The day that we set an appointment for 3pm, he didn't show up to my home until almost 7:30, with very little communication. He had all kinds of excuses about how his car and phone were both dead, and he was just roaming through apartment complexes to find where I lived. He came, and screwed a few things into my tower, and that was it. He took my USB to download things I needed, and that was the last I saw him. For a few days, he acted like he was making a conscious effort to set up a second appointment, to return my USB, and to finish installing the things I needed to finish my PC. After about a week of lousy and sparse responses, he blocked me, so I could no longer reach out, for him to finish the job I paid him in advance for. After weeks of trying to get in touch with him, getting the run around from him and another man he works with, I saw him at the place where I work. When I went to talk to him about the situation, he played it off like it was someone else's responsibility to give me back my property, or refund me. He offered to refund my money through Google Pay. So, I spent the time getting Google pay set up, and connected to my account. It looked like the payment went through, and then, he cancelled the payment to me after he left! This is extremely unprofessional, and I do not recommend this group of con artists to anyone. What a scam!
