I love Christinnas Bridal!! They were all very nice and helpful in picking my dress. +1 Their place is super nice & clean. From the initial appointment they were professional, got back to you within a couple hours (scheduling), and were very helpful during stressful wedding planning. +1 Christina & her mom both listened to what I had envisioned and I tried on various types of styles of dresses (both really nice ladies!) +1 I didn't feel like I was pressured and I knew this dress was my dress. The appointments are private and one on one with no one else in the shop! +1 Lots of parking across the street, very important especially in the Seattle, Wa area +1 When they called me that my dress came in early I was so shocked!! I was so excited and I'm so excited to be wearing my dress on my wedding day!! +1 I got to try on my dress when it came in and I couldn't believe how beautiful it was!! I love it so much! Dm then on Instagram & schedule your appointment with them they are truly amazing !!! You won't regret it read more

Christinna's bridal was the last place I went to out of 3 wedding dress appointments. They went above and beyond when it came to helping me find my dress. Everything from the professionalism, knowledge, attention to detail, and amazing customer service was wonderful to experience, as the other places I went to really fell short in comparison. I was fortunate to find my wedding dress at Christinbridal, and they accommodated all of my needs to make sure my dress is perfect and will arrive on time for my wedding in may 2024. They also made arrangements to set me up with their seamstress who was able to confirm that all alterations I was seeking were possible and they would work together to ensure my dress met my expectations. I specifically want to point out the consultant, Christinna, who helped me find my dress. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and exceeded my expectations with every gown she brought out after I told her only a few details of what I was looking for. I highly recommend this store to go wedding dress shopping, the customer experience was one for the books! read more

Amazing choices and great listeners gave me exactly what I wanted and I got so many choices that I was able to say yes to the dress very easily! Customer service is also great, I was greeted right away and great advice! I would recommend if you're looking for a gorgeous or maybe even simple yet elegant dress. read more

I went to many wedding dress shops in the Seattle area, so I'll judge each on the same criteria. On time - 5/5 Patience - 5/5 Helping me select the right dress for me - 5/5 Genuine - 3/5 Space - 5/5 Selection - 3/5 The biggest downside about this place is that you are not allowed to look through the dresses yourself. I found that really strange, since they're all floor models anyway... The vibe of this place was really uptight, I even had to clorox wipe my hands before even trying any dresses on. In general I would not describe the place as warm and welcoming. Selection wise - they have lots of Pronovias, so if you like that brand then this is a great place to go, but otherwise I didn't think they had that much variety (but maybe they did, I just wouldn't know since they picked out all the dresses for me based on the couple photos I had sent them prior and I couldn't look around). Price wise - they offer good deals. Some dresses that I expected to be $2000, they quoted me $1300. So I would still recommend people come here to take a look around! read more

I found my dream wedding dress and the team really helps you achieve the dream look that you're going for! The whole experience was so smooth and they have a wide range! Come in early if you want to order your dress with custom sizing like I did. read more

To summarize, the staff is incredibly rude here and does not make you feel special or cared for. This was the worst, but not the only l issue at this place. Other bridal stores offer refreshments, and this place could barely give us the time of day. The $25 I paid felt like a gimmick because 1) the person helping me was late for the appointment and rushed me out at the end after less than an hour of appointment time. Other places do a 2 hour fitting or at least 1.5 hours 2) The brands they carry do not match the description on the website. (No Kitty Chen, very limited Milla Nova) and only styles from last year (no current models) 3) I felt incredibly rushed looking at each dress between fittings 4) the stylist was SO rude to my mom and my maid of honor. She constantly talked over us and interrupted us On top of all this, you have to pay $25+ tax to try on dresses with a rude person Absolutely not recommended. read more

I've heard many good things about Christina's Bridal. My friend got her dress from here and recommended it. I wish I came here right away because I found my dream dress at Christina's. It was worth the three hour drive. The staff were so friendly and helpful. They asked me for my preferred dresses ahead of time, and when I got to their store they already had a few options ready for me to begin trying on. They have a large selection of all kinds of dresses. Tatyana and Christina were amazing! The dress I chose/wanted had a skirt attachment that came with, but I wanted something else. They went a step further and custom made/ordered a specific skirt attachment that I really wanted. In the end, I had a mermaid dress with two separate skirt attachments. Everyone was so impressed when I showed up in different looks throughout my wedding. Tatyana and Christina made my dream dress a reality. Anyone who is getting married I always recommend them to come to Christina's Bridal first! read more

I booked an appointment with Christinna's pretty last minute (on Thursday for that Saturday) but she fit us right in first thing in the morning with a 1.5 hour appointment. When we arrived Christinna greeted us warmly and ushered us into her chic, intimate shop. She went over style and budget details quickly and then pulled several dresses for the bride. The first dress was good, but not "the one." Second dress beat the first dress, and the third dress was the first "possible yes." Christinna just pulled better and better each time! Our bride (Dani) had said "no poof" but Christinna advised her to just try on the style, and thank God she did, because Dani said yes to that dress! Before Dani was sold (because this was only 40 minutes into a 90 minute appointment) she tried on a few more dresses, which Christinna was very gracious for, but ultimately Dani wound up back in her poofy dress, and Christinna helped her shop for her veil! Christinna was extremely professional and mature - we were floored when we found out she was so young after she was so poised and articulate the whole appointment. She was also very respectful of the budget, and managed to swing the dress AND veil for the price Dani had set for her dress alone! WEDDING WIN, PEOPLE!!! I can not recommend Christinna's Bridal enough, and I wish I could give it 6 stars! Make Christinna's the FIRST stop for your wedding shopping! read more

Christinna's bridal was the first shop I went to try on wedding dresses and I had a great experience. Very friendly staff, helpful and not pushy. Christina helped me find a style that looked good on me, and found other picks similar to what I liked. I went to other bridal shops after, but ultimately loved the dresses at Christinna's the most and came back to get one of the ones I tried on! read more

Beautiful dresses but the customer service was trash. The employees had a very disgusting attitudes and were unnecessarily pushy. Found the dress that I really liked but with their snarky attitudes I rather go and support someone that actually treats people better. Really don't recommend this place. read more

We were there yesterday with our bride to be best friend. These ladies were fantastic. Very professional, honest, and knew exactly what style with her ideal wedding dress look. Our friend ended up saying yes to the 1st dress she had tried on in the end! It is gorgeous!! We drank some champagne we brought while watching, and it was very private and intimate experience. Definitely reccomend this place! read more

Christinna's Bridal did an amazing job and finding a dress that was perfect for me. After going to a few different bridal salons, I started getting frustrated since I just didn't find exactly what I wanted. The first dress that they pulled for me here was absolutely perfect! I explained to them exactly what I wanted and she knew just what to have me try on. I tried on a few different options but ultimately went with the first dress I tried. They both made the entire process stress free and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place to every one I know! read more

I had a great appointment at Christinna's Bridal and said yes to the dress. When I changed my mind about the color a few days later (white for ivory), they were kind enough to change the order. However, my experience after I received the dress was not the best. It felt like the store didn't care that the size they ordered for me was either incorrect or the designer of the gown did not send a quality product. The dress wouldn't zip up, despite the fact that I had not gained any weight. (I actually lost a few more pounds because of wedding stress.) I contacted Christinna's Bridal, and they were rather dismissive about my complaint. And once the sale was made, they had no incentive to actually help me. In sum, after working with two seamstresses and six fittings, the dress finally (somewhat) fit me. I still can't believe I paid almost the price of the dress in alterations. read more

This is so insane. So my wedding is in ONE month! They knew how much our budget was and how big of a time crunch we are in, I very briefly explained what kind of dress I had in mind. The very first dress I tried on I fell in love with (and that's the one I took home same day!) but they had me try on a few other dresses that I also absolutely loved and they explained everything very well and educated me the entire time during the fitting. Sweet, smooth and very pleasant experience. I will always recommend ! read more

I purchased my dream wedding dress from Christinna's Bridal a year ago for my wedding in November, and it was the absolute BEST experience I could've asked for!! I made an appointment and when I walked into the bridal shop, it was absolutely gorgeous in there!! I loved the back room that has a lot of space for your guests that come with you and the privacy it has from the front of the store! My group and I were greeted as soon as we walked in! We got taken to the back room and we talked and went over what I was looking for and Christinna went looking throughout the shop for something that I described and came back with many options and I was able to get undressed and use a robe that was provided! She helped me with anything I needed! The very FIRST dress I tried on that she picked was my wedding dress! We all knew right away!! We did some alterations and Christinna made sure that I was satisfied with every single part of the dress! We got it ordered in March and by June I had my fully altered dress! I even customized my veil! I would HIGHLY recommend this bridal store to any bride that is looking for BEAUTIFUL wedding dresses! If you're looking for something more on the "extra" side or "royal" side, this is THE PLACE!! I was looking for that and that's exactly what I got!! They even work with a seamstress that knows they're dresses and materials and it's located right next to the shop! Overall, I would chose this place all over again without question! Super amazing service! read more

If I could give Christinna's Bridal 10 stars, I would. Cutest little studio ever. It's a mother and daughter. They are very sweet and professional and amazing at what they do. Every single dress they had me try on was absolutely gorgeous. I felt like a beautiful bride in all of them which was not my experience at other bridal shops. They squeezed me into their schedule just 2 hours after I called even though it wasn't convenient for them. And I happened to find my dream dress. They only have one bride there at a time so it will be all about you and you will have their full attention. They also helped give me input on what looked best on me which I appreciated because a lot of dress places won't comment much. I like the suggestions because, after all, it's what they do. They are excellent at it. Prices are very affordable and the dresses amazing. You won't find dresses like these anywhere else. I am so excited for my wedding now that I've found the perfect dress. And I will be sending EVERY bride I know to Christinnas!!! read more

I walked into Christinna's thinking I was just going to find what styles worked for my body. They are a cute, intimate space that was easy to find. After I explained what I was looking for, each dress they pulled for me was phenomenal! Every dress was stunning, high quality and unique - I never saw anything like them before online! Not only were the dresses beyond what I could imagine, but they worked with me and my budget. I was able to get a dress that was originally $1,399 for $375 at their end of the year sale! I almost left with two wedding dresses because their sale and dress selection were so unheard of. Christinna is so sweet, very professional and easy to work with. I recommend any bride to make their way to this boutique. read more

Best experience at a bridal shop I've had from start to finish. Tanya was an amazing person to work with- so sweet, patient and helpful. She really makes you feel like you're the most important customer. Christina and Tanya were wonderful! After trying on dresses from boutique to boutique, I came to Christinna's and went home with 2 dresses!

This place is such a hidden gem and simply amazing. I had 2 ladies, not just one, picking out dresses for me the whole time while helping me try on dresses! I felt extra extra pampered & Christinna SERIOUSLY knew exactly what I wanted, down to the very small details. She was so sharp! Their bridal studio was so modern, bright, polished with FANTASTIC Lighting. Bright lights make such a huge difference. When I first walked in my eyes were twinkling with awe. Such a cute place! They made me feel so comfortable and the best thing I liked about my visit was how PROACTIVE they were and not just reactive. They were on a mission to help me find what I wanted. But the truth is, because Christinna had such an amazing collection of dresses, I was trying on amazing dresses one after another...and another. From the moment I walked in, they treated me like no one else mattered in the room. I'm not kidding. I found and bought the dress of my dreams that I didn't know ever existed. The price was way below my budget too! Christinna and her daughter were incredibly fashion oriented, knowledgeable about what was trending this year, and, again, had nothing but fantastic collections. You know that annoying feeling where you go to a wedding boutique, try on a million not so great dresses, the lady just doesn't get what you like, and find maybe one semi cute dress? That didn't happen here... Christinna told us that she travels all around to attend different wedding shows and hand selects each and every dress! I could see that she and her daughter were passionate about the industry. They were such a perfect duo and I loved how BOTH of them took care of me the entire time. read more

We had an amazing experience twice with Christinna! On my first appointment I had never tried on a wedding dress before and had no idea what I was looking for. They began pulling all sorts of styles for me and we narrowed it down from there. I found a dress I loved but continued to look elsewhere. Three weeks later I still loved the dress. Christinna remember the details over the phone and the dress was pulled and ready when we got there. I love that it's small and comfortable and they are not pushy or make you feel rushed! read more

I had been to 7 other bridal places before I came here (yes I am picky). I was looking for a silk/mikado long-sleeve princess dress but it was so difficult to find it anywhere else. When Christinna told me they had many dresses like that I couldn't even believe it. And it is true! They have at least 4 princess dresses in the mentioned style. Besides, all the sample dresses here are in good condition (almost new!) because employees here take care of them very carefully. And every single one looks gorgeous! The fitting room is spacious as well. I am really happy that I finally find my style here! read more

I just bought my dress here and had an amazing stress-free experience! I had no idea what I was looking for, but Christinna really helped me out and put me in stuff that I looked good in. Great service. I never felt pressured. I love the dress that I bought, and it was super affordable. Highly recommended!! read more

Christinna and Tatyana are amazing. I tried to look online first to identify what I liked so when I went in to wedding dress stores (David's Bridal, other boutiques, etc.) I didn't have to spend as much time trying on dresses. Working full-time and having kids left me very little time, and I felt like I was wasting my time when I went to all the other places with no results (wrong styles, size, price points, etc.) It didn't help that I'm petite (5'-0", 115 lbs). All the other places didn't have the right size, or the alteration would have cost a fortune, added time (and stress), and might change the look of the dress once it's on me. When I found Christinna's Bridal, I had a completely different experience. First, Christinna was super responsive in scheduling an appointment with me and was flexible to accommodate when I was delayed by traffic (traveling from south King county to north). Having two people take care of me meant that the process was very efficient - saves me time (I only had 2 months for all the wedding prep). But I never felt rushed because they were so attentive and gracious and warm. Doing so by appointment meant that they gave me their undivided attention - which worked well for me since I wanted to proceed in the most efficient way. At first, I wasn't sure I would be able to find a dress I liked in a "small" boutique - If I didn't find what I liked in all those big block stores and larger boutiques, what were my chances of finding a dress I liked here. But I was wrong. It's really not the "quantity" of dresses but the "quality" that matters. Every single dress in this place is gorgeous. Which meant that I didn't have to waste time sorting out the pretty dresses vs the ugly ones. I only had to work on finding one that fit my budget and compliments my body type. Again, so much easier and efficient. What I most appreciate is their honest feedback. They really listened to me to hear what I wanted and only picked out dresses that fit my preference. (time-saving) They also told me honestly when a dress looked flattering on me or not & gave me specific reasons why a dress worked on me. I had a good sense of what looked good on me, and their input confirmed my hunch and helped with my decision making. I never felt like they would sell me something that did not look good on me just to make a buck. They have impeccable and exquisite taste and had a gracious and sweet way of communicating it. When another family member was getting married, I brought her here and we had a wonderful experience as well. Christinna and Tatyanna's excellent customer service really stems from who they are as people - genuine, kind, warm, creative, amazing sense of what looks beautiful. Highly HIGHLY recommended. And the fact that I got married over a year ago, and am now writing this review, is a testament of how impressed I was with their service. I meant to do it then but life was busy this last year with all the adjustment. Still, anyone who's looking for a dress should come here FIRST. I'd totally travel to come here even if you live far away. It will be SO worth your time! read more

This review is long overdue, So, after my dream dress fell through, 3 months before my wedding, I was at a mission, searching for "the dress." I was finding dresses I liked, but nothing I really loved. I wanted something different from the popular {strapless) style and and after a very stressful month, I ended up at CHRISTINA'S BRIDAL (two months before my wedding). SO, When I came in, I was not hopeful, not very excited but extremely exhausted, but, Miss Tanya, quickly changed my mood, her friendly, charismatic personality quickly made me a lil bit hopeful=) to make a long story short, after trying on a few dresses, I found "the dress", the only thing, it was sleeveless, not what I wanted, but this place, lets just say a week later, my dress was altered and custom made to my perfection, it was absolutely stunning. So elegant and beautiful, yet so simple.. It was everything I wanted, but didn't know existed. I cannot thank Christina's Bridal (Tanya) enough for perfecting the best and most beautiful dress for me. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for a professional, no fuss experience with affordable prices.. read more

This place I had such high hopes for. My mom is actually getting married and we were going here because it had such rave reviews but didn't have the best experience. My mom had a very solid idea of the silhouette that she wanted and had a few simple requests (ex: she did not want a strapless dress) when we got there we showed her some pictures of dresses that she had already tried on and loved and she said that she understood what she was going for. My mom probably tried out 8 dresses. The first one she tried on was a very similar silhouette to what we were going for but we just weren't fans of the details and the rest of them weren't even remotely close to what she'd asked and a few of them were even strapless. When I could tell that my mom wasn't having a good experience, I tried to tell Christinna and she said "Well that's why I had her try on the first one and she didn't like that one did she?" in a very rude and minimizing way to me. We will not be returning. read more

This place is amazing! I made an apt on a Thursday for an apt that Saturday, they were so flexible. The place might not seem pretty on the outside but the inside room is and it's just you and a bunch of beautiful dresses. I didn't have to tell them my size they immediately picked out dresses and it only took me a half an hour to find the perfect one and it fit perfectly. They have lots of sales and are very affordable even for dresses that might not seem like it. I found my dream dress and they weren't pushy or salesy at all! Would definitely recommend them to all my friends read more

Christinna's Bridal was amazing! It is an intimate experience and they bring the gowns to you instead of searching through racks of bagged gowns that all look the same. The first dresses they put me in had nothing to do with what I wanted, and were cheap looking, but as the appointment went on, they had a better sense of what I was looking for. I ended up liking a gown that was completely different than what I thought I would like or even look good in. I did not buy my dress from here, but they opened my mind up to different fabrics and silhouettes. read more
