We hired Quality one to install two faucets. Unfortunately the faucets were not installed correctly; the new kitchen faucet needed to be purged before insulation, which was not done and caused a blockage in the new faucet. The bathroom faucet wouldn't fit. No doubt after three hours of work it was a valiant effort, but even with a discount from quality one I still had to pay a lot of money out of pocket for new faucets and a professional plumber to finish the job. read more

It was a struggle to finish all of these projects on my condo and as time reached its end, there were a few projects that I wasn't prepared for. Aaron was extremely helpful and very adaptive to fix what I tried to start....Ok, so I'm not good with tools...and got the other items checked off my list. He was efficient and did really good work. Excellent service. Put my mother-in-laws retirement apartment completely together. I live in Pasadena, CA so moving her into a retirement home was going to be a monumental challenge. I ordered everything from IKEA and some was delivered and some he picked from the store. My mother-in-law is normally a completely crazy mean woman but unbelievably loved Aaron because he was so professional and so nice to her. I see the other low star reviews mentioning slow communication from him but I never found that to be the case. He always responded timely. Maybe some of those who made those comments don't understand the guy is working all day and can't respond to them in 5 minutes. People need to have some respect for these guys time too. Anyway it was a great experience and a fair price. We could not have gotten her in the apartment without his help. I had been struggling for awhile now to hang four sets of blinds and three large photo frames in my home. The walls in my 1940s townhouse are very difficult to hammer/drill into. Whenever I tried on my own the nails would bend and it was just general chaos for me. I called Aaron and he was able to get me an appointment for the next morning. He called back quick, helped me to determine over the phone that the disposal was dead and recommended that I buy a replacement on Amazon and he can install for me. I followed his advice and called him back after knowing the new unit would be delivered on Sunday. He offered to come on Sunday after I received the unit.
