I didn't want to spend thousands on an e-bike and have two bikes to maintain. Bike Swift was really good at setting expectations and addressing concerns I had about extra weight, braking, and changing the feel of the bike. After picking up my bike, there was an issue with what turned out to be a non standard bottom bracket. They were diligent about figuring out and fixing the issue quickly. I've since gotten a bunch of rides on my converted bike and am really happy with it. As we had discussed, it still handles well and braking is not an issue. As a plus, the system they use is very configurable as far as customizing assist levels so that even with the extra weight, a 7% assist level makes it feel just like my bike did before conversion. I would have had to pay probably $3,000 to get a lower weight e-bike that did not fit me as well as my bike still does, and am really glad Seattle has a shop that provides this service.

The bathroom faucet wouldn't fit. No doubt after three hours of work it was a valiant effort, but even with a discount from quality one I still had to pay a lot of money out of pocket for new faucets and a professional plumber to finish the job.

But I picked up a sweater last week, went to wear it and discovered a huge stain on the turtleneck collar. Very large stain. It was not there when I dropped it off. I would definitely have noticed. I'm very careful with my clothes. I understand things happen, I wouldn't have let this ruin my relationship with this business, but I just got back after taking it in to discuss this with them and they denied that they had anything to do with it. Please, if you fucked up then admit it. I am blown away by their complete denial. They have just lost several hundreds of dollars a month in business. It's a shame.
