Customer service? What's that? Never heard of it…read more Little Wolf is proving to be a wolf in sheep's​ clothing. We had cabinets that cover our HVAC units made by Little Wolf several years ago and have been very happy with them. Yesterday, the largest piece of wood came off the cabinet in my young children's room. If it fell on one of my kids, it would have caused significant injury. We emailed Little Wolf asking for them to come and fix the cabinet (we didn't ask for a freebie). To quote their email to us "just pick up magnets and let your handyman​ fix it." After spending several thousand dollars on cabinets, I expected​ better than this. Thanks,​ Little Wolf, thanks for nothing!

The cabinetry turned out beautifully, and they navigated our creaky old ceiling and floor. We had some weird areas, like gaps and an unusually-shaped peninsula, and they easily made it work. They take into account the over-all look of the design instead of just applying quick fixes. These guys get high marks for reponsiveness; I think we had four in-person on site meetings before we signed on. Throughout the process, they were there for us, for our many questions and concerns. I also liked that they had ideas for us - also helped us with certain elements of the project that we weren't familiar with, like under-cabinet lights. We would definitly work with the Hayes' again.

Serge worked with me to find the best counter for my kitchen, and then stained it to match the existing butcher block. He was incredibly fast and efficient when measuring, fabricating and staining, and then installing the new counter. All of this took less than a week! When our contractors thought our undermount sink, with a 1/8 negative reveal, was a drop in, they tried to force it through the hole and scratched our brand new counter. We mentioned this to Serge, and he offered to touch it up for us, even though it wasn't his responsibility. . Phenomenal customer service, great prices for quality work. Definitely recommended.

When the original, functional hardware selected by myself for some of our most unique challenges did not perform as expected, the team at KF Kitchen Cabinets worked with me to find alternative solutions and we solved the issues together. They took the time to understand our vision and offered valuable suggestions to enhance the design.
