Other than that, it wasn't really anything that was just "so good". We did the acye & tried multiple different things. Nothing stood out when it comes to flavor. The food itself was fresh so that's good. But there was barely any sauce on the rolls. Then all rolls & apps had the same sauce -.- .. the menu didn't include dessert which is our first time seeing that for an ayce. Pretty disappointing. It's just, for an ayce, the menu may have had several different options but the variety of flavor and excitement for something different was missing. Then no dessert too! This just won't be in our rotation of sushi spots. Solid C-

All you can eat sushi! A beautiful concept…read more Overall, our experience at Oishi was good! The sushi was tasty, and priced at $27.99/ person, reasonable. The downsides are expect to wait a while for your order(s), as this makes it harder to keep ordering many rounds. Also, you cannot order sashimi, only nigiri, which comes with a large amount of rice, and whatever you don't eat you have to pay for (basically to discourage you from ordering 50 pieces of salmon). Aside from these technicalities, it's a fun treat for a large group. Come hungry!

As a storm rolled overhead, and thunder clapped as though from the very hands of Zeus, Uncle Bubs remained cozy as ever. Trees swayed, leaves fell, and the wind howled. As much as it may seem this is the greatest service possible, it doesn't even rank in my top 10 greatest experiences at UNCLE BUBS AWARD WINNING BBQ RESTAURANT.

He did all the tricks and didn't kill the egg yolk, he gave us sake sprayed into our mouths, made volcanos, and made it a really fun time. Lisa was our server and she was attentive, detail oriented, and considerate and friendly. Highly recommend. They have a huge 100 inch screen to watch TV and 3 more flat screen TVs all around. They have some K-pop music mixed in with other American pop music. The owner came by to check in with us and he was very kind and accommodating. They have free candy at the door. The portion sizes were very good. And if you are vegetarian, instead of giving you two shrimp on top of your meat selection, you will get fried tofu, which was a really nice substitution. This is my favorite hibachi place. And they also have frozen drinks which many restaurants don't do. My pina colada virgin was only $8 and with alcohol is $12. The beef was good quality and fresh. Great deal! Free parking.

Their game ended a little before 8:30pm. close time for JoJo's was 9:30pm. We had called ahead and gave them a head's up. I am very leery on going to a "team dinner" as they usually take a long time. This time was different, the staff was great, we all had a seat at a U-shaped table, team (20+) on one side, parents on the other side. Service was fast, and the food was so good (hibachi & sushi). We were out of there in less than 2 hours which seems like a long time, but that big of a party, that's unheard of. Thank you so much to the staff that was there Sunday night, highly recommend Jojo's!

Firstly, if you go here, do not leave without trying the fried chicken - that's not debatable. Other items that make me come back is the chicken katsu, Sotteok Sotteok and Bao Buns. They also have a Korean hot dog that's pretty decent with the soy garlic sauce. My favorite go-to is the chicken katsu, it's not the absolute best I've had but it's very close and this a hard dish to find. Grilled meat not as good as fried meat here. Beef is kinda tasteless. Sotteok Sotteok is chewy rice cakes and sausage if you've never tried it, it's like $4 - give it ago. Bringing me to my next point, this place is super affordable. If you're unfamiliar with Korean food this is an awesome place to experiment and try new things. To elaborate on my complaints, I must start with service here is very hit or miss. More than half of my visits the employees seem clueless about their responsibilities and very rarely come to check if you need anything. The little robot is cool, but you can't ask it for a refill or napkins. All is kind of funny, because you place your order at a counter so servers are really not responsible for much. Secondly, the restaurant is just so blah. Barely decorated walls, a really gross bathroom, corners/moldings are dirty. It gives hospital cafeteria, which is completely different than their hip, vibrant advertisements. All in all, I'm a fan for life but this place could use a little investment to step it up a notch.

They made great use of the small space. The customer service was awesome and genuine. Shout out to our server, Ellie. She even offered to take a picture of our family! The food was all flavorful and plentiful. Yes, the dishes are costly but I think you get what you pay for. We ordered pork belly and tuna for appetizers. There were 5 of us and we shared. Both excellent. The pork belly was nicely cooked, not chewy. For entrees we ordered: Pork Shank, Honey Chicken, Sesame Duck, and Seafood Lovers. We all had food to take home. No complaints... Other than not having room for dessert (next time). Would definitely recommend for date night or a special occasion.

That said, the sushi was nothing too impressive -- it was decent, but lacked that fresh, standout flavor you'd expect from a great sushi spot. The Crab Rangoon was okay, but nothing memorable. Overall, it's an average place that might satisfy a casual craving, but there's definitely room for improvement in both quality and attention to cleanliness.
