Great hotel. We enjoyed our stay. I looked at the pool but did not get a chance to enjoy it because we were too busy doing other things. We had breakfast every morning at the hotel. Buffet is only available on the weekends. Easy to catch Ubers outside of hotel sine the street is fairly wide and not horribly busy. There was a misunderstanding with the $35 hotel credit per stay. Apparently, the stay is for the whole length of your visit and not per night. So if you stay one night or 3 nights you only have one $35 credit. read more

We had a wonderful experience at Seaport Hotel Boston. The room was spacious and clean. The location was perfectly located in the center of Boston's Seaport district. We were in walking distance to the Children's Museum and the Aquarium. Aaron at the front desk was extremely friendly, welcoming, and accommodating as we were checking into the hotel. Amazing experience at the Seaport hotel for New Years EVE with my Grandbabies, and adult children. We originally only booked two rooms with double beds for 4 of us... but then the others came after a comedy show and I was able to go to the front desk to book them a room after we had some drinks...I did not want them driving home. The kids were able to see the Firework show at midnight from our room which was amazing and worth not being outside in the freezing cold. We dined around the corner and then walked back. The hotel is beautiful, classic/classy but modern as well.. nicely done. I have to say we booked online my first room, no special rate - so look at Hotels.com or others to get a cheaper rate ... as I did that with room 2 and then room 3 they provided me a great deal as it was only from 2am- 8am when they drove home. The employees at the front desk, valet service, bell, pool were all 5 stars! The bar was swamped right before midnight..but they did their best... not cheap in anyway. The only thing missing on a holiday like this I would think they'd have LATE NIGHT munchies/food available in the hotel.. but they did not... which they for sure would've had a few extra thousands of dollars from all of us ..if they had thought of that. The Starbucks in the am also ran out of everything we wanted...so that was a bit disappointing... but otherwise a great trip. read more

She has such a warm, genuine energy that instantly made me feel at home. When I returned for my second stay, I was amazed that she remembered me. That personal touch made me feel valued and special, the kind of service you'd expect at a true five-star hotel. Mimoza was not only professional but also incredibly accommodating, and in my opinion, she's "5 stars for a 5 star hotel." She is an absolute credit to this property. Beyond that, everything about this hotel is first-class -- the valet team and housekeeping staff are consistently friendly, the gym and pool are beautiful, and the rooms are spacious, luxurious, and offer stunning views of the harbor. With my son now starting college at BU, I'll be coming to Boston often, and there's no question this is the only hotel I'll ever stay at. Had a great mini staycation at the Seaport hotel for a couple days pre-Christmas and it was delightful! Perfect location in the Seaport district. From when you walk inside to the room to the restaurant and lobby - everything is beautiful and feels very warm welcoming and cozy. Especially with all the holiday decorations Christmas trees, Santa box of toys and the cozy fireplace. Very tasteful decor and very inviting. The room was great with the ocean theme decor. We had a king room harbor view and it had a little sitting area with a couch and chair and coffee table by the window which was great. There was a desk and chair too. Plus a bench which was great to sit on and put on shoes. And a separate little dresser plus table for the Keurig coffee maker with pods for coffee and tea. I like that because sometimes I just like having coffee or tea in the room. Closet was good with plenty of hangers. They thought of everything. The also had a little panel of lights by the door including for privacy or room to be made - no hanging a card over the door every time. Even had a nice doorbell. Also had a flat round charger for your phone. Hubs liked it. We had a great view of the harbor right out front, as our room was on the 10th floor really great location! Bathroom was great quite a good size, large vanity countertop space, lotion and mouthwash. The shower was very roomy and with good hot water spray. Towels were plentiful. The bed was comfortable- although the pillows were too soft so the next day we asked for firm pillows from their "pillow gallery" - which is not what it sounds like lol - you just call housekeeping and ask for it. Great location - just a couple minutes walk from Snowport Holiday market and the Alamo cinema and Kings arcade. We checked out all of those during the day. Had lunch at Kings, watched Sonic 3 at the Alamo and checked out Snowport for some gifts. Really convenient. Also went to dinner to Savr restaurant nearby the previous night. We ate at Tamo on Christmas Eve as we just weren't that hungry plus didn't feel like venturing back outside in the cold and wanted something easy. Tamo was great good service good food and ambiance! Pro tip: when you book around the holidays the rates are much lower than normal - room rate was less than 300 per night when it would easily be at least 500. Also we booked directly through the hotel website and it was a better deal than other sites. Very nice comfortable stay here at a great location! Overall highly recommend this hotel! read more

All rooms are well appointed. The bathroom is overlayed with marble all over the place. The living/bedroom area has a nice lounge chair and the bed is super comfortable. I only stayed here for one night (Wed) for a business trip. It was super convenient to my client's office in South Boston, the Amtrak station, as well as nearby restaurants and even a Trader Joes. The hotel was reasonably priced for the location, amenities, and condition. The room was well maintained and what I loved most was their pool and hawt hawt hawt steam room (although shared with non-hotel guests it seemed). The sleep was just OK however - bed/ pillows too soft. read more

Way too much to say but PLEASE go through their website carefully. The food is terrible which made sense because the restaurants are always empty. They say they do but they don't offer Netflix. You can sign into your own account and that's only if you have one. You can cast from your phone but only if the TV is a) working and b) picks up the right TV in the right room. And by the way if anyone doesn't know what casting is they're out of luck. The front desk and concierge don't answer the phone if they think there's work involved. The entire hotel's TVs went in and out for three days. The spa services they're offering consist of a recliner and compression boots. Hotel rooms are not bad , expensive but they gave us with Harbor View. Clean comfortable and quite but the restaurant downstairs is 0, Breakfast per persons is average $56 and it is not worth it. I don't recommend anyone have breakfast in the hotel . Check in was okay valet guy was nice and easy. I will not stay here in the future but find somewhere near by Harbor Hotel @ WARF. The Seaport Boston Hotel is a beautiful hotel and the team are absolutely amazing!! I stayed for a 3-night stay at the Seaport Boston Hotel, arriving Monday and leaving Thursday. Check-in was a little bit later in the day due to a slight delay with the flight. I had arrived at the hotel around 9:00 P.M. and there were about 4 other individuals being checked in at the time. When I had reached the register, it was about 20 minutes later. Check-in process was a breeze. Unfortunately the Seaport Boston Hotel does not offer complimentary breakfast. There is the Seaport Café on site and a restaurant. There are other amenities such as a workout facility and a pool. It also is located in a great spot, next to the Seaport and several restaurants. My room was on the 8th floor, facing construction. The room was spacious! the bed was comfortable and the room had a lot of amenities. There was a refrigerator, Iron, plenty of charging stations, a desk, and even a umbrella to use while you're in Boston. The bathroom had reusable soaps, lotion, and much more! There was room service every day. The air conditioning worked great! Unfortunately though, I had a loud neighbor on the 8th floor. You could also hear all of the chatter in the hallways and since my room was next to the elevator, you could hear all of the traffic on the 8th floor. It was difficult getting sleep during the evening hours. The check-out process on Thursday was easy at the front desk. Taking a service such as Uber to the airport from the Seaport hotel was approximately 15 minutes. read more

I never write reviews on line but what just happened floored me. I just tried to get some information for an upcoming vacation to Boston with my family. I called the hotel directly and the first person told me you can't trust availability on the website and was rude when I tried asking about what type of suites they have and then I was disconnected. I called back and the second person told me to go online and review the information and book there and then quickly hung up. These were the 2 rudest customer service people I have ever dealt with. My husband and I came for an overnight staycation, as we live right outside of Boston. They had a 4th of July special and we thought, "why not"! This isn't our first staycation here, and it won't be our last. The hotel is immaculate, the staff is top notch, the rooms and views are beautiful and it's proximity to everything is perfect. Outstanding hotel in a gorgeous location near the sea port. Staff are ridiculously friendly and helpful. Hotel is immaculate and welcoming to your four legged family members. Rooms are not huge (i would not suggest four in a room) but comfortable with a great bathroom that is clean and well cared for. They offer a pillow menu and mattress enhancements free of charge. You can either self park for $40 a day or valet. Pool is indoors as well as the fitness club. Close to high end restaurants, Dunkin and Starbucks and taxis are readily available out in the front. The Seaport Hotel is second to none. The room was immaculate and service was just outstanding. We had a slight problem with the TV. Immediately they sent up Little Dana. Long story short Little Dana just didn't rectify the problem but took his time explaining how to operate the remote/TV. The hotel itself is very nice. It is clean and the people are very friendly. The value for the price is just not there however. 500 plus a night for this place is simply not worth it. The amenities are just not there either. The breakfast restaurant in the hotel is lacking. I had to send back my food because it tasted very odd, spoiled maybe. The waiter was rude as well. Solid hotel in an excellent location, but a bit overpriced for what it delivers. The room was adequate and clean, but I was a bit grumpy because I'd requested a room with a King or Queen bed away from the elevators and ice machine, and I got one with a two double beds right NEXT to the elevators and ice machine! Service at the front desk was a bit brusque (c'mon folks, does it hurt to smile and make small talk?!), and the concierge wasn't much help beyond handing me a map, which I didn't really need because most of us have smart phones nowadays! Fortunately, everything went smoothly during my three night stay, so I didn't need to interact with any of the hotel staff beyond checkin and checkout. Couple of things I did appreciate - (1) the gym is excellent with many well-maintained machines, water and clean towels. (2) the hotel is connected to the World Trade Center with a walkway so it was easy to get to my conference and back. All in all, an OK hotel. I love this hotel. It's decorated so tastefully and the room is fairly large. It's in a great location, close to South Station and near good restaurants. The bed is very comfy and I had a very co sleep. The bathroom was also nicely decorated and I enjoyed the rain shower head. The room comes with a small coffee maker. Also, I loved the thick white robes to use while staying here. The toiletries were very nice too. All around, I would recommend this hotel. Nice to host a conference but tight for space on the mezzanine level. Kind of strange with their lobby assistance as well and not full service bar. For example, our event was supposed to come with the cash bar at the end but they wouldn't serve us (a dozen paying customers) until dinner time so we left to another location across the street. read more

Our stay at the Seaport Boston Hotel was great. When you check in you were given all the information for parking in their attached parking garage for the discounted rate. You could also reserve your time for the pool. We ended up giving up our time to go explore Boston more but glad it was there. In order to get to our room we needed to swipe our keycard for the elevator which I thought was a nice security feature. Our room on the 12th floor was great. Anything you needed was available to you or could be available to you. One unique feature of the hotel was a pillow menu. A list of pillows that could be ordered tailored to your tastes and sleeping style. We each got one and also a weighted blanket! If we ordered something it was brought up to our room in record time. The restaurant was a relaxing atmosphere and we enjoyed our view of the seaport from our seat at the window. The servers were attentive and pleasant. My husband thoroughly enjoyed his burger and my clam chowder was excellent. Overall I can't complain. The only real mis step was the front of my nightstand looked like something spilled down the front and could have been cleaned a little better before our arrival, however it could have been a permanent stain, I'm not sure. The location in Boston was perfect. In our one night, one day stay we were able to rest, explore the seaport area, North End, Faneuil Hall, part of the Freedom Trail, and the Aquarium. I would definitely come back. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. read more

We only stayed at the Seaport for one night but it was a great night. We stayed on the 7th floor and our view was amazing, our room was spacious and very comfortable (the bed was fantastic!) with a little seating area for lounging in as well. The bathroom was massive and clean as can be. The hotel is newer and has lots of fantastic bells and whistles like USB and charging ports built into the night stands, reliable wifi, and easily pressed "Do not disturb" buttons made turning in without worrying about an early knock on the door a breeze. My husband grew up in the Boston area and was amazed at how much had been built up in the Seaport area in the few years since he had visited last. So on our check out day, we stowed our luggage with the helpful concierge and had a great time wandering around and exploring the area before taking our taxi to the airport later that afternoon. Great location and friendly staff makes this a place we would certainly come back and stay at in the future! read more

After days and weeks (maybe longer) looking at hotels for our family Boston trip, I was hopelessly stuck with a bad case of analysis paralysis. I could not pick a hotel. I've never been to Boston and my partner was not of much help, as when he goes it is for work and he doesn't stay in the city. So, I finally decided to take a gamble and do a Priceline booking, which I've never done, for an unnamed hotel (I did select certain hotel ratings, etc). Anyyywayy, we ended up booked with the Seaport and ohmigosh it was WONDERFUL!!! After a couple of back-to-back days traveling with young children (read: mama was tired and frazzled), we pulled up to the front of a strikingly beautiful hotel and were unloading ALL THE THINGS from our Uber, only to turn around and discover our bags and miscellaneous other items were already loaded onto a hotel luggage cart. What a relief. We checked in and I expected to be treated a little differently, since we were kind of "coupon guests," but we were not. I have had that experience in the past when booking deals through third party discount sites. Seaport Hotel did not do that AT ALL. The arrival and checkin experience was really just the beginning of an entirely nice stay. This hotel cares about their guests and it shows down to each detail -- goodie bags for the kids (and pets, if you bring them), every.single.staff.member is top notch (there's usually at least one that drags the bunch down, but not here), elevators require scanning a valid hotel key to enter room levels (nice and secure), and the entire place is clean and well-kept. Truly made the whole trip feel amazing!! Thank you Seaport Staff for a wonderful first trip to Boston! read more

My daughter and I spent 10 days in Massachusetts and were lucky enough to stay at the Seaport for the beginning and end of our trip. First..location is awesome. Second...service is one of the best I have ever experienced. Third...room view, see pictures. I cant say enough about the hotel. Also, wanted to say that I forgot a tshirt that my daughter bought for me when we went to the Sox game. I called the hotel and they had it & were already sending it back to me.
