One member of our party ordered a Tri- Tip steak cooked medium rare, it came out to her practically raw. After a long wait, this was pointed out to our server who took it back to the kitchen. After a while, it was returned exactly as it had been... still nearly raw, but with some fresh sauce poured over it. Since everyone else had finished their meals by this time, I requested the meal be comped, which our server did. All in all not the enjoyable evening we'd looked forward to, unfortunately. A couple of points: all the misdelivered and undelivered items could have been avoided if the runners were aware of what had been ordered before taking it the the table. The steak issue is on the grill chef who messed it up the first time and then tried to get slick the second time - as if fresh sauce would solve the problem. The entire meal came to around $169 -after the comped uneaten steak. On the upside, the burgers and ribs were said to be tasty, and the various sides as well. The reservation was under the name Josie Jackson, and we paid $435.38 for a private section with four lanes for two hours. Lanes 27 and 28 experienced continuous technical issues throughout the reservation period. While I understand that having more than six participants per lane can sometimes contribute to delays, lanes 27 and 28 did not exceed six players during the first hour and were the first to malfunction, confirming the issues were not related to lane capacity or guest usage. During the final hour of play, lanes 29 and 30 also began experiencing issues, further reducing usable play time across all four lanes. Additionally, our dedicated server was present for less than an hour and did not return, and multiple staff members were disengaged despite a busy venue. Management arrived 30-45 minutes later and offered minimal remediation (initially 15 minutes, then 30 minutes across all lanes), which did not resolve the technical issues. No meaningful follow-up occurred despite assurances. On-site security staff were inattentive.
