Khalil Nino is a scam. He deserves MINUS stars. He came over, looked at our AC. Said it needs…read morereplacing. After, he said the entire system needs replacing. 4 months later, we still don't have a working system. He would show up one day a week, mid-morning, stay 2 hours, say he's going for parts, come back between 3 & 5, stay another hour, then leave. He always had emergencies, an emergency funeral, a last-minute son in town, etc. All he was good at was complaining and needing money. He is very expensive!! He came highly recommended. I will not wish him on anyone. We paid for a complete system that is not working. DO NOT USE HIM. He will only toot his horn, saying he's got all these experiences yet, 4 months later, he cannot figure out that the problem was his installation. He destroyed property for the sake of installing, stating the builders did not allow more space. He caused a leak, which he turned around and blamed on me when he should have properly installed/connected the ducts and pipe. He caused me to incur additional expense. My AC runs but does not cool because it's not installed correctly. I cannot turn on my furnace come wintertime because there is a leak in the unit in the attic, in addition to the duct not being installed correctly. My attic is a hazard!! This guy still insists that his work was done correctly. We've asked for a portion of our money back to get someone else to fix everything, but he claims we will void the warranty.

That said, we feel super fortunate to have found Valice Plumbing. They were the first to answer our calls for help replacing a running toilet. Not only did they answer almost immediately, but they came out that same day! They replaced the toilet beautifully, with great attentions to the details --making it look perfect and new. About a week later we noticed a puddle around the bottom-what?! Turns out there was a tiny chip in the tank portion-definitely caused by delivery. Valentine came that same day again, and his son was able to adjust the water level to be below the chip, which allowed us to keep using the toilet while we waited for the replacement tank. Then, when the tank arrived they came right out and switched it out in no time, cleanly and quickly--NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE! They stand by their work-so great to see a business with that kind of hustle and customer care. We look forward to a long relationship with Valice Plumbing--their reasonable prices and excellent service will allow us to continue to renovate our home. They really are a great find if you have any plumbing needs!
