The storage company KNEW the fence had been breached - AND NEVER CALLED ME TO TELL ME MY RV HAD BEEN STOLEN!!!!!!! They had video footage of thieves breaking in. The sheriff could have caught them in the next 2 days if I had known, but I had to discover the theft MYSELF! This company (the name "Secure Storage" is a total joke) claims it is making improvements now, but if anything goes wrong in the future, they are under NO obligation to take proactive steps to help their customers. The sheriff's deputy taking my report told me himself that he can't believe anyone would store their RV in this place because the owners don't give a damn.
