We stopped by recently and it's still cool to see such a big location. It has multiple levels and filled to the brim with gear for hiking, running, cycling, and camping. Outside of the store, there's a little trail they've set up for you to test out bikes; not sure if they let you do that with hiking boots, too. Since it's Seattle, you can find more than a few items that feature BigFoot on them. Service is always terrific and I like the fact that they have such a generous return policy in place if you're not satisfied with your purchase (for members on eligible items. it's within 1 year of purchase, even if gently used).

A very knowledgeable and friendly gentlemen listen to our skill and comfort level and made us a route that would take us on a fun and scenic journey of the southern portion of the island. If you like being outdoors and are comfortable riding on sometimes hilly streets with very light vehicle traffic and courteous drivers, this is the place for you. We felt like we were riding through the forest with views of the bay. We enjoyed riding through the lovely neighborhoods as well. The bikes functioned well for us and are maintained. It's a simple bolt screw in so I said no thanks. Dropped by this Rapha to see if they sold the tool to install the kickstand and they were so kind to just let me borrow it free of crash. I was even taught how to install it myself. While I was there, they told me about the group rides that meet every other Monday for free for beginners (something they did not need to inform me about) and I ended up joining for a group ride. The team here goes above and beyond to make sure the customers feel welcomed and informed.

For years I've gone there, sometimes for simple fixes. More often than not they either sell me a tool and a part and walk me through it. Or, they throw it up on the rack and fix it pronto for a reasonable price. Their bikes aren't the highest end around but that isn't why you go there. A solid commuter or road bike at a reasonable price! These folks rock! Good advice, decent equipment, and fair prices. Can you ask for more?

I loved Recycle Cycles!!!…read more I was participating in the STP this past weekend and rented a bike from Recycled Cycles. The reservation system was super easy to use and quick to reserve. When I picked up the bikes, the staff were all super nice and helpful with getting bike ready to go. They don't rush in getting all the paperwork done and made sure I was comfortable with the hike before I rode to back to my hotel. Highly recommended for any rentals and they have a lot of decently priced parts if you need to replace anything.
