Homemade ranch was really good. Mike had the steak tips which someone has falsely told Grace that they are tenderloin trimmings. They are in fact tough sirloin cut into random pieces that were not cooked medium rare but rather medium well to well done. The potato was freshly baked but we aren't fans of foil wrapped baked potatoes as the skin is basically boiled. Props for the freshly grated cheese. I had the etoufee. The crawfish did not taste muddy but that is the only positive thing I can say about it. The flavor was mediocre at best and the trinity was still crunchy. A decent amount of crawfish tails. The glass doors as you walk in need to be cleaned and the rug as you enter looks like it could use a good shaking out. I had to use the light on my phone to read the dark gray menu.
