Her inventory is gorgeous and she really knows her stuff, so much so that some of my top dresses in the end were actually dresses she pulled for me that I never would have thought to pull for myself. She also had multiple sample dress options that would allow for a bigger range in budget. Even after meeting with her three times, she was beyond generous with her flexibility and understanding of the significance of this purchase. Never once felt pressured. This was the only bridal shop I visited where the end-to-end experience was truly private, which was amazing. The interior of the store is so cute, and the champagne was a nice touch. Truly a gem of a bridal store and a gem of a store owner!

Everything from the professionalism, knowledge, attention to detail, and amazing customer service was wonderful to experience, as the other places I went to really fell short in comparison. I was fortunate to find my wedding dress at Christinbridal, and they accommodated all of my needs to make sure my dress is perfect and will arrive on time for my wedding in may 2024. They also made arrangements to set me up with their seamstress who was able to confirm that all alterations I was seeking were possible and they would work together to ensure my dress met my expectations. I specifically want to point out the consultant, Christinna, who helped me find my dress. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and exceeded my expectations with every gown she brought out after I told her only a few details of what I was looking for. I highly recommend this store to go wedding dress shopping, the customer experience was one for the books!

Growing up in Seattle, Luly Yang was the first place we went to try on dresses. I was a bit nervous as I usually have a hard time finding dresses that fit perfectly and my mom is super judgmental. Meg and Stephanie greeted us and were so nice and welcoming. We tried on a few dresses and they really set the bar in regards to the fit, material and customer service. We had a few other appointments already set for the week, so I wanted to wait to see those appointments through before deciding and they were so understanding. (We had other studios who really tried to pressure us to purchase day of-even offering discounts). Another plus was there was no fitting fee to try on the dresses - unlike all the other studios we went to. We did end up coming back and getting my dress at Luly Yang. They were amazing through the whole process and they work with you through each step. I loved being able to design my dress and pick out the materials. Luly was also there to help make the dress look perfect and Mei was amazing with alterations. I can't wait to have to another opportunity to work with them in the future!

She truly transformed my experience. My dress went from a beautiful vision to a reality. It was absolutely perfect, everything about it. I learned and felt the love and intention that Luly puts behind each design. My dress became mine and more special when Luly told me what she liked about my dress. She, herself, is so inspiring, a beautiful and authentic, powerful, and strong woman with incredible style. Not only my dress, I loved my veil and each part of my dress- Luly and her team were patient with my particular requests and perfect desires. The shop itself smells amazing! The entire environment from the smell to the beautiful pressed gowns in the windows, the white bridal room, the incredibly sweet team, and the attention to detail would make most people believe that the dresses are out-of-this-world expensive however, I think they are priceless because of how special, intentional and personal the entire experience can be. The last year of relationship with my dress, Fatima, Luly and staff has been 5 stars. If your first experience or interaction is less than I am making it out to be, I recommend giving them another chance, meet Fatima, she will meet all her promises and truly make your experience the best she can. Oh and for kicks, my photographer was Peter Mahar, I posted a couple photos- so you can see this perfect dress that made my wedding dreams come true. Enjoy your experience!

They shared a lookbook with me so I could select my favorites in advance. When I arrived, they had several of those dresses ready to go so we didn't waste any time. I am so grateful that I was paired with my stylist, Rebecca! She was friendly, knowledgeable, and instantly put me at ease. She never made me feel rushed or pressured into making a decision. When she sensed that I was torn between two dresses, she encouraged me to sleep on it and reach back out when I was ready. After some careful thought, I ended up saying yes to the dress by the end of my appointment. The dress I chose was not listed in their lookbook - it was actually one that Rebecca pulled for me to try based on my vision and preferences. I quite literally could not have found my dress without her! It completely embodies my style and I can't wait to wear it on my wedding day. Riding high on adrenaline after choosing my dress, I blacked out and messed up my tip amount during the checkout process. I emailed the store to modify it later that evening. They were so understanding and fixed it quickly which was very much appreciated. I highly recommend I Do for your bridal needs - they are amazing at what they do!

If it does, do not get your alterations done at the shop - seek another tailor. I ordered my dress at the end of January. Wedding date set for August 8th. The sales woman said not to worry, the dress I ordered was simple with no embellishments, so it can be finished quickly without a specific rush order. So we proceeded. Come mid-June, I find out from a different person / owner that it should have had a rush order placed. I would have done that in January, but the sales woman specifically said it wasn't needed. The dress arrived, but poorly fitted. I agreed to alterations at the shop, which was a mistake. Each fitting was worse than previous. Three days prior to the wedding the bodice was detached from the skirt and totally remade. The dress was too big, not fitted and sagged and fell off me. It was litterally held up by safety pins and tape during the ceremony and photos. The waistline was crooked, the waist overall was too big. The neckline was not finished correcly and was fraying. The custom removable straps had snaps on them, and the snaps fell off. One person works there as far as I know - and that's likely why there are a lot of comments about poor communication or no one answering phones. She does the orders, the try-ons & styling, alterations, overall business management. No wonder things are falling through the cracks. Do not get your dress altered here.

When I tried things on, even if I liked the style, I was often unimpressed with the quality of the fabric and stitching. Then there was trying to imagine what it would really look like after being altered, and I was just never sure I was going to love the finished product. As soon as I started working with Kiko, the stress of the dress hunt was gone! I wanted a dress that was both elegant and simple, and one I would be comfortable moving around in. Kiko made me a custom dress that fit me perfectly--size, shape, personality, and budget. Kiko is a master of both design and craftsmanship. I sent him some photos of dresses I liked, along with a description of how I imagined combining elements I'd seen to create the perfect dress for me. At our first meeting, applying his artistry and expertise to my vision, he drew a sketch and brought my idea to life right before my eyes! We then met regularly as he started creating the dress from the inside out, making sure that every piece fit perfectly. Kiko is extremely organized and the dress was ready in plenty of time before the wedding. The quality is superb. I didn't spend half my budget on my dress, and yet I felt like a million bucks. My dress was so comfortable, I danced all night long! But if you want a super complicated design, he can do that too. If having a dress made for you has ever crossed your mind, you will not regret meeting with Kiko for a consultation. I just assumed that I would not be able to afford couture; but Kiko's prices are very competitive. And you get exactly what you want! Priceless! Being able to wear my very own unique, high-quality dress on my wedding day was priceless and made me feel like a queen. I cannot recommend Kiko highly enough!

And I was a bit scared that Callista was new in the business. Well, as I found ou later, they had actually been in the business forever now. It's their family business for generations, and they worked in Europe before moving to the US. I could not believe how professional the owner was. She helped to make up my mind about what I want exactly and showed the catalog of dresses that they had, which by the way was super extensive. Did I mention that the appointment took place at my house? I was not feeling well that day but there was no time to miss and they have an option of coming over to the place wherever it is more comfortable for the customer. Great, right? SO after going through so many dresses, that they did not even have put up on their web-site.( I must say they don't have much on the web-site at all, but when I met with the owner, she had tons of models to choose from. She said they are still developing their web page), we ended up chosing one of the dresses, but I also could change some of the details which I liked in other dresses. So, basically, I ended up with creating my very own dress. Delivery was very timely. And I'm really glad I gave them a shot. Now my best friend is getting married in 4 monhs and she's already ordered a dress with Callista. I would absolutely recommend it to everyone.
