My best friend getting me in the dress.
    Vanessa W.

This was the first bridal shop I went to for my dress, and after a bit of a journey, it ended up being my last. Before my first appointment they sent me to a website to pick out a selection of my favorite dresses. I made notes about what I liked and didn't like. When I arrived at my appointment, they had my picks pulled out for me and used my preferences to figure out what other options to pull. The very first dress I put on was perfect. But I wanted to be sure and tried on several others. The attendant was super helpful, patient with my indecision, and just a cool human all around. I came back several more times to make sure this was THE DRESS with my friend, then my mom, and they were happy to accommodate me. When I finally got the dress, they helped me figure out accessories as well as giving me tips on seamstresses. Out of all the bridal shops I tried, this one had the best selection, the best staff, and the best atmosphere. Other places felt rushed, or like I was on a totally different page from their stylists. I am so glad I ended up at I Do Bridal.

Highly recommend I Do Bridal! I booked a Premier appt (1h30min Bridal Appointment, up to 4 Additional Guests, Senior Bridal Stylist). Found the process very easy, the website was informative, and once I booked I also got instructions to a portal where I could easily view and favorite dresses. FYI I do think viewing the dresses in web browser is better than mobile. I found the appt itself a helpful, welcoming, and professional experience. My stylist was Audi and she was incredible, definitely a major factor for my positive review. I was running a little late (~5-10 min) and called ahead of time and they were understanding. Once I got there, my dressing area was already set up with dresses I had favorited. I then wanted to brief my friends on what I had in mind and Audi patiently waited for me to finish doing this and gave helpful input whenever I asked. Then we went straight to trying on dresses. FYI - The dressing area itself was pretty roomy and had ample hooks to hang options, both inside the dressing area and along that top bar where the curtains are. That top bar made it really easy to hang dresses for my friends to see and compare in a row. I favorited MANY dresses, much more than honestly doable within 1h30min. Audi gave a helpful explanation that the select group of my favorites she had brought out were primarily ones within my budget i.e. let's start with ones within budget and only search outside if necessary. I felt this strategy was smart, efficient, and considerate. We tried on around 4 dresses before it was clear based on my reactions and friends' input that a certain direction made sense - and that direction didn't necessarily line up with my favorites. We all agreed finding new dresses to try on would be best and Audi expertly changed course, quickly bringing over new dresses that better fit my vision vs. my original picks or at least could help confirm whether certain elements were indeed what I should be looking for in my dress. Audi was also helpful in suggesting what to do next given the time, but also never made me feel rushed e.g. "how about we try xyz next to test whether you like/don't like (dress element)?" I would actually say this about the entire staff, they never made me fee like I had to hurry up. Whenever Audi needed an extra pair of hands, they arrived promptly and were professional. And they were so supportive, sometimes stopping to comment how something looked beautiful on me. An extremely welcoming environment. Their patience and understanding was the most notable aspect of their service. I actually stayed *well* over 1h30min but honestly didn't even realize it because I wasn't rushed at all. They didn't charge me for the extra time either. It probably helps no one had an appt after me, but this is a courtesy that really stood out to me. This would probably be my watchout to brides - definitely try your best to have a vision in mind because I already thought I was prepared (I had inspiration pics and everything) + this was my 2nd bridal appt so I had prior experience on how I wanted the time to progress and I STILL ran over time. Maybe do 2 hours if you're still in a stage where you're unsure? Audi and the staff were also kind and professional to my guests. They offered complimentary champagne or apple cider, and when one of my guests didn't seem keen on either, they mentioned they also have sparkling water, which my friend gladly accepted. A small interaction, but speaks volumes to their level of service, as it's clear they wanted to make it a positive experience for everyone. As another note, my friends were tasked with taking photos and videos, which the store had no problem with (I have heard some stores do not allow this - no issues here). I will also note that even though I found a dress that I was very likely to purchase, they did not push me to make a decision. I specifically asked for the weekend to discuss with family and they had no problems at all. In the end, I did finalize on a dress and purchased from them! They added the credit from the appt fee and even added credit from a future sample sale appt I had made. Audi was clear in explaining next steps e.g, discussing what size to order and what parts I should plan to make adjustments for and what the timeline was (can confirm wedding dresses really can take 6 months or longer). Veils usually don't take as long. The payment process was also very simple - post-appt I received a text that my invoice was in my portal and that's where I paid for it using card. FYI their text notification system allows both communication with the team as well as my specific stylist (Audi specifically sent me a post-appt text). Overall, I'm very pleased with my experience end-to-end and am so relieved and thrilled that my dress search is complete. Thank you to Audi and the I Do Bridal team!

    Diamond Suite

I had such an incredible experience at I Do Bridal. I couldn't have envisioned anything better! I booked the Diamond Suite so I would have more time and privacy. It was just me, my mom and my best friend sipping on champagne with a suite all to ourselves. So worth it ! I came in to the appointment with an idea of what I was looking for, but also with the willingness to try on different styles. I am absolutely thankful that Bridgette was my assigned stylist. She has more than 15 years of experience in the industry and it absolutely shows! It didn't take long for her to get to know me, my style and execute my vision. She had a few dresses from my Lookbook ready for me to try on. After trying on just 2 dresses she understood exactly what I was looking for. She pulled a few dresses I hadn't seen before and had me try them on. Gorgeous dresses! I did not feel pressured to settle or look outside my budget. On the contrary, Bridgette's patience, knowledge, sense of humor and overall excitement for me made the whole experience amazing and I immediately felt at ease. I said yes to the dress and couldn't have asked for a better day! Thank you to Bridgette and everyone else at I Do Bridal for making the experience so special for me and my family! Just a couple of key points: An initial 60% down is asked upfront to order your dress. I ended up paying the total amount . They list their prices upfront on their website, which I noticed some shops don't do. Set a budget and stick to it. Tip is not included, but you are kindly asked if you want to leave a tip and this amount is taken from the total amount of the dress. Keep that in mind. The stylist will confirm with you what size you want to order your dress in after taking your measurements. Bridgette asked me 4 times! She offered her input, but this is left up to the bride . My recommendation, size up. It's easier to alter and size down after . Once you order your dress.... You can't go back. It takes 6-8 months ( depending on your designer) for you dress to come in. Which brings me to my last FYI. They don't do alterations in-house . They provide a list of alteration shops they work with . Bridgette highly advised me to book an appointment in advance. I didn't have any issues with their customer service. If you have as many questions as I did they are happy to answer . I hope this review helped!

What am amazing bridal dress boutique! My stylist Laurel was bubbly, sweet and she was very helpful finding the "one". She helped me with put on and off them which saved tons of time to try many dresses in time frame, but never felt rushed. And the owner Robin, she thanked us when we were leaving which felt appreciated and valued as a customer. Because this is the only boutique I met the owners of the bridal gown boutique. I highly recommend this boutique! You will not regret finding the one here!! Thank you for everything

I decided to make the trip to I Do Bridal in Seattle from the Portland Metro Area( 7 hrs round trip). Boy am I happy I did. I had the pleasure of working with Cait. She went ABOVE and BEYOND! She made sure I felt special and heard. She took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for. I was not rushed nor pressured. I had a lot of fun too! Thank you I do Bridal for hiring a wonderful consultant like Cait. P.S. The salon/boutique is so beautiful!! P.P.S. The consultants actually help you in the dresses. And fit them to your body so you can get a proper idea of the fitting. Some places don't do that. Especially with covid.

Of all the bridal shops I had been to, I enjoyed the selection at Anthropologie the most. I got to try a variety of styles (beaded, lace, sparkles, simple, a-line, fitted, ballgown, etc.) and narrow down what I like, but I really did like a majority of the dresses I tried on here as opposed to the recommendations or selections I saw at other bridal shops. All of the dresses I tried here I rated 7-9/10 for my personal rating and they all fell within my budget (less than 2k). 2. I loved that I could see their inventory online and indicate ahead of time in the booking form which dresses I wanted to try. These dresses were already on my rack and prepared for me when I arrived. Other shops I had been to gave me time to peruse and look around at the beginning which was nice but it definitely ate into the appointment time. 3. The appointment was free and was 90 minutes long. Sometimes, I felt an hour was too short at other places but here I was able to try on all my pre-selected gowns, peruse the racks more, and try on an extra 4-5 gowns I either missed on the website or were new so weren't listed on the website yet. 4. I enjoyed my stylist's help so much. Elle was very helpful in getting the dresses on and off, clipping the sample down, taking pictures for me as I did not have anyone else with me at my appointment, and suggesting alteration points to make the dresses as close to what I wanted as possible. She was very professional and kind. 5. The availability of the dresses was also a big plus. It sounds like, as long as your size is in stock, it is as simple as ordering online and you can have it arrive within a couple of weeks. They mentioned some styles may be back ordered by a month or so but it's nice to hear that I won't have to wait the 6-8 month timeline for ordering a custom dress through a designer. The only downside I would say is parking. Because this is in the heart of downtown, parking will be difficult. I had a friend drop me off and pick me up for my appointment. Overall, really loved my experience here and would highly recommend stopping by if you like what you see on their website.

I was only allowed to bring one guest with me as the BHLDN area is a small section of the Anthropologie store. I did bring one more guest but they had to stay in the Anthropologie section as a "shopper". It was still very easy for my second guest to be part of the experience as I had to walk across the store to the regular dressing rooms to try on my dress, since there was another bride trying on dresses in the actual bridal area. The person that helped me was Sophie and she was super helpful. This was my first place I went shopping for wedding dresses and she provided ample information on each dress I tried on. Since the workers cannot come into the dressing room with you, I had my mom help put the clips on my dress and Sophie was able to provide verbal directions that were helpful. Masks were worn by everyone the entire bridal appointment, but I felt that I was still able to envision the dress and I did try on a veil. For my second appointment I made here, I was able to re-try on the dress with a veil to figure out if I truly liked the dress. During this appointment, I went by myself and Sophie was still able to help me. When I needed help with clipping my dress and placing a veil on, she had a glass fixture on wheels that was used to create space between us. There is a hole in the glass where Sophie put her hands through with gloves to apply clips on my dress and a veil. Overall, I had a great experience at BHLDN and was able to find THE dress here. Their prices are super affordable for wedding dresses and felt of great quality. When you place an order with them, they waive shipping fees also. I'd recommend coming here for wedding dress shopping.

I wasn't ready to break the bank, and any time I hear "custom made", I freak out a little bit inside. Then I reached out to Chrissy who assured me I can have the dress I want AND it would be affordable. Chrissy was flexible, polite, professional and took all of my ideas into consideration and collaborated on a design with me. The dress needed to be able to withstand humidity as it was going to be designed for a destination wedding in Miami, and accommodate to my dancing (which I did plenty of). During our first fitting, we realized fit-flare just wasn't going to cut it and Chrissy asked how I felt about going closer to mermaid or trumpet design. I was hesitant, but knew I would be in good hands. When I tell you my husband damn near fainted when he saw me, and how our guests' jaws dropped, I can confirm it was all worth it.
