Fantastic crew and scheduling! Seattle Tree Care was prompt and gave a reasonable bid on our trees. They were also able to fit us into their schedule on our short notice of needing them down quickly. On the day of service they crew was kind and very thoughtful of taking care not to damage anything, which meant a lot since they had to work on our property lines with neighbors close by. At the end of the job they noticed our children and cut thin rounds for them to do art projects on.... the way to our hearts for sure! Thank you Seattle Tree Care! read more

I wish I could have given a 5 star review, but unfortunately, these guys removed TWO TREES that we did not want to cut down. Their excuse? "Oh, those trees are considered undesirable and they had a tag on them." My discussion with them on this matter was conducted by email, per the owner's preference. No apology. No attempt to compensate us or make it right. We were outraged. read more

I wish I could comment on tree pruning and removal services, but unfortunately I received a we-don't-want-your business-because-we-are-too-busy response to my inquiry. (Although unwelcome, the response was polite.) I work in the service industry, so I found it odd that they did not inquire about my timeline for pruning and removal, or, at a minimum, suggest other options. The prior owner of my home recommended Tree Cycle for work they had done on our trees earlier, so I thought it would be a welcome inquiry and business continuation. I'm sure I can find someone else willing to take my money. read more

These guys got the job done, but we ended up with a trampled garden, broken fire pit and holes in the top of the compost bin. They were on time, honest, and worked hard. However, as much time as we have put into the yard to get it started, having to start over with some of it is difficult. I would recommend Tree Cycle, but I'd also recommend you take care to protect anything that could get damaged. read more

Great service! I called, they came out the next day to check out the trees. They gave us a quick rundown about our trees (they are healthy and just need pruning) then they came out a few days later to do the job. Very satisfied! More sun in our yard which makes me happy. read more

I cannot say enough great things about Tree Cycle! I had a large tree in my backyard that was slowly deteriorating and needed to be taken down. I called Tree Cycle to have them come over and take a look. Peter came over and was right on time. We walked through my yard and he was very knowledgeable about my tree and even explained to me why he thought it was dying. In addition to removing the dying tree I also needed two other trees trimmed and Peter talked through those with me as well. The quote he provided me was a little higher than the other one I had gotten but he was much more professional and knowledgeable than the other company I consulted with. The Tree Cycle team agreed to negotiate with me on the price which was fantastic. On the day they came, they showed up right on time (8:30am) and got right to work. By 12:15pm they got my tree down, stumped ground out, other trees trimmed, and even trimmed another little tree that needed a few branches removed. They left leaving my yard nicer than when they got there and left me a piece of the trunk of the tree they took down so I can make a bench out of it for my backyard. If you are looking for a professional, efficient, knowledgeable, easy to work with, and trustworthy company to help you with your trees, Tree Cycle is it! read more

Tree Cycle did a fantastic job cutting the trees around our house and at a reasonable price. Efficient and very professional.

I had a giant old catalpa tree in my yard that needed TLC. Tree Cycles showed up on time, talked through what was needed, and did a beautiful job. They even texted me while I was at work with a photo update halfway through the job. And they cleaned up every twig off the roof and gutters. What a great experience . read more

We needed an increasingly unstable 85-90 foot pine tree taken out of our front yard (the retaining wall around its base was starting to buckle, and its limbs were all involved in power lines). Tree Cycle's bid was 35% of the other bids. They seemed to find it easy to cut away from the power lines and had the whole thing down, and the yard cleaned up, in just a few hours. At our request they left the bottom 12 feet as a snag for wildlife, and considerately notched the top of it so birds could nestle into it. They were professional, and extremely pleasant. I highly recommend them. read more

We were pleased with the service. it is an expensive service in general, but they were up front with pricing, fast service. Since I was traveling when they found a free spot, over 6 weeks before they thought they could schedule us, they did the work immediately. When I returned, I found no sign that they had made a hole, the garden was intact and we were happy with the work. Thank you. I will call again if there is a need. read more

I highly recommend Seattle Tree Care. Their service was excellent from start to finish. They pruned a very large Deodora tree for me. I wanted it heavily trimmed and thinned so that it limited the amount of debris that landed in my neighbors yard and on my roof. They removed several large branches and climbed to the top of the tree removing dead limbs. When they were getting close to the end of the job they took the time to ask me if there were any other branches that I would like to have removed or cleaned up. I have a more light in my yard and my tree looks absolutely great. read more

Tree Cycle is a great company. They show up when they say they will, do an amazing job, and leave everything clean. They really care about their work. Rare service indeed! read more

I totally agree with the reviews here. Peter took time to walk around the property and answer my naive questions about my trees--their species, health and so forth. When these guys showed up (right on time), they went to work like leaf cutter ants. Took out two good sized trees and limbed/trimmed a whole lot more. They cleaned everything up, including detritus I had laying around. I can recommend them highly. And the prices was reasonable--totally worth it. read more

The estimate was competitive. The work crew was professional and clean up was superb. I was a very happy and satisfied customer. I would definitely recommend Tree Cycle! read more

Ashley gave us a knowledgable and clear consult and she helped us to arrive at some important decisions. Follow up was great. Jacob and his team did an amazing job for us removing one large and one medium tree and sensitively pruning two other large trees. Jacob clearly knows his stuff, and checked in with me along the way. The whole team was hardworking, professional, courteous and charming to boot. They left the job site very clean. Having tried multiple arborists in the past 18 years, I can honestly say Seattle Tree Care (new name) was by far the best I have worked with. I really love my trees so this is a big deal for me. We are happy with the results and I highly recommend this business. read more

This company was great throughout the whole process! The arborist met with me to talk about my goals, she sent me info about permits and answered all my questions, the office staff is really nice and fit me in sooner than expected. The crew arrived on time and worked their butts off all day long in the rain. They removed 7 very overgrown trees from our lot safely, quickly and efficiently. The site was cleaned up well. I'm very happy! read more

We have used Tree Cycle a couple times and they are excellent. They trimmed and inspected two very large evergreen trees for us. The workers are quick, professional and competent. We use them any time we have any tree issues and highly recommend them. read more

Fast and professional. They did a wonderful job for a fair price. Everyone we talked with was super friendly and helpful! The woman who works in the office we coordinated with was great at getting back to us and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend! read more

We were delighted by the attentive customer service from our initial email inquiry to the email receipt for payment for our well-priced major tree removal job. Peter provided a timely estimate and the courteous team came a week or so later. I told my friends when I returned home at the end of the day that it looked like aliens had abducted our trees because there was no sign of any debris and they came the next day to finish the job by grounding out the stumps consistent with our specifications. I would highly recommend Tree Cycle to my friends and family. read more

Definitely a 5 star experience. Treecycle fit our laurel hedge destruction and stump grinding project in on an on call basis. I called, they came the next day. Perfect. Very polite, friendly, skilled and extremely hard working crew. Professional equipment and attitude. Price level matched skill and care. They were great. I highly recommend, and am spreading the word among other horticultural friends. Well done team Treecycle. Sue and Steve read more

WOW!!! These folks are amazing!!! We had them come to our place to do some major tree pruning (2 huge pine trees, 1 large poplar, and 1 holly tree). It looked as if the trees hadn't been touched for decades. We had dead branches overhanging power lines, other large branches overhanging our roof - it was a mess. The folks from Tree Cycle gave us a very reasonable quote, and we were more than happy to go with them! Their crew was out here for just half a day, and took care of *everything*! I know nothing about horticulture and trees, and they were able to give suggestions on aesthetics as well as tree health, and made sure we were OK with whatever they did (e.g., taking out some larger branches that I hadn't even thought of removing). The place looks amazing!!! We are so thrilled with their work!! And on top of all of that, when they were done cleaning up, the yard (and sidewalk and right-of-way) looks better than ever!!! It was fantastic to have them work on our trees and we'll definitely be going with them next time!! read more

Treecycle is a professionally run operation, from Betsy on the phone, Peter the arborist and estimator, and the three man crew who pruned two birch trees and removed a third today in my back yard. These were very tall birch trees that came with the property 52 years ago but drought and bronze birch borers were killing them and much of the upper trunk and branches were denude of leaves. The crew worked with practiced purpose; it was evident they knew what they were doing. I was impressed that safety and precaution were priorities and how thoroughly they cleaned up debris and all the limbs and large rounds off the trees. At completion, the lawn was blown and raked, and my two remaining birch trees look free of dead limbs now and ready to weather storms for the next few years. The price was reasonable and in sync with other estimates I'd obtained. Treecycle will be my go-to tree company and I highly recommend their services. read more

This is the second time in the past two years that Tree Cycle has done work for us. Both times they quickly came out for the quote and completed work within three weeks of the quote. Their office manager Selena is friendly and responsive. The first time our large maple tree cracked right down the middle after an overnight wind storm. The owner Peter came the very next day and tethered the heavy branches together until he could return the day after to fully remove the damaged tree (took about 2 hours). Recently they worked on two giant oak trees on our planting strip and coordinated getting a permit with public utilities. Their 4-person team came and pruned some small trees, and did major pruning on a huge Douglas fir in our neighbor's yard and the two oak trees which had branches going across the street and towards our roofline. From the quote to project completion, it took less than a month for this recent job--we were delayed because public utilities had to prune the oak trees first away from the power lines before Tree Cycle could do its work. Everyone from the office manager, to the owner, to the work crew, were courteous, efficient and friendly. The clean-up was fantastic--all of it! I left a cooler on the porch with beverages and sandwiches because it was a hot day. They actually took the garbage with them! They even kept our surrounding neighbors' homes free of debris. Twice now they've done exceptional work and we'll be using them again for future tree work. I found their prices comparable to other places. read more
