Ok here is my drama - I was in an absolute full on panic because my electric tongue jack got jammed and after taking the thing completely apart I still couldn't get it to work, leaving my Travel trailer stuck on my truck and I urgently needed to get the trailer off the truck. Stay happy RV sent out a technician, Josh, who got right to work. He was professional looking and very prepared to do the job! His company truck was clean, undamaged and in great condition... I was told he could come out but it would be after 10pm. Because it was so late I told him I could wait until the next day. He said "no, I'm concerned about your pipes freezing". Shane got there a little after 10pm. Very pleasant guy and really came to my rescue....if only he would have fixed my problem. Nope, he proceeded to take my furnace apart leaving a hole in the floor of my camper. (In January. In Maine.) He finally threw in the towel about midnight saying he didn't have the part, he probably had it back at the shop and would be back in the morning. So I stayed out of work waiting on Shane to return to install this part and fix my furnace. I finally got a call back the on 1/20 around 3pm, he had to order the part just waiting for UPS. Next next ( now 1/21) day no Shane, but I did get a text around 5:30pm that UPS tracker should order was still out for delivery. My last correspondence was a text at 8:45pm begging for someone to contact me because it was 5 DEGREES in my camper. Thankfully I didn't give this dude any money! Believe the low reviews! At any point he could have said he could not fix it and just put my stuff back together, he at least would have got his service charge fee. LMAO if this dude ever says he will have to come back because of a part he needs, thank him for his time AND CALL SOMEONE ELSE, cause you ain't ever gonna see him again!

I was told a date and time (back in March) after getting the run around he finally rewired my trailer INCORRECTLY (April 8th) I did not have my truck at the time so I couldn't test the lights before he left. He said if they didn't work that he would come fix it. After numerous calls and texts he NEVER reached out to me. I eventually had another company rewire my trailer. Now I'm out double the money! I highly do NOT recommend service from this company. Do not waste your time with this company!

Of course I didn't find this out until I went to winterize it myself a year later. Also, they didn't blow out and winterize the water line that fed the ice maker. It burst but didn't find that out until the next season when I had water coming out under the fridge. Stay away from these guys.

In August of 2016 I purchased a travel trailer built by Forest River a 2015 leftover model. The…read moretravel trailer was brand new. I was very happy with how we were treated when we purchased the camper however when I had to bring the camper in to have the shower floor repaired because it cracked and was leaking water all over the campers bathroom I brought the camper in in April and never get it back until July. I was never called to say what the holdup was and every time I called which believe me was many I was never given a reason except Forest River has not sent the shower and they're very busy this time of year. We were to leave Maine and head for North Carolina on the 16th of July fortunately the shower stall came in it was repaired and properly installed so that an adult size person of normal weight does not fall through the shower floor. The job was done to our satisfaction with the exception of Grease marks on my wall in the bathroom which do not come off and several grease marks on the bathroom floor which did finally come up with a lot of bleach water added to it. Prior to our leaving we needed to order a refrigerator shelf that goes on the door. We ordered that in July today's date is November 2nd 2017 we still do not have the refrigerator shelf. Because of a death in the family we remained in Maine and in October placed an order at Mountainside RV Center in Sabattus Maine and received the refrigerator shelf within 2 working days. Why did is a busy place they work not only on RVs but also on Peterbilts however I do not recommend getting your service done at Whited RV. Although I've never had actual service done on my travel trailer through Mountainside RV in Sabattus I will make sure that is exactly where it goes next time something needs to be done.
