I had the worst experience with secard pools... twice. The first time I went I encountered the older lady with the raspy voice...she was on the phone and didn't acknowledge my presence at all. No greeting or I'll be right with you....nothing. I excused it and continued with the visit.... ultimately she was not helpful in purchasing a pool. I friend told me of they're superb service, so I gave them a second chance. My next visit was this July with an encounter with Jeremy....I offered a greeting of how are you and his response was.."busy" although there was no other customer there but me. He offered me a defective pool for half off. I didn't ask for a discounted pool. We engaged in conversation regarding a pool and his personal phone rang and he answered it....no excuse me, let me get this nothing...by the way there was someone else sitting at the desk who could have answered the phone....if you're a person of color, patron someone else. read more

Ok Jeremy, you really outdid yourself this time. I mean really? So I had my spa delivered yesterday and there was a small issue with he chemicals Jeremy left the store when it closed at 7pm and came over on his own time and took the time to teach me everything I needed to know. While he was at my house he noticed something else on the spa which was that it was still in "test" mode. The next day he called me to tell me that the corporate office was working on getting someone out, later that day, he called me and apologized and said they couldn't get anyone out but he figured out how to fix it and would be at my house after he got off of work tonight. On a Friday night. The guy has wife and kids and decided for the second night in a row to come over and take care of a customer on his own time. Amazing customer service doesn't do what Jeremy did for me justice. The funny part is while I was waiting for my spa my friends told me "Order you supplies online it will save you money:. Well friends, guess what, sometimes good ol' customer service and peace of mind Trumps the few pennies I would save by ordering from some unknown place. Secard Pools - I really hope you are reading this because I want you to know that I work in a VERY customer focused industry and what Jeremy has done for me and my family is, bar none, above and beyond anyones expectations of exceptional service. Jeremy has been a God sent, from the first day I started shopping for a pool/spa until the day it was delivered and set up. As a matter of fact he continues to help out still. I was unavailable to be there during setup up, so he came to the house and sat with my wife as the techs unpacked, setup, and filled both the pool and spa. He noticed a damage panel, and got it on order before he left my house. All in all I would recommend this place to all my friends. But buyer beware, not all exchanges are the same obviously, but mine has been great. Do not buy from this place ever because they lied to me when they sold me my pool. They said that my large dogs would not be able to put holes in it. I used for 2 summers and about a week ago my dogs tore holes in all four corners. If I would have been told that I shouldn't have dogs near it I would have kept it gated. Now they say that all they can to is sell me another pool for 1500 but take off 200 from the price. Hmmmm. Just spent 1600 for 2 years and now they want more. Don't ever do business with them. They will lie to your face and have no idea the problems they've cause me and bor do they care. Total rip off they don't even deserve one star read more

Customer service is great. I asked for an estimate for a vinyl liner replacement, and after sending some pictures received a very detailed estimate. I truly appreciated the call backs and responsiveness. I'm finally getting around to writing this review for Secard Pools from our completion in September 2015! :-D My husband had been researching the different types of pools, i.e. built in/concrete, above ground/vinyl, in ground/liner, etc., getting the pros & cons on what was going to be best for us, especially since we live in the High Desert & can get extreme temperatures, Super hot or Super cold, during certain times of the year. When we made the decision that the liner pool was going to be the one, we really wanted to visit the local Secard Pools location in Hesperia, California to see the pool on display outside, meet the people there & check prices. We couldn't have picked a Better location to inquire!! The Manager, Laurie, who is SO knowledgeable, helpful, personable, professional & has a Great sense of humor, helped us & really 'Sold Us' on the Secard Brand. We also met Jeremy at the location & were equally impressed with him! Secard has definitely assured that they place the Very Best in their locations!! They have Never disappointed! So, we decided to go forward with Secard Pools & work with them on determining what was going to work best for our home & how they could make that idea come to fruition. Then the work began, all coordinated through Secard Pools Construction Office, who were all exceptional. Each set of Secard Pool Workers/Specialists worked hard, were good at what they did, courteous & considerate of not only doing their jobs to the top of their abilities, but to do a job that would keep the typical mess with Any home project, to a minimal! For us, even though we're the Customer & paying for their services, we wanted to show them our appreciation for each time their workers were here for the day. We decided to fill an ice chest with waters & Gatorade's for their use & offered to have pizzas delivered, so they'd be welcome to take their lunch break in our patio setting, relax while they ate & be right there to go back to work on it after lunch. I loved seeing the looks on their faces when we'd offer... Happy & So Appreciative. In fact, I just remembered... one of the times when the pizza delivery guy showed up, he saw the Secard Pools truck out front & said, "Oh, Secard Pools! That's who put our pool in at our house!" I said, "Really? How long ago?" He said, "About 20 - 25 years ago, we love ours! It's a liner pool." I said, "So it still looks good?" He said, "Oh ya, we've had the liner replaced since then, which is normal for that length of time, it wasn't expensive in comparison to those concrete pool rehabs & it looks brand new, like they installed it just last week!" WOW!!! What a Testimony to what we were having done at our home, it gave us even more peace of mind! :-D Although our weather changed into Wintertime soon after the pool was completed, since we waited until later in the year to do this, we did get several swim times in before it hit, we did the salt water system, No Regrets, and we thoroughly enjoyed it & look Forward to Summertime temperatures to get back in there! We didn't have a heater installed, but maybe we should have! LOL Our grandkids Love the pool too!! I highly recommend Secard Pools in Hesperia. I was lucky enough to get out of an agreement with Lifetime Solutions, and was very hesitant to enter in to an agreement with any other company selling spas. Laurie at Secard is amazing! Talk about no pressure sales! The only questions she asked us was about our preferences and what we thought we might want, and then she showed a number of different products. There was never any pressure and after we did select a spa and gazebo, the set up was quick and efficient and very clean. We received our products in a reasonable time. We got an excellent price on both the Cal Spa and the beautiful gazebo. Do not make a decision about buying a spa without first going into Secard Pools and Spa. You will be doing yourself a disservice if you ignore this advice. I am now a very enthusiastic and satisfied customer. Thanks for the awesome spa, Laurie. Worse experience here paid for a tech to install my pool worse decision ever. They told me I would get it delivered week one in August we'll now we're at the ends of August I had to force the tech to come drain out the water in my pool because he left huge as rocks that were very sharp! And my pool was half way full. Size is 18x30x52 that's a lot of damn water !!! And now the SO called manager is giving me bleach tablets for the compensation of the loss in water. -_- I had originally asked for a happy bottom which they charged me 150 dollars and I never received but yet they knew 3 weeks prior to my delivery that they did not have any nor they weren't getting any in. So why did my tech installing my pool call me to inform me about it the day before my installation. And said if I still wanted my pool installed anyways. WTF !!!! And now the Tech Bo stood on the flimsy ass latter they gave me and he damaged it and now it doesn't work!!!. But they won't take it back and give me a better one. They want me to pay 250 dollars on top of the 11,000 I spent plus all the inconveniences!!!!! Don't shop here they are full of excuses!!!!! Wife really wanted a pool and nobody had them, knowledgeable lady helping us stated they are selling out fast so happy medium they had a few of last year's models they dug up. Felt pressured by her statement and didn't want to hold up the line, no pool, unhappy wife. Bought a last year 20ft x 48 swim a round model from hesperia store last weekend had a change of heart. Seems like a good pool. Wife saw doughboy and for a bit more and wanted to get our money's back. That would have been nice if the sales lady would have said before running my c card and saying sign here. My bad for not reading the contract but who can you trust these days I guess! I would like to do future business for chemicals and maybe a spa someday. I like supporting the locals. To add to my bad taste in my mouth. When i picked up pool boxes where loaded by their employee into my truck and did not see was torn (torn side face down)and some poles were scratched till I unloaded it. When given invoice to sign off on items loaded, i signed again trusting company and then noticed it was someone elses invoice that i put my initials on.. when i told the employee they said we will handle it. Red flag. Purchased a swim a round pool and was given an intex ladder? Red flag! Everything still in box straps still intact, wife called and was told we cannot return for money back and to sell it on ebay.. out $3500.. how can you say no cash back and your employees not tell you all sales final? We needed a new pump and filter and after being quoted double what Secard quoted us somewhere else, we went with Secard in Hesperia. Laurie was who we dealt with from the very first call. Both my boyfriend and I had called a few times with questions and to set up an appointment for installation and she was very knowledgeable and friendly. We weren't completely impressed with the guy that came out to install the equipment, as we had a clog and he stated that all he does is the install. We called Laurie the next day after several attempts of trying to remove the clog ourselves and she set up for someone to come out the next day. The guy that came out was able to clear the clog, we had to pay for it because it was not due to the new equipment but Bo was very nice, explained the whole system to me and did a great job. I would recommend Secard and Absolute pool cleaning to anyone in the High Desert area. I trust both companies and will be utilizing their services in the future. Thanks!!! read more
