We called Aaron for a second opinion after having another chimney cleaning company give us an estimate of at least $15,000 to repair our chimney to good working order. These guys are awesome. It's been years since we had our chimney swept and cleaned, so long ago in fact that the current owner's Dad who did our last cleaning, retired 8 years ago! I've been on the Internet recently to see what the hazards of a dirty chimney could be and I was scared out of my wits. Scott Franks and Aaron Dingman put all my fears to rest. The chimney, box and shelf were very dirty, in fact their huge vacuum was full of ash after the stop they made at our house. The guys were kind, courteous, clean, and answered all our questions. Aaron was out this week to clean our 45 yr old chimney. It's never been professionally cleaned, but the owners here prior used to run a chain down the chimney. Even that hasn't been done in 10+ years. Aaron was prompt, personable, and willing to answer my rookie questions. When he was done, my living room never knew he was there, the new spark arrestor cap looked quite snazzy, the chimney was clean, and the price was right..! By the way, the standard payment is check or cash. We shared a few dog stories, as I put my (3) 100+ lb dogs away. Be nice to your servicemen, and put your dogs away. The lil ones tend to be a bit more aggressive, as we both agreed, but your big dogs can do damage without meaning to! 5 Stars, well earned. Wonderful service, dryer was not drying within several cycles Arron came out and cleaned the vent in both directions checked the dryer connection and left no mess, cleaned up the laundry room and roof. Much better and less costly than the online contractor reference services like Angi and others who only clean one way from the inside. read more

I called about Wednesday and got a weekend appt. He was able to come earlier and so it worked out even better. Took about an hour and a half to clean the chimney. He laid out the tarp and cover both side of the chimney, vacuumed up all the mess afterwards in the fireplace. No mess no hassle and very professional. read more

I saw the great reviews on Yelp for this company, so I took a chance. Aaron showed up and did an amazing job for me. He inspected the chimney, then did a thorough cleaning. He was very mindful of my carpets. He put tarps down everywhere ash could possibly get to and even carried his vacuum over the carpet so as not to leave streaks of dirt. His prices were very fair. I had Scott Franks come out and clean my chimney and do an inspection for my really old house, built in 1913. I didn't have any idea when it was cleaned last prior to purchasing the house or if it was even safe to use. Scott did a great job and answered all of my questions. In the end he assured me that it was safe to use the fireplace and cleaned it up for me. He was pleasant and attentive. That's all I was looking for. I don't know who wrote these 5 star reviews but my experience was terrible. He was suppose to install a ash suppressor. He arrived said he was suppose to sweep the chimney. He was informed other wise and became agitated. Packed up and left without saying a word, kind of scary. Called someone else to do the work he left behind. read more
