Although I was about to purchase a hot tub from a large, well known dealer in Corona, I decided to look at Custom Spas Direct, which has good online reviews and happens to be very close to our house. I'm glad I did. I was not familiar with the Vita spa brand that Custom Spas Direct sells. There's very little information available online. After doing some digging, I determined that Vita is a decent, mid-range spa with competitive pricing. Nothing fancy, but it's built with good components from companies like Balboa Water Group. Dealing with Custom Spas Direct has been fantastic. It's a small company and we interacted directly with Jim Galpin, the owner. Jim is a straightforward guy and he was very helpful in choosing a spa. Since I was unfamiliar with Vita, I had a lot of questions and he patiently answered all of them. He quickly responded whenever I sent him a text with a question or request. After the purchase, he was super flexible with regard to delivery, setup timing, coordinating with the electrician's schedule, etc. The delivery and setup was quick and well done. The installer did a good job answering all of my questions. We've had the spa six months and have had a couple of minor issues. One was probably due to user error on my part and the other was not. In both cases, Jim responded to my texts immediately and quickly resolved my issue, even during a holiday week. I'm so glad I purchased from a local dealer that provides such fantastic service after the sale. I'm sure a larger dealer would not have given us the same treatment. Thanks Jim! Five stars!

They sent out their technician and he identified there was a problem with the motor and it needed to be replaced. The issue was the warranty is with Hayward and Dennis explained to me that I would need to contact them for the warranty. Fast forward, I went to pick up my repaired pool cleaner at the store and expressed that it was a little inconvenient for me to contact Hayward for the warranty and that I had purchased the cleaner from Gary's. Dennis, heard and understood what I was saying and told me to not worry about it and take the vacuum. That is not what I expected and really appreciate him taking the time to hear my story. I tried to pay him for his service still but he told me to pay him when I get my warranty settled with Hayward. I was surprised by this level of service and even though I tried to pay him still, he would not take the payment and shut off his computer. Thanks Gary's, I will keep coming back for my pool needs.

My challenge was I'm on a 3 level half acre lot with the pool set up in the center so this project was going definitely be different than the average back yard setup. I got a few estimates from a few different pool companies and a very good general contractorI know here in Rancho referred Kenny and Dan. They showed me there ideas and it was a way better set up than anyone else had proposed. Of course this plan was going to cost more money however Dan said if we build a pool it's something that's going to be real nice and you're going to be proud of it. I thought about it for a few weeks as these numerous pool companies all called me asking me if I was still interested as we were approaching the season to start at the end of the year and I decided I ultimately didn't want to cut corners doing more entry-level plans so I went the distance with blue waters plan. As you can see in the photos it came out came out spectacular. I have twice the deck area that I had prior a spa a heater water falls equipment that does everything by an app and in time plan to put a bar area in the large open area. They even redid did my 100 something foot wall that was starting to fall that me and my neighbor split. Buying a pool is a lot of money, but ultimately you just wanna be happy when it's done with no regrets so if you're looking to have a a pool built with no worries and to the best of it's ability You definitely want to talk to blue water. I was nervous thinking the tub might be a lemon. They changed the fuse and it worked. We decided to buy the Aqua Lounge Plug N' Play so it took the next day for us to soak wt the desired temp. Then we had another setback when the tub stopped working again once the high jets were turned on. The bluetooth of the hot tub was still working fine so it meant that it was not our electrical/outlet problem. At that time, we were really nervous and sent a tx msg to Gloria that night. She texted back, "don't worry, we got your back". We wanted the tech to come over the next day but they couldn't so I was a bit frustrated as we were having a family event that weekend. The tech Vincent finally came after a week and did a few tests and tightened the fuse holder and it worked. He also recommended to place a 30 amp outlet. It's been two weeks and we haven't changed into a 30 amp outlet yet and the tub is still running great! Aside from the competitive pricing among other vendors, we are very pleased with the after sales service. I hope that the tub's fuse won't blow off again but God forbids it will, I know that Gloria and her team is just a phone call away. So yeah, go buy your hot tub to this branch and ask for the famous Gloria that every happy buyer is raving about!

Today, I set it on the counter, let Rick know I was back with this vac again, and he got angry, told me if I wanted to argue then take my vac and don't come back. I've had Rick help bunch of times, I liked the guy, and he sure surprised me by ranting and telling me to get out of his store. I defused the situation, told him I like the store, I liked him, no issues with me. It helped a little but he was visibly still angry for whatever his reason was. I told him I was willing to look at a new vac, purchase from them, he told me to go buy it online. Is that how you treat long time customers? Ones who would still spend money even when you chew them out for no apparent reason? I left the vac there for him to fix, came home and decided to review Mountain View while I remembered details. Seriously, dude got angry, pointing in my face, where did the anger come from??? Bottom line, I will take my business elsewhere. I won't accept that kind of treatment, too many other shops close by who could be more customer friendly. I would advise anyone else to do same.
