BUYER BEWARE!!! All sales and no service! Don't make my mistake! Purchased a pool about 18 months ago and is already falling apart. Initial construction was beyond disappointing and had to fight for minimal discounts for their mistakes! These are not professionals, and have very high construction employee turnover. Liner track is mounted sideways to ensure repair security for Secard. Track is already cracking and unable to hold liner in place. No resolution from them outside of $2000 remounting fee. Laurie from the Hesperia office and Robert from the Upland office are horrible customer reps. They will sell you everything you want but ZERO passion/urgency for customer service! DO NOT BUY SECARD!!!!!!!! read more

Well Gloria L., since we are being completely honest here, let's state FACTS: Fact 1: You're Deposit Requirement on my "Special Order Spa" is $1,000.00. I put down $5,000.00 (my mistake). Fact 2: You called me 6 weeks after I put my deposit down telling me my "Special Order Spa" is ready for delivery after telling me initially it would take 8 months. Big difference in timeline for someone attempting to spend $30K+ with your establishment. I told you I would need 8 months as told. You guys said verbatim "no problem". You then called me in December requesting payoff of the "Special Order Spa" and I again stated I would need the full 8 months. I kindly asked you to sell it to someone else and you refused. Fact 3: I came in on Wednesday January 5th and asked to cancel my order and at least have $4K of the $5K of my deposit returned since the requirement was only $1K. Your management refused. I then asked if I could purchase something a little cheaper that day since I could not afford the $30K+ "special order spa" at that time. Again your management refused. Fact 4: you then called me every 3 weeks leaving me messages to pick up the "special order spa". I spoke to you guys at the beginning of April and again asked for more time and said how come you guys refuse to sell the spa to anyone else. You said it's "special order" and then said I told you to keep it out of inventory which is a bold face LIE! You refused to put it in inventory! There is nothing special about my "special order spa" as it was the floor model that everyone else orders. Let's keep it real here and stop using that term as a scapegoat to keep my deposit. I refuse to give you guys another Penny of my hard earned money knowing how you do business. I will make sure everyone I know understands how you do business in the decades to come. What a great experience from start to finish. We walked in to a packed showroom to be immediately greeted and told we would be helped when one of the sales reps finished. Jeremy was super knowledgeable with absolutely no "sale man pressure". Their team was always on time, polite and worked efficiently. We were doing some additional construction at the house that caused some delay, but Secard was very patient and understanding. We ran into some additional issues with out pump system and Jeremy came right out to take a look and take care of the issue. Truly such a smooth purchase. So the buying experience was not bad in the beginning and the staff was helpful also. After deciding to make the purchase in Jan they told us it would be about 4 months to receive it due to COVID. After 4 months we would call to get an update and they stated they had no updates just that it was "in production". It is now June and they told us it would be ready the first week of June when we called the first week of June they stated it was awaiting delivery still. Finally we got an update that it would be delivered June 25th. The deliver gentleman was very short she a little rude on the call to schedule the delivery date. We tried to get an update today because we were not even given a delivery window time. We have called and sent text without a single response. The entire process has been horrible, I understand some delays but communication is key also. I regret paying it off fully because I feel like this business could care less now that they have my money and I still do not have a product. I wish there was more competition up here for hot tubs but I will never do business with Secard again. Do yourself a favor find another spa/hot tub dealer if you are in the market for one, this is absolutely one of the worst places I have done business with.......... read more

We recently purchased an 10x18 above ground pool, our total amount spent here was just over $2,000. The sales people who helped us purchase the pool were very helpful and professional. The instructions that come with the pool are terrible. Once we got everything together the hoses on the pump leaked so we called for help. The people who answer the phone could have cared less and were not helpful at all. We called another time with questions about how the pump should be operating and were blown off again. It's a really annoying feeling when you get treated this way. We originally chose this company because it's close by and we felt like if we had issues they would be there to help us out. Secard graciously took our money but after that they can care less. We will not be spending anymore money with this company. read more

While this review may seem long, it is going to be a semi-detailed review and experience in the purchase, delivery, warranty request experience, repair technician, and the overall experience when Purchasing my hot tub from Seacard pools in Hesperia. While driving by on my way to work I saw what a beautiful building and location this spa location seem to be from the freeway. I found my way to the entrance and was blown away by the inventory available for review. Lorie was my sales woman and was awesome through this whole experience. Top-notch, sweet pressure, but ultimately left the decision up to me. I inquired about some hot tubs that might be on clearance and she advised me one that exactly matched what I wanted was on a clearance special. She made me a wonderful deal on the price and delivery and accessories. Additionally, as everyone else says, she is extremely knowledgeable and every question I asked throughout my buying experience, the answer was right on the point. I placed the order on Saturday, Lori advise that I would get us call on Tuesday from the scheduling department. Right on the money Tuesday morning I get a call from Rachel to schedule my delivery and the best part was it was only two days later on Thursday. The delivery truck showed up right within the window. However in my opinion these guys worked a little harder then smarter when offloading my hot tub. Instead of using the electric gate lift, they decided to offload it by hand off the side of the truck. While offloading it one of the corners was stuck And after some juggling one guy wasn't quite ready and moderately fumbled the tub and nicked up the corner base of the tub. However after a little repair work, they rolled it into place. They placed it right where I wanted it, got it all set up. Beautifully installed the lift and Cover and gave me some directions and we're on their way. I found a Spa electrician here on the yelp site and this guy did an incredible job hooking up my electricity to the spa with all parts and pieces done correctly. See my review. My hot tub was filled up on Sunday evening, and it heats extremely quickly I have to say. However upon further inspection, I had a leak going on inside somewhere. Monday morning I called Seacard pools and spoke to Laurie. She was very sympathetic to my issues and assured me they would be handled. She told me she would submit a work order and once again on Tuesday morning Rachel would call to schedule service call. Tuesday morning right on the money guess what happened. She set me up a service call for the very next morning. Chris the service tech shows up right on time and I tell him about my concerns and some other little issues with the tub. After all was said and done Chris repaired all my concerns Plus answered a bevy of questions that a new spa owner would have. Once again like Laurie he was a pro and knew his stuff extremely well. Job well done. I had to then wait a day for the new glue and plumbing to dry and as of this morning, after a fill and soak last night, the tub seems to be holding water, no leaks, and working wonderfully. So there you have it, my complete experience with the Seacard pools. I recommend them and experience from sale to warranty to service, Seacard did a fine job. read more

My spa was delivered a week ago! It's beautiful and everything I was expecting. I even got a one on one run through of my spa with Jeremy Berg. He was very very nice and pleasant to interact with. I honestly thought I had everything down, side note I've never owned a spa before. A week later...due to user error of not putting in the chlorine in soon enough the water became cloudy. I panicked thinking "what have I done!" Well I sent a message to Jeremy asking him to call me as soon as he was able to. He called with in a couple of hours and walked me through on what to do and went over a few things again. He was patient in explaining things and did so with out making me feel stupid or like I was bothering him. I would like to add that owning a spa is not rocket science but if you are NEW to owning one and dealing with chemicals and maintenance it can be a little confusing. So being able to call and get help is a nice bonus to purchasing a spa. Secard pools /spa has a nice show room and everyone is very nice and helpful I highly recommend them, ask for Jeremy.
