I set up a Monday morning appointment with Scott on Friday and he told me he would call 45 minutes before to let me know what time he would be arriving. On Wednesday, 9/21/22, Scott Gaston (310) 699-8660 was INCONSIDERATE, UNPROFESSIONAL, DRAGGED OUT my appointment time, and then FLAKED. (Sadly, he came as a "referral".) On Friday, 9/16/22, I spoke with Scott on the phone. I needed a regular exterminator for exterior pest control. He scheduled my property for Wednesday, 9/21/22 @ 12 noon. I followed up with Scott on Tuesday, 9/20/22. He RECONFIRMED for Wednesday @ 12 noon. I REARRANGED my schedule for Scott. When it was PAST noon, I sent Scott a text asking him to let me know when he'd be on his way. He texted back and pushed our time back to 3pm. It was inconsiderate but I said fine. At 3:33pm (when he was already 30 mins late and after having me wait ALL DAY for him), he calls and says I'm "too far" out of his service area and that he's not coming. Really??? After making me wait ALL DAY??? That's Scott's professionalism??? Scott said they don't go past Overland. I'm literally 5 mins past Overland....plus Scott gave his WORD and had me WAITING for him all day. He said he had "just looked up" my address (even though he's been to my property before). He had 5 whole days to re-look up my address and cancel. No, Scott waited until AFTER he had me waste my time and wait for him ALL DAY. Not cool. My husband and I had a certain amount of credit for Scott because he was recommended by our HOA maintenance supervisor. When we talked over the phone, Scott found out how many cockroaches we have and said that most likely their nest is under the sink and that is where they will need to work. But when he came to us, he seemed to have been replaced. He splashed in some places and ran away. Didn't even look under the sink, said no. We were shocked at how quickly it all happened. We even stopped him at the door, pointing to the places he talked about on the phone. We were very frustrated because we spent a lot of energy, worked half a day to empty the entire huge kitchen from food and dishes, wanted to achieve the maximum result and did everything he asked. Then we lived in this mess for a while, because he asked not to rinse or remove the product, but the miracle did not happen. The cockroaches were still with us and we called Scott a second time. The second time was just as unsuccessful. We waited. But when they realized that he did not kill the cockroaches and wanted to return their money (refund is possible under the contract within two months), he chose not to respond to my message and simply ignore it. Highly NOT recommended! Don't waste time. I wrote this review because I picked up the phone now to call another pest control company and remembered this whole horrible experience and I feel hurt.
