Clint lead us through troubleshooting on the keypad, but a few hours later, LBS again. Sam came out the very next day, and was able to reset the sensor and its working great! AND no charge!! The same great qualities that prompted us to choose Advanced Security to install our system nearly 4 decades ago keep us confident in their business practices today! Thank you for being great!

My account is paid, yet, Vivint withdrew another months service from my bank for February, though, I will not have their services! That is 100% illegal?to charge for services NOT rendered! Upon calling Vivint, I was told I was paying for January, then, because I disputed it, the lady on the phone went to her supervisor to confirm I was correct in saying I had been paying for the month to come. I was correct, but they were withdrawing another &68.99 for February because it is their 'Policy', apparently to steal people's money! I do not recommend this company to ANYONE. I am so thankful to be done with their low grade services. The only reason they're getting 1 star is because I couldn't post without a rating. I don't actually give them even this!

I needed a C02 charge for my beer machine and my normal place that's close to my home, which I had…read morebeen going to for years no longer filled small tanks, since my last visit. The guys there were kind enough to tell me about Eureka-Humboldt Fire Extinguisher. So I slow rolled the back way over to E-HFE on 11th by the railroad tracks. A small unassuming shop that I have driven past literally 1000s of times. I parked and took my tank inside and Randy said he could get it filled within a couple days, my old place you dropped it off and picked it off the next day. It looks like a one man operation and my other option is the other side of the bay. So I leave it, I get a call bright and morning of day two - it's ready for pick up I'm here til 4:30. I call them about 5 minutes after noon to make sure they are there as it's about half an hour away, and a woman answers the phone and says of course they are. Followed by my response I just want to make sure that you're open during lunchtime before I drive there and she says YES they are. Now 25 or so minutes later I arrive to find the door locked and a sign in the window "went to lunch back @ 12:45" unbelievable. Now I'm from this neck of the woods and do understand nor-cal slow pace but this is ridiculous. When a customer calls you and says they're on the way and you say your open BE THERE. So, Randy shows back up about five minutes to one (even late reopening) and says I hope you haven't been waiting long - to which I told him about half an hour and his answering service told me you were open. An apology ensued, I paid for my recharge and was outta there. It is what it is. I needed my tank filled and now they're the only place vaguely close to my home. May have to rethink the whole keeping my same new tank process. 3 Stars - it serves its purpose. 00555
