I have become a repeat customer, simply because they perform professional mechanical maintenance and services at the top level. My 2010 Lexus had undergone brake replacement/services, timing belt change, suspension replacement, and head gasket replacement (not all at once, over a two-year period). My 2010 Lexus feels practically brand new as if I just drove it out of a Lexus dealership. I have recently turned in my 2017 Lexus vehicle for tire alignment and tire replacement/balancing (my Pohanka Lexus mileage warranty services contract ended). MST&A continue their excellence for practical, honest service recommendations and a great deal on service (more money saved rather than the estimate received from Pohanka Lexus). I'll continue to go to MST&A for my vehicle needs. Services: Wheel alignment, Tire rotations, Tires, Oil change, General repairs & maintenance

I am a former mechanic and I take my cars to Moe when they need work. I am not able to work on cars…read moremyself due to back problems. Moe is the only place or person I trust with my cars. One story: we were leaving for vacation in 4 days. We would need to drive 5 hours to get there, so we needed the car to work right. I feel fortunate that the alternator in the car blew 4 days before we leave for vacation. I say fortunate because if that alternator went bad while we were on the highway, we would have had a bad time....to say the least. Moe was able to fit fixing the car into his schedule and get us down the road in time for the vacation. Not only did he fix the alternator, but he caught a leaking brake line that would have caused us trouble on the trip if it was not fixed. Moe fixed everything, but didn't have time to create an invoice for me. He told me to take my vacation, enjoy myself, and he wold create an invoice in a week when we returned. I paid hi as soon as he created the invoice. NOthing but great things to say about Moe. We both speak "car language" so when I talk to him, it's like I'm talking to a friend. Thanks for eveything Moe.

He gives us options as far as pricing and services and makes a reasonable recommendation each time. Both times we used him for brakes and general fixes he was able to prioritize our needs and get the car fixed quickly. He even helped us with a quick fix recently and didn't charge us for that even though it took up some of his time. Moe is an excellent mechanic with integrity. We are at a point of having good rapport with him and trusting him with our needs. His prices are very reasonable when I compared to other places. My husband and I are very comfortable with him and would recommend him to family and friends. Thanks for the awesome service, Moe!

I brought my 1973 Ford F100 to get my transmission , carburetor and fuel issue looked at. From the…read morestart, Carl was very honest and straight forward. I was given really good advice and he took care of my truck's immediate needs. He found the transmission to be in better shape than I originally thought. The issues I knew that existed were easily explained away. He did give me a quote if for any reason I wanted to have it rebuilt. It's always good to have options. I bought fuel tank and related parts from a reputable classic car parts site. Carl installed it for me. Along the way, he found out why I had issues with the original fuel system and he took time to explain 1970's fuel system engineering and why they did things the way they did back then. His explanations helped me feel comfortable with my decision to replace it. The last issue was with my carburetor. I'm not a carburetor guy and don't like messing with them too much because I'm always afraid of messing them up. The carburetor issue was as follows, when the truck is in gear and my foot on the brake, the engine was vibrate real rough. I knew it was a tuning issue but I'd rather leave it to carburetor experts, like Carl. He tuned it to perfection. Now the engine performs like a champ. My hats off to Carl and his team at Drake Auto. I'll visit them again in the near future.

I found 95 Auto Service through my auto warranty. (Of course, my warranty didn't cover these repairs). It's crazy that my former mechanic of 30 years had replaced the manifold catalytic converter twice - 07/2024 and 05/2025. Of course, the engine light came back on 05/2026. I keep a diagnostic device in my car when I get warnings on my car. Of course, my readings were always P0420. Ephrem with 95 Auto told me that he had the same P0420 reading and said that the car needed another catalytic converter. That makes this the THIRD manifold catalytic converter replacement. Please note that I did a Google search about this issue, and I found that Hyundai Tucson's have issues with their manifold catalytic converters. In any case, after FOUR manifold catalytic converter replacements (yes, I said 4), 95 Auto Service was able to find the root cause as to why I was burning through these converters. Unfortunately, the root cause does not provide a diagnostic code. So, the team at 95 Auto had to go through EVERY component to locate the problem. Happy to say that 95 Auto solved the problem . . . for now - HEYYYY, it's a Hyundai! lol Needless to say, I have reported this to Hyundai Corp. Now I have to get the roof panel repainted but at least Hyundai will cover this.

However, the young man that I spoke to, I think his name was Anthony was really friendly and very helpful. However, I believe that the Young Black man that kept smiling and smirking sarcastically never changed my oil when he showed me the dipstick after I asked, and he ignored me multiple times when I asked questions and then I had to ask the other guy, the oil looked dark before the oil change. And then afterwards, I asked again if I could see the dipstick after they were done, and it looked the same color it just looked more was added. Like they topped it off, but they didn't change my oil. Also, I didn't see him actually put the hose there and add oil. the whole time he seemed to stand in front of my vehicle and just smirk sarcastically. They never checked the air in my tires or my lights or brakes, which other locations do. I was never shown the filter that they apparently replaced. But they tried to get me to change another more expensive filter for $34. I have a feeling 99% that he never changed my oil due to his odd behavior, the dark oil afterwards and his sarcastic grinning the entire time. When I left, my vehicle was running worse than it was before. my vehicle was fine before I got there so I think he added something bad to my oil and He didn't change my oil at all. I'm going to check the dipstick once the heat cools off and if it's dark like it was before, I'm calling headquarters. You can take customer's money and not do the service they came there for and then just smirk sarcastically the entire time. This is highly unacceptable and unprofessional behavior. If this is true, he needs to be fired!
