Tech told me he could be there the same day and I said ok. After work was complete, the tech told me I was being billed for emergency after hours service. I told him I was not informed this would be considered an emergency service and he said since I as a property manager I should have known that. The work was already done so I paid the $800 bill, but I feel I was taken advantage of. I won't be using this company again and I advise to use caution if you decide to use them. If they had communicated properly we would definitely have just waited for service on the next business day, especially for a slow leak, but the option and prices were never disclosed to us.

When we met we decided that I would receive a bid with breakout pricing-labor, paint, and carpentry. The bid I received was all-inclusive. When I asked through several text messages for the breakdown Jorge got frustrated. This was a $25,000 bid on a 4400 Sq. Ft 2 story building. It does have a lot of prep work to be done. That included painting but not materials for the carpentry. I explained to him that I had a carpenter to do the carpentry. I asked for a reference for a similar building he had previously painted in San Francisco. I was willing to drive down and take a look at it. He never responded except to say good luck with the project.

I didn't get an option of having pea gravel or sand underneath the piping. The only way I knew they didn't put pea gravel or sand was I heard them talking. I was so stressed I just pray to God that the ground was solid and they connected the joints securely. I REGRET not having it inspected. When it was finished I tested my sprinklers and they weren't working. I wasn't going to pay anything I told them. So they're going to fix them tomorrow hopefully. This is been so stressful please listen to me go for a larger company that knows what they're doing and gets the job done correctly.

They said they would have to dig up my yard and my old pine tree might have to get taken out too. I said no way! I found out about trench less technology and came across pipe tech usa and they gave me a quote cheaper than the other guys. They showed up to camera and clean. They even showed me on the monitor where the damage was. Gross! Haha. But I told them to fix it and they fixed it all in the same day! All in all it still sucked to have my pipes back up but these guys are seriously the best option!
