot to lock my storage and was on my way back to Modesto, when the manager contacted me immediatley to inform me that I didn't lock my storage. Every month I go into the office to make my payment, his daughter remembers who I am and is very kind and personable. While waiting I look up at the montors and notice the cameras are always on different areas of the facility. I haven't had any problems with the facility or any of my personal belongings getting stolen. I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for self storage. read more

I rarely write reviews, but this high rating is truly warranted. The managers are the best. They live on-site, and ensure everybody's stuff is safe and secure. But, more importantly, they are also nice people that care about the tenants. They'll greet you with a smile on their faces and in their voices. And offer you a cool drink and some AC to rest in on a hot day. They're the best, and it takes some really good customer service to get me to say that in a review.
