My family and I had a GREAT experience with Seattle Tree Care. We worked with Becky, the Office Manager, as well as one of their Arborist, Peter. The interface with both of them was seamless, and we could not be happier with the final product. Our goal with this job was to preserve a significant tree in our front yard, but to prune it in such a way that we would get better light inside our house, have less sap dripping on cars and most importantly - enhance the health of the tree by stripping away dead branches. Peter and his crew were timely, conscientious, safe and thorough. They spent a few hours carefully trimming the tree, and hauled everything away. Not only did Seattle Tree Care do a phenomenal job, their quote was also lower than a few of the other tree care company's who bid our job. Why go anywhere else? read more

Seattle Tree Care is a very professional company. They have great communication and their employees work exceptionally hard. They did extensive work in our backyard and I'm completely satisfied. I would recommend them without hesitation. read more

These guys will do whatever it takes, and do it well. I had a tree removed from behind a power line and very close to my house. This was no small job! The tree was a Deadar Cedar that was 4' across at the base. This was a multi day job for a large crew. At the end of the day, they left the place cleaner than it had been in weeks! By the time the job was done and the giant stump ground well below grade, they swept the roof and left the place immaculate. I would highly recommend these guys for any tree work you need done, and did I mention, they really have their act together so they can charge less than the other guys and still outperform. read more

I wish all companies operated like Seattle Tree Care! I had a gigantic monster that kept growing at a frightening pace over my house and my neighbor's yard. Probably 60 feet high with giant branches. It made me nervous just looking at it. I received several bids and heard a few different problems about doing the job - and varying prices. One big company wouldn't even send someone to look at it for a month! One guy gave me a time to come out, but came out an hour early while I was in my pjs. But when I called Seattle Tree Care my problems were all over. Not only was someone sent out immediately to look at it, but I was told there were no problems doing the job. Best of all, the communications with the office were impeccable. I love good communications and fast service, and this is what you get with this company. Don't waste your time fooling around with others. Good job Seattle Tree Care! This team did the job like it was nothing. No problems and courteous service to boot. NICE!! read more

Seattle Tree Care has the greatest service and employees.  Moises and Riley were awesome, friendly, and took very good care of my tree.  From the moment I first contacted Seattle Tree Care, their employees immediately responded, followed up very promptly, and listened to and addressed all my concerns.  I would not hesitate to recommend them for any of your tree care needs. Thank you very much Seattle Tree Care! read more

TreeCycle was so easy to work with. I made an appointment with Kelsey for an estimate over email and Peter came out on time, surveyed our situation, and promptly wrote up an assessment for the work. Scheduling an appointment to complete the job was a breeze and the work was done thoroughly and correctly. I was even impressed that the good people at Tree Cycle took all of the cuttings and clippings with them! I would highly recommend their services. Our trees look great! read more

We had Tree Cycle out to remove a large cedar tree that had split at the base and was no longer structurally sound. We got a quote lower than two other arborists we had contacted, and the quote included a number of options we could have chosen. They arrived early, finished the job quickly, and even shared the wood chips around to our neighbors, delivering them to two different houses on the street. Kelsey was also great about scheduling payment, working with us to fit our schedule. They are highly professional and prompt. Would recommend them for tree pruning, care, or removal. read more

I had gotten 8 quotes from 8 different tree removal companies, got the best estimate by Treecycle. Treecycle came and removed 13 cedar trees and 2 rhodies under 2 hours. Highly efficient & cost effective company. Thanks U Treecycle!!! read more

You may want to look elsewhere... Hi Boyd, We really appreciate you contacting us about your trees. Unfortunately, our schedule is so booked right now that we're not able to look at new projects. We're sorry we can't be of more help! Best regards, Shaina Shaina Rajala Treecycle Office Manager read more

Good price, fast professional service. Friendly office staff.

During a severe windstorm this fall, part of our 50 year old plum tree fell down. Due to concerns that the other half would fall on someone, we were eager to have the tree removed. We called a handful of tree removal services. A surprising amount didn't respond, and, among those that did, no one followed-up when they said they would. The sole exception was Tree Cycle. They responded to my voice mail. Showed up when they said they would. Gave a clear written estimate, and removed the tree on the day and at the time that they said they would. The yard was also left shockingly clean. Finally, the final price was exactly what was quoted and was literally two and a half times less than another quote that I received. I'm completely satisfied because Tree Cycle did exactly what they said they would do with no surprises. As long as I'm in Seattle and Tree Cycle is in business, I would never look elsewhere for tree removal services. read more

Peter and his team are the real deal. A huge Madrona fell into our yard during this last winter storm, Peter came out promptly and gave us a fair estimate for taking the tree out of our yard and cutting it up into pieces and moving it to our front yard to use as fire wood. I got two other estimates and Peter by far was the most professional, the most qualified being an arborist, and the best at communication. I highly recommend Tree Cycle. read more

Thank you Kelsey for another job well done! This is the second time this year that I had Tree Cycle come out to my place to cut down some trees and stump grind various stumps on my property. I couldn't be any happier. Kelsey knows how to bring down big trees in compromising places with ease. Other companies quoted me a lot of money just to take down a single challenging tree. Where as Kelsey came in and said no problem. I would recommend Tree Cycle for all your tree jobs. I will be using them again when the need arises. read more

As a Landscape Designer, I regularly need the services of a reliable, knowledgeable, conscientious Arborist. Peter and his crew at Tree Cycle are my go to contractor. A always feel 100% confident in their work and comfortable with them interacting with my clients. And if you have never seen an arborist prune a big tree, it is worth the price of admission just for the entertainment value. Whole-heartedly endorsed! read more

These guys are awesome. I hired them to take down a large palm tree (yes, large palm tree) that was dying and we had had for many years. Peter climbed the tree and saw a sign of new growth, so he recommended leaving it alone to see if would make it. His crew also cleaned up several italian cypress that had been hit hard over last winter. They left and I never received a bill. Months later, it was obvious my beloved palm had died after all, so I called Peter and they managed to take the entire thing down without disturbing any of my roses that grew around it. Our yard was a challenge to work in, and they were unable to grind the stump, but cut it down as far down as they could. They also cleaned up my steps where debris had fallen; cleaner than when they arrived! Great folks, very reasonable, highly recommended! read more

Efficient and knowledgeable. A good company to turn to when you need help with trees. Listening to not only what but how things are to be done, the owner is really a very strong leader. These guys make a hell of a mess...and then clean it up! nice. read more

Very happy with Tree Cycle. Peter came by quickly, went over everything with me, and gave me an estimate that I was happy with. I needed some pretty significant work done - one good-sized maple taken out completely (due to rot at the base) and some heavy pruning of a large douglas fir, in addition to taking out one stem of a medium-sized birch tree and pruning a variety of smaller trees, grinding out a few stumps, and ridding me of some problem wisteria. The estimate was better than one I had gotten from a different company. While I wouldn't go on that alone, Peter was very pleasant and made me comfortable that he knew what he was doing and was advising me honestly. Tree Cycle able to schedule the work for about a week and a half later. Peter and three others showed up just before the scheduled 8:30 am, and I was impressed with how skillfully and quickly they took down the maple and pruned high, heavy branches from the douglas fir, getting everything down without scaring me that they would damage the house, power lines, or other things below the douglas fir. They did a good job of cleaning up afterwards (though I did have small twigs being flushed out of the douglas fir for a few days after). One of my neighbors had hoped to save some of the wood for firewood, but Tree Cycle was chipping it all and had apparently already arranged to sell the chips to someone, so if you hire them and hope to save any of the wood, you should negotiate that up front. Also, I was there for the work, both out of interest and in order to be able to answer any questions that came up since I had them dealing with some many different trees. There were a few clarifications at the time (and a couple of items I added, such as the wisteria), so I think it was a good thing for me to be available (not to mention it was pretty impressive to watch). No surprises on the final bill and I'm quite happy with the experience. read more

We received 4 quotes to either limb or remove three 100ft trees from the side of our yard. Their quote to remove was less than what we were quoted just to limb. They were also super flexible and even hauled off all the yard debris we had collected along our fence line. Can't speak highly enough about tree cycle. They were super professional, the crew was great, and they did great work. We also use them in for work needed in our property management read more

Wonderful customer service: friendly, responsive, and prompt. Estimate was well-priced and they were able to come out the following week to remove our dead tree. Thank you!!! read more

Tree Cycle just finished their second job working on big trees on our property. Today they took down a large Douglas fir piece by piece. It was dying from root rot. Peter and the crew are highly skilled and did a great job. It was a pleasure to watch them work. They had to be extra careful as our property borders on a city park. As a bonus Peter gave us a video of the entire operation reduced to less than 30 seconds. Every phase of both projects was professional beginning with Becky. The cleanup by the crew was thorough. And we ended up with a neat wildlife snag complete with a top sculpted with a chain saw to look like it had broken. I generally only give reviews when things turn out really bad or really good. Both of our experiences with Tree Cycle were really really good. read more

Fantastic scheduling (Thanks, Kelsey!), service, promptness, job details, and more. They got more work done and in a quicker amount of time than their estimate even showed. The workers were prompt, fun, capable, and polite. They left the yard cleaner than it was to begin with. Will recommend them to everyone I know and will certainly have them back to my own house again! read more

Super professional, knowledgeable, and communicative crew and staff. Selena and I had to coordinate quite a bit for work over the holiday season that required permitting, plus a hazard branch that needed prompt attention. Peter came out right away and had an estimate for us that night. We hired Treecycle to make our giant Douglas fir a little bit safer. After a windstorm in the fall brought a major branch down almost getting our house and power line, we knew we needed some peace of mind for future storms. The estimate was reasonable for a tree of this size. The crew was super fast, thorough and answered all my questions. They "edited" the tree carefully to maintain its strength and health while removing some possible hazard branches. The yard was spotless when they left. After this LAST storm, which took out a neighbor's tree with significant damage, our huge tree lost only one feather light 1 foot twig. Couldn't be happier with this company. read more

I had 5 very large stumps, and some of the remaining branches and debris, removed from my yard. Seattle Tree Care was very professional and responsive. I spent weeks trying to get other major Tree Services to respond. In this market, I just needed someone to respond to my request, do what they say they are going to do, and perform the work on a timely basis. Seattle Tree Care did all of that! read more

We've used Treecycle twice now, once a few years ago to take down two large trees and again a few days ago after the latest wind storm. Peter and his crew are amazing! They're prompt, courteous, professional and did exactly what they promised. During the storm last weekend a huge limb partially broke off one of our trees and lodged itself in another. I couldn't remember the name of the company who had done the work before, but found it after searching through my records. My husband emailed them with a couple of pictures and Selena responded almost immediately saying that Peter would be out that afternoon to assess the damage and give us a cost estimate. We were very surprised, as we expected it to take much longer because of all of the storm damage. Peter showed up as promised and told us that the damage was much worse than we'd thought and that he'd take care of it that very afternoon. The tree had to be accessed from a neighbor's yard, so he met with them first to explain the situation. A few minutes later the big truck arrived and Peter went up in the basket with his chain saw to the top of the tree. This guy is amazing! I watched in awe as he whipped that chain saw around like a ninja. He carefully dropped everything onto our side of the fence, as not to inconvenience the neighbors. After the giant, dangerous limb was down he cut several feet off the old tree, then artistically finished off the top with his saw to make it look like it fell over naturally. A few minutes later he came to the front door to let us know the project was complete and that we'd receive the bill via email. We have a lot of trees in our yard and I'm sure we'll be using their services again -- no need to call anyone else! read more

We've used treecycle 2 times now and really have been happy with the work and the crew. They worked to make sure we were happy. We will definitely continue to work with them :) read more

Fantastic, would definitely call again! Our neighbors had Treecycle do some work, and said great things, so we're hoping to pay it forward. Peter came out to look at a really big Deodar Cedar that needed to be removed, the bid was lower than other estimates that we got. They were so fast, really efficient, not at all disruptive- we didn't have to take off of work to be home while they worked. They cleaned up everything, it was like they were never there. I will definitely contact them for any tree work we need to have done. Don't bother shopping around, these guys are the best! read more

Peter with Seattle Tree Care removed a good sized tree from my property last year, took everything away and did not cause any damage - couldn't have gone better. But when he really shined was after the city of Seattle imposed a fine of over 10k on me several months later for supposedly removing an exceptional tree, following the complaint of someone in the neighborhood and a questionable analysis of the tree's former size. Peter sent a couple detailed emails to the city and successfully argued that he had measured the tree before cutting it and that it was smaller than the exceptional size cutoff. Happily, the city decided the tree was probably not exceptional and the fine was dropped. Thanks Peter! read more

I hired Seattle Tree Care to work on my newly purchased property, which had numerous trees that had been neglected for some time. Whit at Seattle Tree Care really took his time with me when he came out for the free consultation. Hannah in the office made scheduling the job super easy. And the entire crew on the day of the job were so nice, communicative, and easy to work with! It was all the folks at Seattle Tree Care actually cared about the health of the trees. Both during the consultation and on the day of the job, the crew took the time to explain their recommendations and why they were making curtain cuts. Seattle Tree Care did a great job of getting my trees back in healthy shape (and simultaneously protecting the house and garage!). Also, the job came in under the estimate they initially provided. I highly recommend Seattle Tree Care! read more

Peter and team are fantastic. We found them more than a decade ago (back when they were Treecycle), and wouldn't think of calling anyone else. We appreciate that they prune to support the health of the trees while also being sensitive to the wildlife that inhabit them. Customer service and communication are top-notch. Estimates are done quickly and pricing is fair. Pruning, removal, cleanup - everything is done thoughtfully and thoroughly. Highly recommend! read more

These guys were amazing, start to finish! They promptly and professionally corresponded with me, they sent a super cool female arborist out to estimate, and their work crew was super friendly, knowledgeable and great with my dogs! The crew lead even shared their Otter Pops with me :) Tree Cycle will be my arborist from now on - no questions. read more

2nd time we've used these guys. Awesome service. We had tree removal and stump grind, difficult tree pruning and a very overgrown hedge to trim. Work was amazingly good. They listen to what you want and check back if there is any queries. Cleaned up everything. Prices very fair and they keep to their quotes. read more

Thank you to the folks at Treecycle from Ashley, to Kelsey, (to Dave and Nick?) and the rest of the crew... Great job! They had a crew for taking down/ grinding the tree limbs/ trunk and another for grinding the stump. The project was well managed and the guys were in and out in under 3 hours. I highly recommend them. read more

We have a large Deodar in our front yard that was due for a pruning. Ashley was able to send out a large friendly crew right away, and they were very thorough in their work and very clear in their communication. Two days later, Seattle had a lot of very wet snow fall and a 8-10' branch broke off our tree. Knowing that it would take us a while to chop it down small enough to compost it, I contacted Ashley and she agreed to have our team come back out and take away the branch for free. Thanks for your friendly, communicative, professional approach. Julie read more

I hired Seattle Tree Care to do trimming (for light and safety) as well as cutting some trees. They were a breeze to work with, very friendly and professional, and came up with a great plan to solve my tree problems. They were easy to schedule with (within 2 weeks of agreeing to hire them), reasonably priced, and did an excellent job. Reasons I hired them: very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional tree experts, excellent availability, well priced, all-in-one service (cutting, trimming, haul away, stump grinding, etc), and they were very respectful of my wishes while making sure the trees got what they needed. All the trees we discussed were excellently handled, and over time, will become much healthier and more attractive trees - which is outstanding as some of the trees on my property are many decades old and were poorly maintained prior to my arrival. I'm glad I hired them and I highly recommend them. I will be hiring them in the future to continue taking care of my trees. read more

To begin with, Treecycle gave us an estimate we couldn't refuse (over $1000 BELOW other quotes). They arrived promptly on a windy, rainy day and went to work promptly removing the target. The job was complete in about 2 and 1/2 hours. The crew were methodical and very polite. They professionally cleaned the back yard after they finished. Becky, on the office side, was prompt, friendly, businesslike, and efficient. In all, an excellent experience. Bravo, Treecycle, for a job well done! read more

We just had Seattle Tree Care come out and prune three of the trees on our property and they did a fantastic job. In fact, they probably did more than we initially thought needed to be done. They responded to my initial online inquiry very quickly and had someone out to inspect and write up a bid within a day or so. I think I had the bid in my email inbox within 15 minutes of meeting with them. It was a very competitive bid and their communication was great. Actually I'm still waiting to hear back from another company, not to be named, that I requested a bid. Goes to show how important good communication and customer service is. Our head arborist, Adam, was great. He kept checking with me to see how everything looked and if there were any other branches we wanted removed. He and his co-worker did a great job cleaning up and now it looks great walking up to and up our stairs. Thanks Seattle Tree Care!! read more

I called the top three arborists on Yelp and scheduled an estimate from each. Peter from Tree Cyle was the first to arrive. He was awesome. I learned more about my trees in 15 minutes than I could have from hours of research. Turns out, the trees I was worried about are not in too bad of shape at all. They just need a little work - he was patient with me and the furthest thing from a salesman. In fact, he showed me the best type of handsaw to do the job myself. If you have any questions about trees, definitely call TREE CYCLE first. Once we do need to do work on this one Western White Pine in our front yard, we are calling them to do the work for sure. read more

I recently requested proposals from several local tree services in the Seattle area. The TreeCycle quote was the lowest and looking at a couple of thousand dollars worth of work, went with the lower bid. The job required the trimming of five large trees and the removal a very large Eucalyptus tree. The work crew arrived and undertook the work in a well planned, team coordinated, and efficient manner. The job was completed in one day; trimming, debris removal, large tree taken down and removed and cleanup to my property to my satisfaction, even with inclement weather arriving in the afternoon. I do completely recommend TreeCycle for those wanting a dependable job, satisfactory outcome and a professional interaction. read more

Fast, professional, and safe. I had two beasts of Cottonwoods removed from my property. It was a tricky job - No road access and on a slope... oh, and one tree was about 20' from my house. They did an amazing job - quick and safe! The job was projected to take two days but they finished in one. I recommend Tree Cycle to anyone needing an arborist - small or big jobs. read more

Seattle Tree Care is fantastic! Responsive on the phone, prompt arrival and a tremendous job on the trees. Nick and Mike were great, pleasant, calm, and very good at what they did.
