Everything from the professionalism, knowledge, attention to detail, and amazing customer service was wonderful to experience, as the other places I went to really fell short in comparison. I was fortunate to find my wedding dress at Christinbridal, and they accommodated all of my needs to make sure my dress is perfect and will arrive on time for my wedding in may 2024. They also made arrangements to set me up with their seamstress who was able to confirm that all alterations I was seeking were possible and they would work together to ensure my dress met my expectations. I went to many wedding dress shops in the Seattle area, so I'll judge each on the same criteria. On time - 5/5 Patience - 5/5 Helping me select the right dress for me - 5/5 Genuine - 3/5 Space - 5/5 Selection - 3/5 The biggest downside about this place is that you are not allowed to look through the dresses yourself. I found that really strange, since they're all floor models anyway... The vibe of this place was really uptight, I even had to clorox wipe my hands before even trying any dresses on. In general I would not describe the place as warm and welcoming. Selection wise - they have lots of Pronovias, so if you like that brand then this is a great place to go, but otherwise I didn't think they had that much variety (but maybe they did, I just wouldn't know since they picked out all the dresses for me based on the couple photos I had sent them prior and I couldn't look around). Price wise - they offer good deals. Some dresses that I expected to be $2000, they quoted me $1300. So I would still recommend people come here to take a look around! read more

To summarize, the staff is incredibly rude here and does not make you feel special or cared for. This was the worst, but not the only l issue at this place. Other bridal stores offer refreshments, and this place could barely give us the time of day. The $25 I paid felt like a gimmick because 1) the person helping me was late for the appointment and rushed me out at the end after less than an hour of appointment time. Other places do a 2 hour fitting or at least 1.5 hours 2) The brands they carry do not match the description on the website. (No Kitty Chen, very limited Milla Nova) and only styles from last year (no current models) 3) I felt incredibly rushed looking at each dress between fittings 4) the stylist was SO rude to my mom and my maid of honor. She constantly talked over us and interrupted us On top of all this, you have to pay $25+ tax to try on dresses with a rude person Absolutely not recommended. read more

I've heard many good things about Christina's Bridal. My friend got her dress from here and recommended it. I wish I came here right away because I found my dream dress at Christina's. It was worth the three hour drive. The staff were so friendly and helpful. They asked me for my preferred dresses ahead of time, and when I got to their store they already had a few options ready for me to begin trying on. They have a large selection of all kinds of dresses. Tatyana and Christina were amazing! The dress I chose/wanted had a skirt attachment that came with, but I wanted something else. They went a step further and custom made/ordered a specific skirt attachment that I really wanted. In the end, I had a mermaid dress with two separate skirt attachments. Everyone was so impressed when I showed up in different looks throughout my wedding. Tatyana and Christina made my dream dress a reality. I booked an appointment with Christinna's pretty last minute (on Thursday for that Saturday) but she fit us right in first thing in the morning with a 1.5 hour appointment. When we arrived Christinna greeted us warmly and ushered us into her chic, intimate shop. She went over style and budget details quickly and then pulled several dresses for the bride. The first dress was good, but not "the one." Second dress beat the first dress, and the third dress was the first "possible yes." Christinna just pulled better and better each time! Our bride (Dani) had said "no poof" but Christinna advised her to just try on the style, and thank God she did, because Dani said yes to that dress! Before Dani was sold (because this was only 40 minutes into a 90 minute appointment) she tried on a few more dresses, which Christinna was very gracious for, but ultimately Dani wound up back in her poofy dress, and Christinna helped her shop for her veil! Christinna was extremely professional and mature - we were floored when we found out she was so young after she was so poised and articulate the whole appointment. She was also very respectful of the budget, and managed to swing the dress AND veil for the price Dani had set for her dress alone! WEDDING WIN, PEOPLE!!! I had a great appointment at Christinna's Bridal and said yes to the dress. When I changed my mind about the color a few days later (white for ivory), they were kind enough to change the order. However, my experience after I received the dress was not the best. It felt like the store didn't care that the size they ordered for me was either incorrect or the designer of the gown did not send a quality product. The dress wouldn't zip up, despite the fact that I had not gained any weight. (I actually lost a few more pounds because of wedding stress.) I contacted Christinna's Bridal, and they were rather dismissive about my complaint. And once the sale was made, they had no incentive to actually help me. In sum, after working with two seamstresses and six fittings, the dress finally (somewhat) fit me. I still can't believe I paid almost the price of the dress in alterations. read more

I purchased my dream wedding dress from Christinna's Bridal a year ago for my wedding in November, and it was the absolute BEST experience I could've asked for!! I made an appointment and when I walked into the bridal shop, it was absolutely gorgeous in there!! I loved the back room that has a lot of space for your guests that come with you and the privacy it has from the front of the store! My group and I were greeted as soon as we walked in! We got taken to the back room and we talked and went over what I was looking for and Christinna went looking throughout the shop for something that I described and came back with many options and I was able to get undressed and use a robe that was provided! She helped me with anything I needed! The very FIRST dress I tried on that she picked was my wedding dress! We all knew right away!! We did some alterations and Christinna made sure that I was satisfied with every single part of the dress! We got it ordered in March and by June I had my fully altered dress! I even customized my veil! I would HIGHLY recommend this bridal store to any bride that is looking for BEAUTIFUL wedding dresses! If you're looking for something more on the "extra" side or "royal" side, this is THE PLACE!! I was looking for that and that's exactly what I got!! Every single dress they had me try on was absolutely gorgeous. I felt like a beautiful bride in all of them which was not my experience at other bridal shops. They squeezed me into their schedule just 2 hours after I called even though it wasn't convenient for them. And I happened to find my dream dress. They only have one bride there at a time so it will be all about you and you will have their full attention. This place is such a hidden gem and simply amazing. I had 2 ladies, not just one, picking out dresses for me the whole time while helping me try on dresses! I had been to 7 other bridal places before I came here (yes I am picky). I was looking for a silk/mikado long-sleeve princess dress but it was so difficult to find it anywhere else. Christinna and Tatyana are amazing. I tried to look online first to identify what I liked so when I went in to wedding dress stores (David's Bridal, other boutiques, etc.) I didn't have to spend as much time trying on dresses. Working full-time and having kids left me very little time, and I felt like I was wasting my time when I went to all the other places with no results (wrong styles, size, price points, etc.) It didn't help that I'm petite (5'-0", 115 lbs). All the other places didn't have the right size, or the alteration would have cost a fortune, added time (and stress), and might change the look of the dress once it's on me. When I found Christinna's Bridal, I had a completely different experience. First, Christinna was super responsive in scheduling an appointment with me and was flexible to accommodate when I was delayed by traffic (traveling from south King county to north). Having two people take care of me meant that the process was very efficient - saves me time (I only had 2 months for all the wedding prep). But I never felt rushed because they were so attentive and gracious and warm. Doing so by appointment meant that they gave me their undivided attention - which worked well for me since I wanted to proceed in the most efficient way. At first, I wasn't sure I would be able to find a dress I liked in a "small" boutique - If I didn't find what I liked in all those big block stores and larger boutiques, what were my chances of finding a dress I liked here. But I was wrong. It's really not the "quantity" of dresses but the "quality" that matters. Every single dress in this place is gorgeous. Which meant that I didn't have to waste time sorting out the pretty dresses vs the ugly ones. I only had to work on finding one that fit my budget and compliments my body type. Again, so much easier and efficient. What I most appreciate is their honest feedback. They really listened to me to hear what I wanted and only picked out dresses that fit my preference. (time-saving) They also told me honestly when a dress looked flattering on me or not & gave me specific reasons why a dress worked on me. I had a good sense of what looked good on me, and their input confirmed my hunch and helped with my decision making. I never felt like they would sell me something that did not look good on me just to make a buck. They have impeccable and exquisite taste and had a gracious and sweet way of communicating it. When another family member was getting married, I brought her here and we had a wonderful experience as well. Christinna and Tatyanna's excellent customer service really stems from who they are as people - genuine, kind, warm, creative, amazing sense of what looks beautiful. Highly HIGHLY recommended. And the fact that I got married over a year ago, and am now writing this review, is a testament of how impressed I was with their service. I meant to do it then but life was busy this last year with all the adjustment. Still, anyone who's looking for a dress should come here FIRST. This place I had such high hopes for. My mom is actually getting married and we were going here because it had such rave reviews but didn't have the best experience. My mom had a very solid idea of the silhouette that she wanted and had a few simple requests (ex: she did not want a strapless dress) when we got there we showed her some pictures of dresses that she had already tried on and loved and she said that she understood what she was going for. My mom probably tried out 8 dresses. The first one she tried on was a very similar silhouette to what we were going for but we just weren't fans of the details and the rest of them weren't even remotely close to what she'd asked and a few of them were even strapless. When I could tell that my mom wasn't having a good experience, I tried to tell Christinna and she said "Well that's why I had her try on the first one and she didn't like that one did she?" in a very rude and minimizing way to me. This place is amazing! I made an apt on a Thursday for an apt that Saturday, they were so flexible. The place might not seem pretty on the outside but the inside room is and it's just you and a bunch of beautiful dresses. I didn't have to tell them my size they immediately picked out dresses and it only took me a half an hour to find the perfect one and it fit perfectly. They have lots of sales and are very affordable even for dresses that might not seem like it. I found my dream dress and they weren't pushy or salesy at all! This review is long overdue, So, after my dream dress fell through, 3 months before my wedding, I was at a mission, searching for "the dress." I was finding dresses I liked, but nothing I really loved. I wanted something different from the popular {strapless) style and and after a very stressful month, I ended up at CHRISTINA'S BRIDAL (two months before my wedding). The first dresses they put me in had nothing to do with what I wanted, and were cheap looking, but as the appointment went on, they had a better sense of what I was looking for.
