We enjoyed everything we got here! There's plenty of seating inside for small and large groups. There's a lot of free parking in their lot and around the plaza. The restaurant is decorated so fun and welcoming. We got two different types of preset seafood boil, a couple drinks, and some extras to add. We enjoyed their Shake sauce and their Cajun sauce. The Cajun sauce is a bit more sweet but both sauces were great. The seafood was cooked very well, sauces coated everything, and the seafood pieces were decently sized. The potatoes, corn, broccoli, and egg was just right. The drinks were made well and each drink was refreshing and delicious. The staff that served us and we're there were awesome! They checked in on us frequently and we're very accommodating. I would come back and I would like to try the other boils and sides! I made a reservation for 2, but it was not needed. They were almost empty on a Friday evening, but had several carryout orders. My friend and I did the All You Can Eat (AYCE) seafood boil and added snow crab since it's not included. She also got the mussels, which are included. I got the Shake Sauce, which was not that spicy but very flavorful. She got the garlic sauce and said it was good, but she liked the Shake Sauce better. I also got the onion rings, and they were just ok. My friend got hush puppies, which I tried, and that was just ok. The shrimp, crab, corn, and potatoes were all cooked perfectly! We're done and I ask for the bill and it's $97!!!! I was like wait how!!!!! We look at the bill and she charged us $21 for DOUBLE SHOTS! we didn't ask for and she didn't remove the slushier. So we said something and she said oh let me change that for you. She removed the slushier and separated the two double shots and took $8 off one shot! So we still paid $21 for a double shot and $13 for the other when we asked for single shots and was quoted $9! So we should have paid $18!!!! As soon as we entered Seafood Shake boil, we were greeted by a friendly staff. The restaurant is very spacious, clean and has a nautical vibe to it. Plenty of TV's on the wall to watch different types of sports/games. We had the seafood boil that had shrimp, crab legs, mussel, corn with Garlic Sauce. It was so good. Everything was fresh and delicious. We had the raw oysters, which was fantastic, no fishy smell to it at all. We also had tacos, which tasted great. I had no issues with being seated promptly, and our server did a very good job. For the meal, we picked out a restaurant week special which had a lobster bisque, a calamari, and a sea food boil where I got crawfish, clams, corn, sausage and egg. The crawfish was bland, chewy and not good. The corn was sweet and delicious, the sausage was good, but the sauce was bland, bland, bland. No pronounced flavor of garlic, no spice despite ordering their hottest sauce, but to be fair on the sauce, there was something else the waiter mentioned to increase the spice, but I thought getting the spiciest sauce would be fine. We then was directed to be seat then there was a period of 10 mins before we even got someone to drink us water at the beginning & take our order. I really liked this place. We showed up on their soft opening and the place was wide open. I love that there is tv screens all over the restaurant so my husband can watch his sports. Ambiance: The seating was large enough that our party of 5 could be seated at an 8 top to accommodate us ordering multiple dishes. The service was pretty good. She was very attentive. I'd like to compare this to a Joe's Crab Shack and this place was just as good but I'm pretty sure a bit cheaper. I went for 614 Restaurant week & overall was satisfied. The decor is cute and the place is very clean. The service was amazing from Layla which I then found out she's new to serving. Honestly, I feel when you've got the right personality & work ethic, you just have it. She was attentive without being overly attentive. I never really had to wait for anything & I was seated towards back of restaurant when all her tables were towards the front. Management seemed great too. Now onto the food...this place has an AMAZING happy hour that I will probably frequent even more than for the boil. By this I mean mostly the food options which are all 1/2 off. 6 raw oysters for $7.50 is great! The other appetizers on the list (which is large) all sound good too. Small beer selection which is around $3 each. Only thing that would make it way better is if they put some of their cocktails on it. So for 1st course I had the clam chowder. It was pretty good, nothing mind blowing but the bowl is huge for the portion you get...a smaller bowl will make patrons feel like they're getting more of a deal. Maybe it's smaller portions for restaurant week? I don't know but other places don't do that for the special that I've been to. For the 2nd course I got the raw oysters. They are from Korea and unlike any raw oyster I've ever had. If you're afraid of trying them, start here, as they have no fishiness or strong smell or taste to them. Very clean tasting. 3rd course was the boil & I went with the crab choice & house sauce. Heads up if you ask for extra sauce it's about $2 or $3 but you get a nice big bowl of it. The house sauce is tasty & has flavor without being too spicy. Once again, the portion just seemed a lot smaller than I've had at other boil places. The crab was pretty wimpy too. I did enjoy the sausage in it more than I thought I would though. Overall, I will definitely be back to try some of their fun looking drinks & other food items that are not necessarily the boils. This new seafood boil restaurant in just opened in Easton a few weeks ago. I LOVE seafood and boils are such a fun experience. If you've made one at home... you know how tricky it can be to time out all of the ingredients. This boil came out great. They have pre-set boils to choose from or you can make your own. You choose your seasoning. If you're not into seafood, they also hae wings and other entrees (like pasta). We got the bone-in mango habanero which were tasty. I wish they were a little spicier! The salad and sweet potato fries were both great... would order both of those again with a boil for sure. The creamy cajun salad dressing was low key amazing haha. Decided to come and check this place out on Black Friday. When we arrived, we were promptly greeted. They were fairly empty, I chalked that up to the holiday and still being new. The inside was nice and clean. The prices were pretty reasonable. They have several boil bags for $19.99. It is a pretty standard seafood boil menu. They add broccoli to their bags, which is new to me. Our server had zero personality. I think I could've gotten better customer service from a kiosk. I wish we would've gotten one of the nice ladies who greeted us. If we had one of them, I'd probably give them a 4-star rating. The food did not take too long. I ordered a $19.99 boil bag with garlic butter sauce. The boil bag came with shrimp, crab legs, corn on the cob, a potatoe, sausage, a boiled egg, and broccoli. The first thing I noticed is that the bags come out blown up. This makes the portion look pretty small. But, after you open it up, the portion is acceptable for the price. My main callout would be about the corn. It could've easily been awarded The World's Smallest Corn on the Cob! The garlic and butter sauce was not bad. I did notice that it did not stick well to the food. The shrimp looked almost naked, even after dipping. The sausage was flavorful. The crab legs didn't have that snap that I am used to when you crack them. I don't know if this is a result of being overcooked or not. The broccoli was surprisingly a nice compliment to the boil. The potato was nothing special, and I am not a fan of boiled eggs. Overall, for the price of $19.99, I will say it is sufficient. Would I get them again? There was plenty of food in bag, and crab legs were delicious. I ordered additional potatoes, but when I opened the bag, and saw how big each potato was, I could have saved my money. Most seafood boils have small potatoes... These were full-size potatoes. I will return one day, but hopefully choosing a different sauce, and minus the broccoli -- it added a flavor I do not care for in a seafood boil. I went here with my mom about a month ago and it was a good experience. This restaurant is located across the street from Easton with lots of parking so it's very convenient! We were helped the moment we sat down and the service was great. We started with the chicken wontons and they were good but overly crispy. I came for a Yelp event and I remember them being different. For our boil we shared a create your own with clams, shrimp, crawfish, crab, corn, and potatoes. The sauce we got was everything mixed and it was good but there wasn't enough of it. It took a bit for our waitress to come to our table due to it only being one person. I totally understand that a lot of restaurants are short staffed, so that was not an issue. I got the shaken house salad, calamari and the artic seafood boil. The salad left much to be desired unfortunately. The lettuce was pale and not fresh and I ended up skipping that dish. I used to love seafood shake boil. I came often at some point.. but lately the atmosphere and service has been trash. Prices going up, but I have to deal with attitude and eye rolling from the waitresses. I don't even know their names, but told them I'd be writing a review and they said that's fine with a smile, but the whole time before that, they had frowned. One of the waitresses even rolled their eyes and the other got smart with me when I said to a person at the table the prices went up. I wasn't complaining, I was just stating they'd been cheaper.. but even if I were complaining, that's between me and the people at my table. Worst experience ever I will not be back. The seafood was flavorless the house sauce tasted like grease and I was not a fan of the customer service. I typically dont write bad reviews but when we walked in instead of being welcomed in we were greeted with are you over 21 and not in a very friendly manner.
