This place was suggested by my dad and I was not aware of what was going to go down as we pulled into the empty lot. Service was okay. The staff does the bare minimum to be honest. They'll get you your drinks initially and take your orders but there's not much up keeping during the meal. The server my dad and i had kept AirPods in the entire time. We had ordered some bread and was not given that menu item and was then charged on the final bill. Of course we informed the server but it definitely was due to the level of attentiveness. The food tho..... FIREEE. I forgot I was a young woman and ate like a ravenous cave man. We ordered a family boil with a medium sauce and ate 85% of it. My favorite items in the boil were the shrimp and eggs !!! The interior is very festive & is themed according to the menu, definitely a place to check out !

Maaaan, I was really impressed! The food was amazing and the service was absolutely amazing. I'll be coming back here. I ordered the A4 and added a lobster. I will say ordered medium and wish I went one step higher. The sauce is really thick and tastes sooo good. Niaja was absolutely amazing, I really appreciated her hospitality and care.

Food was AMAZING!! 10/10 recommend all of my seafood lovers to give this place a try. they also had some of the BEST alcoholic beverages as well. try the "Green Dragon" & "Sex on The Beach" very good drinks . but BEWARE that hangover is not fun at all

We passed this place a couple weeks ago and decided to check it out. It was perfect for a Saturday date night dinner. Overall summary, expect to spend a little $$ here (it's seafood), and the food was good, the restaurant was clean and the hostess and server were very friendly. The only negative thing I could say is the service was slow and this was for order placement, drink re-fills, and getting the check processed. There is plenty of parking and the restaurant has a giant shark hanging outside. We went in and I took in all the atmosphere as we were greeted and quickly seated. There was a slight wait before ordering. We both had the A1 Signature Bombes, Low Country Boil ($31 each) - it had 1/2 LB Snow Crab Legs, 1/2 LB Shrimp, 1/2 LB All Meats Sausage, 1 Boil Egg, 1 Corn, 1 Potato. The shrimp didn't have heads but did have the shells. Keep that in mind when you dig in. I did a combo sauce of the Medium heat Cajun/garlic butter. Your sauce options are Cajun, Garlic Butter, Lemon Pepper, House Special (which is all 3). You can also choose your heat level of mild, medium, hot, and super-hot. I believe It could have been a bit hotter but didn't want to overdo it trying out a new place. For the dinners, they give you a bucket, gloves, bibs and forks. We did have ask for shell crackers and there are warning signs everywhere not throw you cutlery in the bucket. They aren't playing around with that or their $3.00 cokes. The food was delicious and a mess. I do have a helpful hint while eating, if you need it there is a sink and hand washing station conveniently located away from the restrooms in the man area. I didn't see it until we were done and laughed as I made about 4 to 5 trips to the bathroom sink. For two, plan on dropping around $85+ if you get the boil bags, drinks, and include your gratuities. It's worth it for the food and the experience. Not an every Saturday thing for me but was fun. And I did want to mention they there are a lot other options on the menu including soups, sandwiches, crab cake baskets, oysters, fish, chicken wings and tenders. You do not have to go with their Signature Bombes (Low Country Boil) but that is what I would recommend trying if you haven't experienced one!

A1 Combo with an extra piece of corn

Cajun Boiling Seafood & Bar located at 1748 E. Dublin Granville Road in Columbus, Ohio. Pictured is the A1 Signature Bomb combo. This combo comes with 1/2 LB snow crab legs, 1/2 LB shrimp , 1/2 LB all meats sausage, 1 boiled egg, 1 piece of corn (I added extra ) and one potato. I had this combo with the Cajun sauce and had garlic butter on the side. The food and the sauces were amazing. This combo was absolutely delicious. The food here really is fantastic. The decor in this place is really cool. It has a Florida seafood restaurant and bar feel. I would have given a better rating since I really liked the food; however the service was very slow, had to wait a long time for refills and our waitress seemed somewhat rude. Such a let down for a restaurant with a bunch of potential.

The service was good and did his job however the-fish bones found in fries is unacceptable. And management just gave apologies.

This seafood boil was a really great experience. I ordered the A5 and split it with a friend and still had 2 whole meals leftover. The boil came out in a pot with crawfish, shrimp, sausage, potatoes, eggs, corn, and crab legs. Bibs, gloves, and wipes were provided. The food was great and a fun hands on experience. I took off one star because the hush puppies were not very good and the garlic bread tasted like it came from the freezer section from the grocery store.

    A5 Signature

Delicious seafood with huuuuuge portions! My friend and I ordered the A5 signature and were so stuffed and both had leftovers to take home. While the actual seafood was delicious, the appetizers and sides fell a little flat. We tried the hush puppies and onion rings, which weren't bad but definitely weren't anything special. We ordered Parmesan bread with our boils as well, but I believe we were given garlic bread instead. The bread tasted exactly like pre frozen Texas toast. The staff seemed to be in a bit of a hurry and was not chatty or very welcoming. Overall, I did enjoy my experience and thought the seafood was well done!

We were greeted warmly to the sounds of chatter and a band walking and playing in the streets of New Orleans on the radio. Some hip hop and a bit of jazz also came across our table through the meal. We had no reservation and waited only 12 minutes to be seated. The waitress Kaylee was kind and laughed with us. She also recommended the "gator bites" which we very much enjoyed($14 for 8 so keep that in mind). The food was tremendous and I'm only leaving off that fifth star for some knit picking. The service was wonderful for us but I did notice a few guests looking around pre order. Also, they have not gotten their license to serve alcohol yet. This isn't a knock for me but I realize that as a restaurant and bar they will want to excel in that area once it comes through. Overall, this restaurant is a locally owned gem and is worth supporting. One way I know you've won the game is when during the meal my wife begins to list the people she wants to bring back. That means you are #1 at that moment. And the list was long today, so you've done something special. Crab: small to medium this time of year. Temper your expectations Muscle: special, delicious Shrimp: head off, legs and shell on. Very good Potato: cooked and seasoned well Corn: this was special. The most flavorful and soaked corn and yet the slight pop of the corn was still present. Completely confusing until it hits your mouth...and then it makes complete sense. Water: refreshing

Carryout experience - their mild really is mild! Just opened today! I was promptly greeted at the door and directed to the order area. My order was taken and I was told it would be about 10-15 min. My order was ready in 10 min. The food was hot and fresh when I got home. Order: Lunch special - 3/4 Crawfish, garlic butter, mild. All for $10! The crawfish tails were curved, that's a good sign! The garlic butter sauce was fantastic. The corn on the cob had that signature chewy taste and the potato was perfectly cooked. Spice levels - mild, medium, hot and super hot. I picked mild + garlic butter. My wife does not do spicy at all due to acid reflux and she was able to eat it just fine. She said there was a little kick but it wasn't enough to bother her. I appreciated that their mild really was mild. I definitely recommend this place. @ohiofoodlover

Parking was easy since there is a free lot out back and there is a decent amount of street parking nearby. We got there during the hour between lunch and dinner where they are flipping the restaurant for the next meal. The server asked us if we would still like to come in and get some drinks and hang out until food was ready. We decided it was worth the wait. Our server was incredibly kind and attentive. She even brought me a bag of ice for the milk I had to pump during the meal. We ordered some drinks and talked for a little while and she came back promptly at four to take our food orders. I ordered the seasonal salad, which had an incredible house made peppercorn vinaigrette, Delicata, squash, mixed greens, blueberries, walnuts, and a few other things. I also got a side of beer battered fries with Housemade ranch. Everything I got was five stars. I will honestly be dreaming about that salad and wish they sold the salad dressing by the bottle. I kind of regret not asking for something to go. My sisters enjoyed spinach artichoke dip, a burger, a pizza, the salmon dish, the hot honey brussels sprouts, the nonalcoholic wine, a strawberry lemonade, and a cocktail. The prices were pretty good, especially given the quality of food. The restaurant got pretty busy throughout the night, so it seems as though it is a fan favorite in the area. However, it never got too loud and there seemed to be enough seating that people didn't have to wait. It was a decent size dining room and they had a covered patio out back. I would definitely return and would recommend this place to a friend.

The place was dim and loud with music and people talking. They had to talk a bit louder to hear each other over the music. The ambience was trendy with cute moody decor blending the masculine dark walls with a touch of fake plants in the bank. We sat towards the back. The tables were very close together but we were comfortable. I ordered a Mimosa and added the Ketel One Cucumber Mint. It was very refreshing. I had the 3/$12 oysters and the Seasonal salad add grilled chicken. It was all delicious and our waitress was great! She informed us that she was new but did such a great job. The only qualms I had was the loudness. It was hard to hear my friends talking. It was a great little brunch spot and we went on the perfect beautiful day.

Our waiter was pregnant and super nice and explained the menu and the layout of the bar!! I ordered deep fried pepperonis to try as an experience because I've never had that and I was curious. NASTY SHOULDN'T HAVE GOT IT SENT BACK! They have a doggie ice cream vending machine which is really cool and patio u can chill with your puppy dog on with and they have like game room where there are pool tables, darts etc things u will see in a bar! I walked in like aw a bar let's see what it's hitting for! I was excited to try the flaming hot Cheetos wings and the Grippo wings! So bae and I placed a very large order of wings! I asked if they will charge $1 per 6 wings for flats she said no they will charge just a $1 for the whole order of wings cool (or so we thought). Bae got 12 wings: 6 lemon pepper, and 6 flaming hot wings; I got 24 wings: 12 flaming hot, 6 grippo, and 6 something that starts with an F. Me and Babè tried the flaming hot Chito wings, and they were disgusting. It did not taste like the chip at all so we had them returned, which was a total of 16 wings. Yes, I know that is a lot but it was disgusting and I shouldn't have ordered 12 of the flaming hot for myself, but I could not allow myself to take something home that I wasn't going to eat Now the Grippo's and I do apologize but the other flavor of wings you can see in the picture. They were really delicious. Babè loved his lemon pepper wings as well and then we also got a basket of fries. On the menu, there was some pretzel twist that I wanted to try but when they brought it out, it was a Bavarian pretzel and I was a little confused, but I didn't mind it. I ate a little bit of it, broke it down and took it home also on the menu there was a doggy burger. You can either choose a chicken patty or a beef burger I think so I decided to get my dogs a little little treat; the beef burgers they were five dollars apiece. So in the picture, you will see two containers that has some chopped up meat in it. That is what they are calling the doggy hamburger or chicken patty. There was barely any meat I could have went to McDonald's and bought 10 cheeseburgers and had more meat than what I received for $10 in these two containers I didn't even bother to give them to my dogs. I have big dogs I have mastiffs so I decided to give that meat to the geese that live in my neighborhood. I was so over it that I spent $10 on that and who said that I wanted the meat chopped up like I have over 100 pound dogs why would you give me ground beef versus a whole patty? Just my train thought if it's for a dog! So when it was time for us to check out, they had comped the deep fry pepperonis cause I didn't like them, and then the manager came to us and said that he will give us 50% off for the flaming hot wings so when I got my bill. I was a little taken back by the price. We were originally quoted that they were only gonna just charge us a dollar per all the wings but no, they still charge me a dollar per six wings so in total we ate a total of 16 wings out of 34/35 wings so we got three $1 dollar charges. Then I tipped $40 because I like the waitress she did do a really good job and the owner was nice But if I was already gonna pay 50% for the wings, I might have just kept the wings and just rinse them and did what I wanted to do with them in my own house for my bill to be $105 when I left No, the owner did have us try. His flavor of wings with the white barbecue sauce and it's another flavor of wings with it as well but they were nasty. We didn't like them. Will me and Babè come back of course we will probably come back and just purchase the lemon pepper and the grip of wings but I guess that's just part of learning a new place figuring out what it is that you do and don't like is the ambience something that I like no, I will probably just order for takeout.
