I have been waiting since June 2 to use my pool. Eddy opened it but didn't start the pump. When…read more I started the pump I asked if I turned the handle 90 or 180 degrees. Eddy confirmed that 90 degrees was correct. This ran the pump dry after about 2 minutes.. He later said he was driving and didn't read my text message. Eddy would not answer questions about the pump and I tried to get someone to look at it. If Eddy would have come back he could have told me the pump was irreplaceable. About a month later he did tell me this. Eddy suggested a new pump and installed it. He made me find an electrician. Once turned on the variable speed pump started shutting off intermittently. Eddy blamed the electrical but said he does not know anything about electrical. He just plumbs in the pump. He said he would get a replacement. After 3 more weeks of not receiving the promised a new pump. Over and over he does not show up. (Three times this week) I feel like I have wasted money for almost 3 months. I have yet to be able to use my pool and it is getting too late in the season to heat with solar. Since I can't circulate water Eddy offered to clean my pool for my birthday in July. He didn't show up or call (as usual).. My pool has yet to n e e vacuumed and I can't put the cover on when not circulating. I was thrilled with the pool plastering job done by Rubin. t Eddys pool service is not dependable or communicative. After 12 weeks I have a non working pool and have no idea when the non working pump will be replaced. According to Eddy that was going to be 3 weeks ago after the first pump failed. Eddy is OK at opening and closing but often doesn't call or show if his plans change. I have wasted money on pool support this year even after purchasing an expensive non working replacement pump. Use the pool plastering service but be cautious about expecting service or communication from Eddys pool service for ongoing support.

I trusted Omar and paid approximately…read more$138,849, in cash, with only about $4,000 remaining on my contract, yet there is substantially more than $4,000 worth of work left to complete. At this point, I believe the payments on my project were heavily front-loaded, and I am seriously concerned that my funds have been mishandled. I paid this money trusting that it would be used to complete my pool. I gave Omar chance after chance. At one point, nobody showed up for approximately a month and his explanation was that one worker had sprained his ankle. I accepted that excuse at the time, but I now question how a project of this size could depend on one worker. No actual work has been performed since July 22, 2026. On August 13, Omar sent ONE worker to my property around 1:00 p.m. When I asked the worker on video what work he was there to perform, he eventually said he wasn't sure and that Omar had just sent him there. What really bothered me was what happened after I contacted Omar's wife. Just a week earlier, Omar himself had told me that his wife was involved in making accounting decisions. When I contacted her, Omar became upset and told me that my project was "no longer fun" for him. Those were his exact words. I feel like every time I ask legitimate questions about my project and my money, I get another excuse and somehow Omar plays the victim. I trusted him. I paid almost my entire contract. My pool remains substantially unfinished, I have received preliminary lien notices connected to the project, and now I can't even get consistent communication or work performed. I have payment records, messages, photos and videos documenting my experience. I never wanted it to come to this. I just wanted BluePoint Pools to finish the pool I paid them to build. No pool equipment No poured concrete on excavated areas Tile not complete on barstools, table , sunken , coping around sunken, decking not complete for inspection, mini pebble not done, fire bowls not installed You will see messages that show us speaking about the payment . At this point I only had two payments left 28k and 4k and I was very concerned and requested that he wait on the 28k til more work was done and he said his wife would not allow him to do that because he did that in past and it was a mess and how angry she would be at him. I paid him and guess what no work has been performed since !!!! But I'm including it in here for transparency

Due to poor knowledge of the Pool company / guy I hired to service my Pool weekly ,My vinyl did not last very long. Fall of 2025 I had gone out to California and met up again with Danny from De santos Vinyl Pools to once again replace my vinyl. Danny and Sergio have given us wonderful Service. Due to the rainstorm, our liner had popped out of track and called them to have the liner put back in place. Called the first time. They had told us they will check their schedule to come and never got a response. Called again. Left messages and no response. All is good and responsive when they have our business but terrible customer services after. Staying responsive after is more important for future recommendations or for us to use them again.
