Best NYC contractor for renovations! Avi and Cynthia are an amazing team! They have completed a renovation of our 2 bdrm/2bath Manhattan apartment, and it is so beautiful! They put in a new dropped ceiling in order to add recessed smart LED lights to our entire apartment, brand new hardwood flooring, painting of the entire apartment including the doors and PTAC units, new custom closet, hanging our TV, new wall lighting sconces, new kitchen pendant lights, hanging a large wall mirror, and so much more! Avi was so flexible in discussing new ideas and new changes even during the project. All the workers were so professional. Not sure how this company was rated so highly. Recently l had my tenant's apartment kitchen and bath renovated. At first, they were very professional when ordering cabinets and tiles. Problems soon appeared once the job began. Mounting the cabinet too high resulting in the top molding started full width and completely disappearing ¾ to the end of the wall. I had to argue why this was unacceptable. They finally lowered the cabinets so the molding could properly fit. Besides other problems, they left the apartment very dusty even failing to cover brand new appliances. I finally hired another contractor to correct glaring mistakes and to thoroughly clean the apartment. read more

Great Job, We Love our new kitchen!! all workers were highly professional , punctual, efficient and very Courteous, very good crew. We went with nHaus Kitchen & Bath, because it is all in one place, they have plenty samples of cabinets granite and quartz and on first floor there is Casale Tile. Avi helped with kitchen design, and showed us how it will look in 3D on his computer. After we picked what we want and signed contract we only had to deal with Avi and Cynthia, they made all necessary arrangement. We got 3 other quotes from other contractors, All of them were sending us to pick up tiles, cabinets, counter top, faucets in different places, we would have to deal with multiple vendors our selves to schedule delivery. And installation would be done by some one else. We did go to couple of places and I asked them what would be time frame for delivery, it ranged from 3-5 weeks. We are highly recommend them! I am totally delighted with my kitchen, which is now almost 5 years old. Dealings with InHaus were consistently easy and professional, and they did a wonderful job. Materials were first-rate, workers were great. My only reservation would be with the company that supplied our appliances, AJ Madison. They were quite terrible, and the delivery service they used was worse than terrible. I understand that InHaus no longer recommends them -- good! Design suggestions were excellent, as well. I am very very happy! I hope everyone uses InHaus and that they get all the business they deserve. They are great. read more

ZERO STARS!! Stay away from this company it's a waste of money for cheap quality kitchen cabinets & island. We did a full kitchen remodel and ordered cabinets, countertop and island. Cabinets were delivered BROKEN, PAINT CHIPPED & DAMAGED. They sent SOME of the broken ones back installing the rest and we had the same issue. Draws wouldn't open because they were broken and installed incorrectly, paint was chipped on the doors & the modeling is a complete mess. After arguing with them for almost a full month on replacing the doors they refuse. They said we damaged them on our own and they will not send us new ones, meanwhile, no one was even living in the house and they were installed with paint chipped, doors uneven and just a complete mess. The owner is RUDE, he literally came to the house because we refused to accept damaged doors and argued with us about the broken ones we had up, telling us they have a clear coat on them (which they do not), and said that we poured chemicals on the doors and made the paint chip ourselves. All we used was a wet sponge with dish soap, he even took the sponge and scrubbed the cabinet himself, recording himself doing it and the paint came right off. And he still refuses to send us new draws & cabinet doors. Over $20K basically went out the window because now we need to get another company the re-install a brand new kitchen. UPDATE: 12/20/19 - OWNER OF COMPANY SAID HE WOULD ONLY REPLACE MY CABINET DOORS IF I TOOK MY REVIEW DOWN, HE SAID AS LONG AS MY REVIEW STAYED UP HE WILL NOT REPLACE OR FIX ANYTHING. Do not shop here. This place is a rip off. The owner is a liar and cannot be trusted. I bought a brand new kitchen from here in October. Biggest mistake of my life. Half the cabinets they delivered where wrong. The other half was broken and/ or damaged and had to be replaced. It took them weeks to install the cabinets instead of days like they said. The end result was terrible. Most of the cabinets doors are damaged. They have chips, nicks, scratches and even permanent marker spots on them. I immediately called the store and sent the owner and email with pictures. First they were very nice a apologize and promised to replace them. I thought fine not a problem as long as it gets fixed I can wait. Then I was told the distributor wouldn't replaced the doors because they had already replaced too many doors for us. I pointed out that those doors came damaged and or were damaged during the installation process and that's not our fault. Again no one was living in the house at the time and no one else was working in their while the kitchen was being installed. So the way I see it this is on the company and the company alone. I paid a lot of money for a new kitchen and it looks as it's been there used and lived in for years rather then the days. Finally after waiting months and calling the owner and the store every weekend. They are now telling us that they refuse to fix anything and there is nothing they can do! This place is a complete rip off do not waste your time and money trust me. I will be reporting this company and taking whatever legal action I can against them. I will post pictures as proof. Wow! Wow! Wow! I have never dealt with a contracting company that is so reliable, transparent, detail oriented and responsible. We purchased our kitchen cabinets through Inhaus Kitchen and Bath and they also provided the full renovation. As one can imagine, having a full gut renovation of your kitchen can be stressful and inconvenient. Inhaus provided a stress free renovation. Avi and his team have been absolutely great throughout the whole process. Cynthia has been in contact with me via phone and emails throughout the whole renovation process with constant information and updates. Cynthia was always available and responsive to my emails. My husband and I decided to re-do our bathroom (the only full bath in our 1930s-era home) and add a walk-in closet to our bedroom. Avi and his team of skilled workers did a phenomenal job. Not only did he help us re-envision a very challenging space to make the most of it, but he made it gorgeous.
