We visited their showroom and looked at a swim-pro spa. It seats 12 comfortably and has 2 river jets where you can turn on and swim in place. Laura Roa helped us. Love her! She was kind, very patient with all of my questions and it was a plus she owns one of these pools/spas herself. No pressure sales, even encouraged us to think about it, consider the electrical needed, and the crane for delivery. She gave us recommendations for each. We bought our above ground jacuzzi two years ago and the customer service has been incredible. Specifically, Gloria sold us the jacuzzi and for the past two years she has helped me countless times with questions or concerns we've had with maintenance. We had no idea about maintaining a spa and are still learning but Gloria has gotten back to us quickly every time, helped us solve any water issues and steered us away from spending money on chemicals that we don't need. It seems harder these days to find great customer service but I really can't say enough about how much Gloria has helped us. We bought our hot tub last month after several months of scouting from different vendors. Gloria was the Sales Manager who accommodated us and she was great from start till now (every now and then I'd call/tx being a first time hot tub owner and she would take time to answer all questions and make some recommendations). We wanted a WiFi on the hot tub that we liked and Gloria made it happen by placing one for the first time. Upon delivery, the guys Eddie or Edward, Elio and Daniel (sorry if I forgot the names) were also very good. However, the hot tub stopped working when they turned on the high jets. I was nervous thinking the tub might be a lemon. They changed the fuse and it worked. We decided to buy the Aqua Lounge Plug N' Play so it took the next day for us to soak wt the desired temp. Then we had another setback when the tub stopped working again once the high jets were turned on. The bluetooth of the hot tub was still working fine so it meant that it was not our electrical/outlet problem. At that time, we were really nervous and sent a tx msg to Gloria that night. She texted back, "don't worry, we got your back". We wanted the tech to come over the next day but they couldn't so I was a bit frustrated as we were having a family event that weekend. The tech Vincent finally came after a week and did a few tests and tightened the fuse holder and it worked. He also recommended to place a 30 amp outlet. It's been two weeks and we haven't changed into a 30 amp outlet yet and the tub is still running great! Aside from the competitive pricing among other vendors, we are very pleased with the after sales service. I hope that the tub's fuse won't blow off again but God forbids it will, I know that Gloria and her team is just a phone call away. So yeah, go buy your hot tub to this branch and ask for the famous Gloria that every happy buyer is raving about! read more

BUYER BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! Do not purchase any anything from them. They do not take care of anything after the sale. I purchased a cal spa from them and have had several problems with the spa. The warranty process is a joke!! I have been trying to get my spa that is chipping fixed since 2-1-26 and it still is not fixed. They make more excuses for not getting it done. They blame cal spa and cal spa does nothing to help get it resolved. DONT BUY THIS SUBSTANDARD PRODUCT FROM THEM!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT JUST AS WE DO!!!! Sorry but you are not accurate on your account of things. The service tech did not set up proper appointments! He texted at 9:00 pm on Mother's Day and wanted to be here at 8:00 am Monday. There was no way to drain the spa at 9:00 at night. The next time he texted at 8:00 am and wanted to be here at 12:00 pm again no notice to drain the spa. Your service tech is extremely difficult to work with. He will not make an appointment he just wants to call whenever and come out without giving notice to be able to drain the spa. The spa now has been setting empty for him for 2 weeks and I have reached out to him several times via text if you would like to see them I can display them. He has not made any attempt to make an appointment. Also I have had to continue to call you guys, you have not been handling this claim properly. Get your facts strat before you try and lie and discredit my experience. I have everything documented so don't try and lie about it!!! read more

It's been 6 months since the completion of our semi-in-ground pool in September 2023, and we're happy to report continued satisfaction with the overall experience and results of our beautiful Islander pool. Our journey with Secard started in February 2023 after seeing a model in their spacious showroom, resulting in a contract to build a 12'x24' Islander vinyl lined pool with sand base. We were intrigued with the concept of a simple, minimalistic design of an in-ground pool that rose about 18" above ground, completed with a vinyl liner that rests above either a sand base or concrete (which costs extra but more durable). This solution worked in our favor since the above-ground ledge offered some protection against accidentally falling into the pool when walking along our narrow pathway in our small backyard adjacent to the pool. It also allowed us to maximize the space we had to put in a rectangular pool big enough for our 3 kiddos. You can also design multiple depths with the Islander. We opted to go with 3' in half of the pool and 6' in the other half in order to create a deep end. We could've added more bells and whistles to the pool (I.e. waterfalls, sitting ledge, lighting, etc.) but in the end our goal was to build our pool as economically as possible for the purpose of swimming and splashing. Our very knowledgeable and amazing sales rep Gloria worked with us along the way from day one, by listening to our needs and never tried to be pushy or oversell us on any products or services we deemed unnecessary. Understanding that pool building is a process that takes months to materialize, Gloria stayed in contact with us frequently, letting us know of anticipated scheduling dates and what we could expect as next steps. Houston, the scheduler, always called to notify me of construction dates when expected, so our process throughout was nearly seamless. While we did opt to do demolition ourselves, Secard's construction crews were always very timely and respectful of our property. If you're looking to save even more money on the project, you can also choose to do the electrical work yourself like we did. In the end, our total build completed sooner than anticipated by weeks, even allowing us to squeeze a few days of swim days in last season! When it was time to do the final walkthrough, the office manager Laura and Gloria both paid us a visit and thoroughly explained the process of pool maintenance for us first-timers. Even when I had questions about our pool 6 months later, Gloria never ceased to provide me with timely responses as if she slept with the phone by her ear. Overall, for the price we invested into the pool project, we couldn't be happier with the results and can't wait for 2024 summer to be here already. There's no doubt in my mind if we did run into any issues with our pool in the future, super Gloria would come to the rescue with a solution. This was a great partnership between a supplier and customer made possible through clear communication and reasonable accommodations between both parties. I would highly recommend Secard to anyone looking for a budget-friendly alternative to a full in-ground concrete pool. In summary: Pro - budget-friendly, fast turnaround, customer service, suitable option for small backyards in lieu of a full in-ground concrete pool that usually costs more. Above all, the PEOPLE here were truly outstanding to work with (Aaron, how did I forget to credit my main man?! Super knowledgeable with permits and process in local areas, thorough explanation and resourceful with build concept and design, phenomenal measurements and drawings). Con - obviously a vinyl liner isn't going to be as durable as concrete; nonetheless, it's made of quality thick vinyl that could puncture if you were to dive in with a knife (although I can't fathom why anyone would find this necessary). Also, considering the base is comprised of compacted sand, you could feel many footprint dents along the walls of the pool overtime, even though you could never see them looking into the pool. To avoid this, you can spend extra money to put in the concrete base, but this doesn't really bother us enough to be a con. Lastly, unfortunately Secard does not take credit card payments over the phone or internet; you'd have to make check payments timely by mail or go to their office in person to make the credit card payments at the completion of each phase. A little inconvenient, but not a big deal, as long as you plan ahead. Thank you Secard for making our pool dream come true! read more
