My husband and I wanted to express our appreciation for the wonderful service and treatment we received from your service department in Saco.  This is the story- we are from Texas and on our way to Acadia- we  were traveling from Pennsylvania to Freeport.  The morning we left our front jacks on our 5th wheel would not go up and we were barley able to get it on the truck.  While traveling I spent hours calling Good Sams Roadside Emergency Asst, mobile rv repair in theFreeport area, Camping World  in Wyndham, and several RV dealers the the Portland area, trying to get help.  All of the ones I called were either booked up or were no longer in business due to COVID!  Then I called Sea Coast and got to speak to my sweet angle Reagan in your service department- I explained to her our situation and she was able to work us in for the next morning.  We were there at opening time and David was the tech that took care of us.  It took him about 10 minutes to diagnose and fix our problem - the shear pin was broken!  We were fixed and on the road on no time at a VERY REASONABLE CHARGE.  This could have been a disaster and an end to a trip we have been looking forward to for years if not for Reagan, David, and your entire wonderful staff.  I just want to express our heart felt thanks and gratitude for helping us to continue our trip.  God Bless you all for having a heart and time to help two Texans. I've had tremendously positive experiences with Seacoast, both in sales and service. First, several years ago they sold to us and then delivered a new park model RV for our seasonal campsite in central NH. We were very picky about that installation, requiring considerable blocking to accommodate the angled terrain of our rugged mountainside lot. The Seacoast team delivered the unit on the date promised, and then they spent hours getting the unit positioned exactly as we wanted, and made sure it was solidly installed. They also followed up promptly upon our request for minor warranty repairs for a small window leak and a shower head replacement, even though they had to drive over an hour to reach us. This was all done free of charge. Then, this year I purchased and picked up a used truck camper out west and brought it back to my Massachusetts home. It needed windows replaced, repairs to some plumbing, and some additional electrical outlets installed. Seacoast was happy to schedule this maintenance work, even though they didn't actually sell me the unit itself. We set a date for the work, they met it, and the work done was flawless! The total cost was much lower than I expected. I trust the entire Seacoast RV team . . . they deliver on their promises, follow thru as needed, and charge very fair prices. I was in a bind needing a few parts so I could winterize my fifth wheel and my normal place didn't have what I needed. So a good friend suggested that I should contact Seacoast RV. I was a little weary going someplace new but am I ever glad that I did. Not only were they prompt and top notch, but I can't praise the customer service enough. They new exactly what I was looking for, they got me in next day and had more than what I needed in stock! The receptionist was courtesy and didn't give me the feeling I was a nuisance. I could tell that no job is too small and she made me feel as though I had been a customer for years. My only regret, is telling my former RV guy that I no longer need him because Seacoast has themselves a new customer!! I'll be telling all my camper friends about this establishment! read more

Our awning was destroyed while camping over the July 4 weekend. We called Seacoast and spoke with Linda about our situation. Being that we were going on another trip mid July, we figured we'd be camping without an awning. Linda went above and beyond by describing our options, and e-mailing us pictures off all the color choices we had. We ordered through Linda by credit card and dropped the camper off on July 5. 2 days later, the awning arrived at Seacoast and we were pleasantly surprised to hear it was installed the same day. Seacoast RV has used us very well for repairs on our "home away from home" and with excellent service like this, we will continue to go to them for all our camping needs. read more

Linda was very rude and acted like I was putting her out to schedule service. Isn't that what the business is there for? I don't want to do anyone any favors by giving them my hard earned money. I found a local RV repairman in Kennebunk and I'll give him all my business. When I'm ready to buy another 5th wheel, I'll go anywhere else. They might get some drive-by business but I would discourage anyone from going there. I hope that anyone visiting and camping in the area does not think this is how we conduct business in Maine. For years I have been dealing with the folks at Seacoast RV and I just want to say that I am very pleased. They have been very friendly and knowledgable about the products there are to offer in the RV world and their large inventory of accessories has made is easy to find just what we are looking for to make each of our experiences more enjoyable when we are camping. I strongly DO NOT recommend this shop. Don't expect any service after a purchase. I spent over $100k on a Kropf park model that had issues that were under warranty. It took over a dozen phone calls to get anything done. There was a hole on the outside that caused a leak in the trailer. The interior wall covering is pulling away due to leak. The door does not lock because the frame is bent. The models look nice on the lot, but once they take your money they are done. Seriously regret buying from them. read more

We have used Seacoast RV several times for warrantee, and service on our camper even though we did not purchase it there. always a professional job. Staff has always been great, store has more inventory and has great hours. Recently we put our camper up for consignment, and it was well taken care of and was sold quickly. We were on vacation from NH. We thought we needed a new faucet and shower combo but were told that we likely just needed to clean out the hose connection. We bought the faucets anyway - but cleaning the hose out did the trick. Everyone was extremely helpful and seemed very competent. read more
