    Service truck park in handicap stalls

    Today is December 12 around 8 am I drove to eggs and things in waikiki I decided to go park next door in the handicap stalls. Drove on the side 280 Saratoga rd behind Hard rock Cafe. Some service vehicle was parkin the only 2 handicap stalls. So I figured I wait maybe the driver would move for me nope. Here comes secuitas guard asking me where was I going I told him to go real fast and get my breakfast from eggs and things he told me I can not park there in the handicap stall and to go park across the street by the post office I said what and he said I can not park there so I took pictures and ask him what company he works for he said securitas. I said I be calling his company. Grab my breakfast pist off as hell already called his company guy answered the phone and dude sound like he never gave a rats ass about what happened unbelievable this securitas company. Don't know what does anyone know who can I bring this up with so next time this won't happen to anyone else

    3 days ago, i went shopping at walmart keamoku. Their security guard reversed right into my doors in the walmart parking lot. My car was not in motion as there were 4 cars in front of me n 2 behind me. Mr securitas security patrolman doesnt even look into where he is reversing. He backs onto my door. Once in impact he continies to reverse till he cant gas it anymore. My front door crash beam is damaged to the point now i need to replace my door. After numerous attempts to call securitas hawaii n their insurance company as stated in accident report number 16-313866 (hpd). I have had no ine to answercany calls n no return calls. A few times i called securitas n hitt 55# n i know someone keeps hanging up on me. Im just customer who went to walmart to buy medical supplies after two hospitalization n surgeries. Ive vern told securitaa is contracted to patrol walmart. What is this some kind of joke. You folks are the very one punking out walmarts customers by drivinf wreckless endangering pedestrians n other drivers by hiring dangeroys drivers who do not look where they reversing. It upsets me already. Up to this point, i dont get a return call today i will take you folks to court for damages to my vehicle. I will submit a complaint to corpoerate office n also write to walmart coperate office. Im posting pictures. They say a thousand words

    Was flying out of Honolulu Airport. Went to security desk to report a unattended item. Working sleeping 9 desk. Stood in front for 10 minutes before his head slipped from his resting arms and he woke up. Posted picture. This company is a joke! I hope our tax money is not paying for his rest.

    Not to take away from the hard-working employees at Aloha Alarm, but the account manager "C" really…read moresucks!!...I've been trying to stop my alarm service since December, since we're moving. No response, left multiple messages with customer service, spoke to a rep 2 days ago in the service dept, always the same answer, "C" is not in today, but when she comes in she'll call you back, and we'll also let another manager "J" know as well. Meaningless dribble...no calls after leaving multiple messages from anyone. Something tells me something is "going on" (management issues, financial issues, etc.) at that company, and not in a good way. When they don't respond to customers and in effect leave decision making to one person, who chooses to either not show up to work or is too "busy" to even return calls to customers, something is definitely wrong. Maybe they need to replace her or the entire management. Customers are not being serviced properly. Next step for me is to reach out to the State DCCA to file a complaint. If you feel you're not being treated fairly I suggest you do the same. Some action has to be taken to wake these people up or else it will remain the same. Me, I'm outta here with these guys, we had service for years but seems current management is sub-par and not taking care of customers. Watch for more reviews, if the negative trend continues, it's telling you something is really going on. Good Luck in the New Year!

I initially called Russell only to inquire about installing cameras at my home and after helping me purchase an awesome camera system that was on sale, he asked if I wanted to upgrade my 6-year old alarm system. Any sales representative would not spend countless hours talking to or texting their client from 8 am to 9 pm on Saturday and Sunday, but that's exactly what Russell did because I had so many questions about his system. After finding out that my company's "new" service call price was $200 for a minimum of 1 hour, it was a no brainer for me to switch to DAT when they offer $59 service calls and lifetime warranty on standard parts. A big mahalo also to Eddie who installed both the cameras and alarm system. Eddie took the time to point out exactly where the cameras should be placed so we could get the maximum coverage for our home. Eddie's workmanship is the best I've ever seen! I am so fortunate to have found Russell of DAT to protect my home. Mahalo Russell!!!

I had just moved into our new home, unfortunately my husband wasn't home, I was in my pjs half asleep at 8 pm. And a gentleman rings my doorbell. While I found it odd, he initially explained he was in the neighborhood for another client and it didn't workout, the conversation was okay but then Russ was speaking very fast and for many reasons that evening I felt slightly pushed. I think I just started being nervous of being alone and slightly sketched out as I began thinking like who does business door to door that late? So I signed a contract to get the conversation over with. Fast forward 24 hours later I couldn't stop thinking of the interaction and regretted not having done my research and feeling more like it was our choice. Thus, I texted Russ and explained my feelings. What a relief and honestly amazing experience to have a businessman so kindly respond understanding completely and apologizing. I sincerely respect that level of professionalism and tact more than anything. He cancelled the contract without penalty and understood where I was coming from. As if that wasn't enough he stopped by our home post conversation to deliver orchids to our family as an apology. I'm beyond impress with this level of care.

And lastly but more importantly, 3. If u need to cancel service, I hope you are safe enough to cancel the service well before the time you actually need to cancel. Calling that mainland number will put u on hold for 5-54 or more minutes as well as you will be transferred to many reps. They'll ask you if you want to transfer the service. "No, I want to stop service." Very frustrating. I started this process a month before I needed the service stopped. But because I was unable to stop service, I had to pay for an extra month. The house has been sold as of 8/4/23 yet they will stop service only as of 8/11/23 bec they finally found one of my first emails. Of which I did not receive a reply from. Their practice for stoping service is an obstruction to the consumers rights. The phone reps don't know what to tell you what to do or who to email to cancel service. I had to search all over their website and emailed several and even mailed in letters. But if you persist and research, you will finally find the correct person who supposedly will tell u what to do to cancel the service. I told the person that ADT needs to train it's phone reps and that a consumer should not have to go through so much hassle. Good riddance ADT! In response to ADT request for info... LOL. You took less than 30 minutes to respond to my review. You go research my complaint. I have been on telephone holds for hours w ADT and will not give you anymore of my time. I complained about the monthly monitoring service costing over $50 a month which is higher than any other alarm company. monitoring with no video or any extras. Then they said I have a contract...i didn't have one. I never saw any renewals and I never agreed to it. if I did how were they able to play around with the costs without telling me and getting me to agree. now i have a collections company calling me. I was also suppose to get signed every year. I called 5 times and still don't get them. They finally told me they had the wrong address???? so who's house where they monitoring??????? OVER PRICED AND NOT WORTH IT ....
